背景技术
乳液泵由于其设计精美,使用方便,已广泛地应用与日化和医药等行业。现有用于乳液泵,其结构相对比较复杂,而且由于设计上的缺陷,现有的乳液泵在使用过程中当瓶体倒置或受挤压时,很容易会发生漏液,造成不必要的麻烦。
故此,现有的乳液泵有待于进一步完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,组装方便,能有效防止瓶体倒置或受挤压时漏液的螺牙式弹簧外置乳液泵。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种螺牙式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于:包括有泵室,在所述泵室内插接有能将锁瓶盖锁定在泵室上的锁紧盖,在所述泵室内设有上泵杆,在所述上泵杆上端设有弯嘴,在所述上泵杆下部设有吸塞机构,在所述锁紧盖与上泵杆之间设有能使上泵杆复位的复位弹簧,在所述泵室下部设有泵珠机构,在所述泵珠机构上方的泵室内设有固定座,所述的固定座分别与泵室内腔和泵珠机构相连通,在所述上泵杆下端设有能封闭所述固定座从而防止倒置或受压时漏液的小圆柱,在所述泵室下端设有进液口。
如上所述的一种螺牙式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于所述的固定座包括有座体,所述座体外壁与泵室内壁相互密封,在所述座体内设有连通通道,所述座体下端与泵珠机构相连通,在所述座体上端设有止漏圈,所述上泵杆下移到最底位时所述小圆柱插接在所述止漏圈内并与止漏圈相互密封。
如上所述的一种螺牙式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于所述的锁紧盖包括有盖体,在所述盖体上设有内连接环和外连接环,在所述内连接环和外连接环之间设有容置槽,所述泵室上端设置在所述容置槽内,在所述外连接环外壁上设有卡接槽,在所述泵室外壁与卡接槽相应的位置上设有卡接环,所述的卡接环卡设在所述卡接槽内,在所述内连接环下端设有能与上泵杆外壁相互密封的内凹密封部,所述内凹密封部与内连接环之间设有环槽,在所述上泵杆上端设有限位凸环,所述复位弹簧套设在所述上泵杆上,所述复位弹簧一端顶压在所述限位凸环下端面上,所述复位弹簧另一端设置在所述环槽内。
如上所述的一种螺牙式弹簧外置乳液泵,其特征在于所述吸塞机构包括有间隔设置在所述上泵杆下部的限位台阶和定位凸环,在所述限位台阶和定位凸环之间的上泵杆外壁上设有缺槽,在所述上泵杆外壁上设有与所述缺槽相连通的导通孔,在所述限位台阶和定位凸环之间活动套设有吸塞,在所述吸塞下端设有内与所述定位凸环相互密封的内凸密封环。

一、本发明中在泵室下部设有固定座,在固定座上部设置有止漏圈,在乳液泵锁紧状态时,上泵杆下端的小圆柱与止漏圈内壁相互配合,产生过盈密封,有效防止瓶体倒置或受到挤压时漏液,安全可靠。
二、本发明乳液泵设计巧妙,结构简单,使用方便。

本发明中所述的固定座9包括有座体12,所述座体12外壁与泵室1内壁相互密封,在所述座体12内设有连通通道13,所述座体12下端与泵珠机构8相连通,在所述座体12上端设有止漏圈14,所述上泵杆4下移到最底位时所述小圆柱10插接在所述止漏圈14内并与止漏圈14相互密封。
本发明中在乳液泵锁紧状态时,上泵杆下端的小圆柱与止漏圈内壁相互配合,产生过盈密封,有效防止瓶体倒置或受到挤压时漏液,安全可靠。
本发明所述的锁紧盖3包括有盖体15,在所述盖体15上设有内连接环16和外连接环17,在所述内连接环16和外连接环17之间设有容置槽18,所述泵室1上端设置在所述容置槽18内,在所述外连接环17外壁上设有卡接槽19,在所述泵室1外壁与卡接槽19相应的位置上设有卡接环20,所述的卡接环20卡设在所述卡接槽19内,在所述内连接环16下端设有能与上泵杆4外壁相互密封的内凹密封部21,所述内凹密封部21与内连接环16之间设有环槽22,在所述上泵杆4上端设有限位凸环23,所述复位弹簧7套设在所述上泵杆4上,所述复位弹簧7一端顶压在所述限位凸环23下端面上,所述另一端设置在所述环槽22内。
本发明中所述的复位弹簧7设置在上泵杆4与锁紧盖3之间,不与泵室1内的液体接触,不会污染液体,环保。
本发明中所述吸塞机构6包括有间隔设置在所述上泵杆4下部的限位台阶24和定位凸环39,在所述限位台阶24和定位凸环39之间的上泵杆4外壁上设有缺槽25,在所述上泵杆4外壁上设有与所述缺槽25相连通的导通孔26,在所述限位台阶24和定位凸环39之间活动套设有吸塞27,在所述吸塞27下端设有与所述定位凸环39相互密封的内凸密封环28。
本发明中所述的吸塞27包括有内塞体29和外塞体30,所述的内塞体29和外塞体30通过连接环31连接,所述内塞体29套设在上泵杆4上,所述的内凸密封环28设置在所述内塞体29下端。

本发明的工作原理:
1、使用时,将弯嘴逆时针旋转27度打开弹起;
2、按压弯嘴,克服复位弹簧弹力下移,而吸塞滞后,此进吸塞与上泵杆之间的通道被打开,继续下移将泵室内腔局部气体从吸塞与上泵杆之间的通道排出;松开弯嘴时,在复位弹簧弹力作用下马上复位,吸塞与上泵杆之间的通道瞬间密封,此时泵室内腔形成局部真空,可将液体从引液管引进泵室内腔,连续按压几次可将泵室内腔充满液体;
3、再次按压时,可将泵室内腔液体从弯嘴孔泵出。
