本发明涉及一种聚乙烯粉末涂料,具体涉及一种含纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉增强的改性聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,该粉末涂料由如下重量份的原料制成:纳米碳化硼0.5-0.8、3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-3、水滑石5-8、颜料5-6、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯4-6、抗氧剂2-3、聚乙二醇2-3、乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物15-20、聚醋酸乙烯酯5-8、聚乙烯38-43;本发明将水滑石粉进行氧活化处理,并在其表面接枝纳米碳化硼,处理后的复合微尺度填料与高分子基料的相容性更好,改性效果更为显著,而复混改性的聚乙烯表现出优良的综合力学性能,本发明制备的粉末涂料表现出良好的流动性和附着性,形成的涂层致密光滑,耐热稳定,坚硬耐磨,安全阻燃,经久耐用,极具市场竞争力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯粉末涂料,具体涉及一种含纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉增强的改性聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯粉末涂料在现有的热塑性粉末涂料中占有很大的比重,它的优点主要表现为原料便宜、耐化学腐蚀、良好的电绝缘性以及低温稳定性,然而它的缺点也比较明显,使用时机械强度较差,涂膜附着力差,表面易龟裂,防腐和耐候性也有待提高,若要继续扩大聚乙烯粉末涂料的使用范围,提高其在同类产品中的竞争力,改善其使用性能势在必行。
目前改进聚乙烯的性能途径主要分为物理改性和化学改性两种方法,虽然这些改性方法目前都得到普遍应用,在改善聚乙烯粉末涂料的性能方面也发挥了积极的作用,然而,不论是改性填料、共混改性的高分子材料或者接枝、交联单体,它们与聚乙烯基料的相容性和结合活性尤为重要,也是保证改性效率、提高原料利用率的根本;因此改善这些传统改性材料的性能,同时结合新材料的使用,可以研制出性能更为优良的聚乙烯粉末涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,制备一种含纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉增强的改性聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,该发明中添加的无机改性填料活性得到提高,改性效率更好,涂料的使用性能更佳,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉增强的改性聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该粉末涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米碳化硼0.5-0.8、3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-3、水滑石5-8、颜料5-6、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯4-6、抗氧剂2-3、聚乙二醇2-3、乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物15-20、聚醋酸乙烯酯5-8、聚乙烯38-43;
所述的一种含纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉增强的改性聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1)先将水滑石在400-500℃的氧气氛围内煅烧3-4h,随后冷却至室温,加工为400-600目微粉,得活化水滑石微粉,随后再将活化水滑石微粉与0.5-0.8重量份的3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、纳米碳化硼混合,加热至60-80℃,搅拌混合2-3h,得纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉备用;
(2)将聚乙二醇溶于15-18重量份的水中,再将乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物、聚醋酸乙烯酯与聚乙烯一起投入聚乙二醇水溶液中,高速搅拌混合60-80min后将混合物料烘干除去水分,最后再加入步骤(1)所得的纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉及其它剩余成分,预混合80-100min,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合挤出造粒,粒料送入磨粉机磨成细粉后再进入筛粉机分级,即得。
本发明制备的改性聚乙烯粉末涂料的优点在于:将水滑石粉预先进行了氧活化处理,并在其表面接枝纳米碳化硼,得到的复合微尺度填料与高分子基料的相容性更好,反应活性更高,改性效果更为显著,而乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物、聚醋酸乙烯酯与聚乙烯的复混热塑性材料表现出优良的综合力学性能,本发明制备的粉末涂料表现出良好的流动性和附着性,形成的涂层致密光滑,耐热稳定,坚硬耐磨,安全阻燃,经久耐用,极具市场竞争力。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米碳化硼0.6、3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2.5、水滑石6、颜料6、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯5、抗氧剂2.5、聚乙二醇2.8、乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物18、聚醋酸乙烯酯6、聚乙烯40。
该粉末涂料的制备方法为:
(1)先将水滑石在450℃的氧气氛围内煅烧3.5h,随后冷却至室温,加工为600目微粉,得活化水滑石微粉,随后再将活化水滑石微粉与0.6重量份的3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、纳米碳化硼混合,加热至65℃,搅拌混合2.5h,得纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉备用;
(2)将聚乙二醇溶于16重量份的水中,再将乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物、聚醋酸乙烯酯与聚乙烯一起投入聚乙二醇水溶液中,高速搅拌混合75min后将混合物料烘干除去水分,最后再加入步骤(1)所得的纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉及其它剩余成分,预混合90min,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合挤出造粒,粒料送入磨粉机磨成细粉后再进入筛粉机分级,取200-300目产品分装即得。
本实施例所制得的聚乙烯粉末涂料性能测试结果为:

1.一种含纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉增强的改性聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该粉末涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米碳化硼0.5-0.8、3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-3、水滑石5-8、颜料5-6、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯4-6、抗氧剂2-3、聚乙二醇2-3、乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物15-20、聚醋酸乙烯酯5-8、聚乙烯38-43。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉增强的改性聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1)先将水滑石在400-500℃的氧气氛围内煅烧3-4h,随后冷却至室温,加工为400-600目微粉,得活化水滑石微粉,随后再将活化水滑石微粉与0.5-0.8重量份的3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、纳米碳化硼混合,加热至60-80℃,搅拌混合2-3h,得纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉备用;
(2)将聚乙二醇溶于15-18重量份的水中,再将乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物、聚醋酸乙烯酯与聚乙烯一起投入聚乙二醇水溶液中,高速搅拌混合60-80min后将混合物料烘干除去水分,最后再加入步骤(1)所得的纳米碳化硼接枝活化水滑石粉及其它剩余成分,预混合80-100min,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合挤出造粒,粒料送入磨粉机磨成细粉后再进入筛粉机分级,即得。
