本发明涉及一种从黄芩中提取生物保鲜剂的方法,包括如下步骤,1、将黄芩根清洗,除去泥土等杂物;2、将黄芩根粉碎至10-50目;3、将黄芩根粉以液料比1:3-5比例加入水,加热沸腾,并煮制10-20min;4、将提取液过滤,得滤液,并于2-4℃储藏。本发明还提供一种提取的生物保鲜剂在圣女果保鲜中的应用。本发明的有益效果在于:本发明以黄芩为原料提取生物保鲜剂来对圣女果进行保鲜,安全。无毒、无公害,可以替换化学杀菌剂、防腐剂用于圣女果的保鲜,避免了化学杀菌剂对环境的污染、食品安全等问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及果蔬保鲜的领域,具体的说是从黄芩中提取的生物保鲜剂及其在圣女果保鲜中的应用。
背景技术
黄芩别名山茶根、土金茶根。为多年生草本;根茎肥厚,肉质,径达2厘米,伸长而分枝。黄芩为唇形科多年生草本植物,以其根入药。中医认为黄芩味苦性寒,入肺、心、胆、大肠经,有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、安胎的功能,对暑温胸闷呕吐、肺热咳嗽、血热妄行、高热烦渴、湿热下痢等有良好功效。
圣女果又称珍珠小番茄,樱桃小番茄,既可蔬又可果。也可以做成蜜饯,果实直径约1~3厘米,鲜红碧透(另有中黄、橙黄、翡翠绿等颜色的新品种),味清甜,无核,口感好,营养价值高且风味独特,食用与观赏两全其美,深受广大消费者青睐。
圣女果,在国外又有“小金果”、“爱情之果”之称。它既是蔬菜又是水果,不仅色泽艳丽、形态优美,而且味道适口、营养丰富,除了含有番茄的所有营养成分之外,其维生素含量是普通番茄的1.7倍。被***粮农组织列为优先推广的“四大水果”之一。
圣女果中含有谷胱甘肽和番茄红素等特殊物质。可促进人体的生长发育,特别可促进小儿的生长发育,增加人体抵抗力,延缓人的衰老。另外,番茄红素可保护人体不受香烟和汽车废气中致癌毒素的侵害,并可提高人体的防晒功能。对于防癌、抗癌,特别是***癌,可以起到有效的治疗和预防。樱桃番茄中维生素PP的含量居果蔬之首,是保护皮肤,维护胃液正常分泌,促进红细胞的生成,对肝病也有辅助治疗作用、还可以美容、防晒效果也很好。
圣女果属于浆果类果实,味道鲜美,营养价值丰富,但是圣女果的呼吸强度大,保护组织差,贮藏保鲜比较困难,保藏期及货架期均较短,这样会对于果农及消费者带来极大的损失。而目前常规的浆果类果实的保鲜方法主要是采用化学杀菌剂,而化学杀菌剂的大量使用,会导致病原微生物产生耐药性,并引发环境污染;另外,由于圣女果清洗较难,很难彻底洗去化学杀菌剂,食用后会造成人体健康隐患。
发明内容
根据上述不足之处,本发明的目的是提供一种以黄芩提取生物保鲜剂的方法及其在圣女果保鲜中的应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种从黄芩中提取生物保鲜剂的方法,包括如下步骤,1、将黄芩根清洗,除去泥土等杂物;2、将黄芩根粉碎至10-50目;3、将黄芩根粉以液料比1:3-5比例加入水,加热沸腾,并煮制10-20min;4、将提取液过滤,得滤液,并于2-4℃储藏。
优选的是:所述煮制过程中边煮边搅拌。
本发明还提供一种提取的生物保鲜剂在圣女果保鲜中的应用,将新摘的圣女果剔除虫害及机械损伤果后浸入生物保鲜剂中3-5min,晾干,再用聚乙烯薄膜包装后贮藏;贮藏期间定期检查,及时清理异常果实。
优选的是:所述的圣女果贮藏条件为相对湿度85-95%,温度为2±0.5℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明以黄芩为原料提取生物保鲜剂来对圣女果进行保鲜,安全。无毒、无公害,可以替换化学杀菌剂、防腐剂用于圣女果的保鲜,避免了化学杀菌剂对环境的污染、食品安全等问题。

本发明还提供一种提取的生物保鲜剂在圣女果保鲜中的应用,将新摘的圣女果剔除虫害及机械损伤果后浸入生物保鲜剂中5min,晾干,再用聚乙烯薄膜包装后贮藏;贮藏期间定期检查,及时清理异常果实。所述的圣女果贮藏条件为相对湿度95%,温度为2.5℃。
实施例3
一种从黄芩中提取生物保鲜剂的方法,包括如下步骤,1、将黄芩根清洗,除去泥土等杂物;2、将黄芩根粉碎至30目;3、将黄芩根粉以液料比1:4比例加入水,加热沸腾,并煮制15min;4、将提取液过滤,得滤液,并于3℃储藏。其中,煮制过程中边煮边搅拌。
本发明还提供一种提取的生物保鲜剂在圣女果保鲜中的应用,将新摘的圣女果剔除虫害及机械损伤果后浸入生物保鲜剂中3min,晾干,再用聚乙烯薄膜包装后贮藏;贮藏期间定期检查,及时清理异常果实。所述的圣女果贮藏条件为相对湿度90%,温度为2℃。
实施例4
一种从黄芩中提取生物保鲜剂的方法,包括如下步骤,1、将黄芩根清洗,除去泥土等杂物;2、将黄芩根粉碎至45目;3、将黄芩根粉以液料比1:3-5比例加入水,加热沸腾,并煮制18min;4、将提取液过滤,得滤液,并于4℃储藏。其中,煮制过程中边煮边搅拌。
本发明还提供一种提取的生物保鲜剂在圣女果保鲜中的应用,将新摘的圣女果剔除虫害及机械损伤果后浸入生物保鲜剂中5min,晾干,再用聚乙烯薄膜包装后贮藏;贮藏期间定期检查,及时清理异常果实。所述的圣女果贮藏条件为相对湿度89%,温度为1.5℃。

1.一种从黄芩中提取生物保鲜剂的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
(1)将黄芩根清洗,除去泥土等杂物;
(2)将黄芩根粉碎至10-50目;
(3)将黄芩根粉以液料比1:3-5比例加入水,加热沸腾,并煮制10-20min;
(4)将提取液过滤,得滤液,并于2-4℃储藏。
2.按照权利要求1所述的从黄芩中提取生物保鲜剂的方法,其特征在于:所述煮制过程中边煮边搅拌。
3.一种按照权利要求1所述方法提取的生物保鲜剂在圣女果保鲜中的应用,其特征在于:将新摘的圣女果剔除虫害及机械损伤果后浸入生物保鲜剂中3-5min,晾干,再用聚乙烯薄膜包装后贮藏;贮藏期间定期检查,及时清理异常果实。
4.按照权利要求4所述的生物保鲜剂在圣女果保鲜中的应用,其特征在于:所述的圣女果贮藏条件为相对湿度85-95%,温度为2±0.5℃。
