Abstract

本发明涉及一种聚乙烯粉末涂料,具体涉及一种含纳米银接枝胶体石墨的防水型聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,该粉末涂料由如下重量份的原料制成:聚醚醚酮微粉3-5、纳米银溶胶1-3、胶体石墨粉4-6、三甲基硅醇钠1-1.5、高锰酸钾0.4-0.6、颜料5-8、均聚甲醛12-15、聚氧化乙烯2-3、硅烷偶联剂KH-550 2-3、聚乙烯42-48、抗氧剂2-3、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯4-6;本发明制备的粉末涂料表现出良好的流动性和附着性,涂层力学性能好,表面致密抗菌,不易腐化变色,防水性能优良,且制备方法简单环保,生产成本可控,极具推广应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯粉末涂料,具体涉及一种含纳米银接枝胶体石墨的防水型聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯粉末涂料在现有的热塑性粉末涂料中占有很大的比重,它的优点主要表现为原料便宜、耐化学腐蚀、良好的电绝缘性以及低温稳定性,然而它的缺点也比较明显,使用时机械强度较差,涂膜附着力差,表面易龟裂,防腐和耐候性也有待提高,若要继续扩大聚乙烯粉末涂料的使用范围,提高其在同类产品中的竞争力,改善其使用性能势在必行。
目前改进聚乙烯的性能途径主要分为物理改性和化学改性两种方法,虽然这些改性方法目前都得到普遍应用,在改善聚乙烯粉末涂料的性能方面也发挥了积极的作用,然而,不论是改性填料、共混改性的高分子材料或者接枝、交联单体,它们与聚乙烯基料的相容性和结合活性尤为重要,也是保证改性效率、提高原料利用率的根本;因此改善这些传统改性材料的性能,同时结合新材料的使用,可以研制出性能更为优良的聚乙烯粉末涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,制备一种含纳米银接枝胶体石墨的防水型聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其中添加的改性材料活性得到提高,改性效率更高,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含纳米银接枝胶体石墨的防水型聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该粉末涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚醚酮微粉3-5、纳米银溶胶1-3、胶体石墨粉4-6、三甲基硅醇钠1-1.5、高锰酸钾0.4-0.6、颜料5-8、均聚甲醛12-15、聚氧化乙烯2-3、硅烷偶联剂KH-5502-3、聚乙烯42-48、抗氧剂2-3、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯4-6;
所述的一种含纳米银接枝胶体石墨的防水型聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1)先将胶体石墨粉在700-800℃的氮气氛围内煅烧2-3h,随后冷却至室温后粉碎,过400-600目筛,得预活化胶体石墨微粉,随后再将预活化胶体石墨微粉投入由高锰酸钾配制成的浓度为35-50g/L的pH值为5-6的酸性水溶液中,浸泡40-60min,随后过滤,过滤物用水洗涤3-5次后,加入0.5-0.8重量份的硅烷偶联剂KH-550、纳米银溶胶,加热至50-60℃,高速搅拌混合2-2.5h,得纳米银接枝活化胶体石墨微粉备用;
(2)将聚氧化乙烯溶于15-18重量份的水中,再将聚醚醚酮微粉、均聚甲醛与聚乙烯一起投入聚氧化乙烯水溶液中,高速搅拌混合50-60min后将混合物料烘干除去水分,最后再加入步骤(1)所得的纳米银接枝活化胶体石墨微粉及其它剩余成分,预混合2-3h,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合挤出造粒,粒料送入磨粉机磨成细粉后再进入筛粉机分级,即得。
本发明制备的改性聚乙烯粉末涂料的优点在于:将胶体石墨粉预先进行了活化处理,并在其表面接枝包覆纳米银成分,这样处理后的胶体石墨粉复合填料与高分子材料的结合力和相容性更好,改性效果更佳,本发明制备的粉末涂料表现出良好的流动性和附着性,涂层力学性能好,表面致密抗菌,不易腐化变色,防水性能优良,且制备方法简单环保,生产成本可控,极具推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚醚酮微粉4、纳米银溶胶2、胶体石墨粉5、三甲基硅醇钠1.2、高锰酸钾0.5、颜料7、均聚甲醛14、聚氧化乙烯2.5、硅烷偶联剂KH-5503、聚乙烯45、抗氧剂2.5、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯5。
该粉末涂料的制备方法为:
(1)先将胶体石墨粉在750℃的氮气氛围内煅烧2.5h,随后冷却至室温后粉碎,过600目筛,得预活化胶体石墨微粉,随后再将预活化胶体石墨微粉投入由高锰酸钾配制成的浓度为45g/L的pH值为5.5的酸性水溶液中,浸泡50min,随后过滤,过滤物用水洗涤4次后,加入0.6重量份的硅烷偶联剂KH-550、纳米银溶胶,加热至60℃,高速搅拌混合2.3h,得纳米银接枝活化胶体石墨微粉备用;
(2)将聚氧化乙烯溶于15重量份的水中,再将聚醚醚酮微粉、均聚甲醛与聚乙烯一起投入聚氧化乙烯水溶液中,高速搅拌混合60min后将混合物料烘干除去水分,最后再加入步骤(1)所得的纳米银接枝活化胶体石墨微粉及其它剩余成分,预混合3h,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合挤出造粒,粒料送入磨粉机磨成细粉后再进入筛粉机分级,取200-300目产品分装即得。
本实施例所制得的聚乙烯粉末涂料性能测试结果为:

1.一种含纳米银接枝胶体石墨的防水型聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该粉末涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚醚酮微粉3-5、纳米银溶胶1-3、胶体石墨粉4-6、三甲基硅醇钠1-1.5、高锰酸钾0.4-0.6、颜料5-8、均聚甲醛12-15、聚氧化乙烯2-3、硅烷偶联剂KH-550 2-3、聚乙烯42-48、抗氧剂2-3、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯4-6。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含纳米银接枝胶体石墨的防水型聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1)先将胶体石墨粉在700-800℃的氮气氛围内煅烧2-3h,随后冷却至室温后粉碎,过400-600目筛,得预活化胶体石墨微粉,随后再将预活化胶体石墨微粉投入由高锰酸钾配制成的浓度为35-50g/L的pH值为5-6的酸性水溶液中,浸泡40-60min,随后过滤,过滤物用水洗涤3-5次后,加入0.5-0.8重量份的硅烷偶联剂KH-550、纳米银溶胶,加热至50-60℃,高速搅拌混合2-2.5h,得纳米银接枝活化胶体石墨微粉备用;
(2)将聚氧化乙烯溶于15-18重量份的水中,再将聚醚醚酮微粉、均聚甲醛与聚乙烯一起投入聚氧化乙烯水溶液中,高速搅拌混合50-60min后将混合物料烘干除去水分,最后再加入步骤(1)所得的纳米银接枝活化胶体石墨微粉及其它剩余成分,预混合2-3h,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合挤出造粒,粒料送入磨粉机磨成细粉后再进入筛粉机分级,即得。
