本发明公开了一种低成本高性能防火涂料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:醋酸乙烯乳液30%~40%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐10%~15%、季戊四醇15%~25%、硼酸2%~8%、氢氧化铝2%~15%、蒙脱土2%~15%、钼酸钠2%~6%、铝钛复合偶联剂0.1%~1%、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.1%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,本发明的原料廉价易得、成本低、不含卤素成份,无毒害,而且对被涂覆物体具有很好的阻燃、抑烟、防腐耐磨、耐热、耐老化和涂层坚韧、粘结强度高等优点,可用于木材、钢结构等表面的防火涂覆,使用效果好,而且经济。

技术领域
本发明涉及防火涂料技术领域,具体地说是一种低成本高性能防火涂料。
背景技术
防火涂料是一种涂覆在物体表面、能降低被涂表面可燃性、阻滞火灾迅速蔓延和用以提高被涂物体耐火极限的一种类涂料。由于防火涂料本身难燃或不燃,在遇火时对基材有较好的保护作用,为灭火和人员撤离赢得了时间。因此对它的研究和应用已引起了世界各国的高度重视。随着社会的发展和科技的进步,防火涂料的品种和应用范围不断扩大。并且防火涂料的低成本、高性能、低污染、节能已成为了社会关注的热点课题,也是防火涂料以后的一个重要发展方向,并适于社会经济发展的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低成本高性能防火涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种低成本高性能防火涂料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:醋酸乙烯乳液30%~40%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐10%~15%、季戊四醇15%~25%、硼酸2%~8%、氢氧化铝2%~15%、蒙脱土2%~15%、钼酸钠2%~6%、铝钛复合偶联剂0.1%~1%、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.1%~1%。
本发明的一种低成本高性能防火涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分数配比称取各组分;
(2)、将氢氧化铝、蒙脱土和铝钛复合偶联剂加入筒料温度在80℃~120℃的混合机中,并于转速3000~6000转/分钟下搅拌10~60分钟,冷却至温室,出料待用;
(3)、在反应器中加入醋酸乙烯乳液、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、季戊四醇、硼酸、钼酸钠和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,并加入步骤(2)得到的物料,使充分研磨搅拌和混合均匀后,出料,即得本发明。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明的原料廉价易得、成本低、不含卤素成份,无毒害,而且对被涂覆物体具有很好的阻燃、抑烟、防腐耐磨、耐热、耐老化和涂层坚韧、粘结强度高等优点,可用于木材、钢结构等表面的防火涂覆,使用效果好,而且经济。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种低成本高性能防火涂料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:醋酸乙烯乳液37%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐15%、季戊四醇15%、硼酸5%、氢氧化铝10%、蒙脱土10%、钼酸钠6%、铝钛复合偶联剂1%、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯1%。
其制备方法为:(1)按质量百分数配比称取各组分;(2)、将氢氧化铝、蒙脱土和铝钛复合偶联剂加入筒料温度在80℃~120℃的混合机中,并于转速3000~6000转/分钟下搅拌10~60分钟,冷却至温室,出料待用;(3)、在反应器中加入醋酸乙烯乳液、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、季戊四醇、硼酸、钼酸钠和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,并加入步骤(2)得到的物料,使充分研磨搅拌和混合均匀后,出料,即得本发明。

1.一种低成本高性能防火涂料,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:醋酸乙烯乳液30%~40%、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐10%~15%、季戊四醇15%~25%、硼酸2%~8%、氢氧化铝2%~15%、蒙脱土2%~15%、钼酸钠2%~6%、铝钛复合偶联剂0.1%~1%、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本高性能防火涂料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分数配比称取各组分;
(2)、将氢氧化铝、蒙脱土和铝钛复合偶联剂加入筒料温度在80℃~120℃的混合机中,并于转速3000~6000转/分钟下搅拌10~60分钟,冷却至温室,出料待用;
(3)、在反应器中加入醋酸乙烯乳液、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、季戊四醇、硼酸、钼酸钠和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,并加入步骤(2)得到的物料,使充分研磨搅拌和混合均匀后,出料,即得本发明。
