Abstract

一种增加水性油墨耐磨性能的蜡乳液,采用直接高温密闭乳化法制备,即将水、表面活性剂、增效剂,氧化聚乙烯蜡,聚乙烯蜡和其他添加物一次性加入压力反应釜中,密闭后开始加热和搅拌,乳化一段时间后,冷却,即可得到超细微乳液。耐磨增效剂可提高蜡乳液的分散稳定性及增加水性油墨耐磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚合物蜡的制备方法,特别是一种增加水性油墨耐磨性能的蜡乳液。
背景技术
微乳液用于水性涂料及水性油墨业:可起到提高涂膜的抗划伤性能、表面疏水性能以及抗粘防污性能,使涂膜更加爽滑。
CN102030996涉及一种水溶性OP蜡乳液及其制备方法,该OP蜡乳液由一定重量份数的OP蜡、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐、去离子水组成以wt%计算包括以下组分OP蜡19.5-32份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.54-9.25份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐0.45-1.58份,去离子水65-70份,通过反应釜加热熔融选择剂在油中法工艺,依次添加搅拌均匀。
CN101942152涉及一种氧化聚乙烯蜡微乳液组合物,它含有5~40重量%氧化聚乙烯蜡、2~20重量%非离子表面活性剂、0.1~5重量%阳离子表面活性剂、0~5重量%助乳化剂和40~92重量%水,以该氧化聚乙烯蜡微乳液组合物的总重量为基准。本发明的氧化聚乙烯蜡微乳液组合物外观透明、分散性和稳定性良好,与常规氧化聚乙烯蜡微乳液相比具有更好的耐酸稳定性和应用性能。本发明氧化聚乙烯蜡微乳液组合物有效地提高针织物的缝纫平滑性。
现有公知技术大都采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚系列表面活性剂作为主要乳化剂,其中亲油基和亲水基部分以醚键相连,稳定性不高,也影响到乳液使用的稳定性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种增加水性油墨耐磨性能的蜡乳液。
采用直接高温密闭乳化法制备,即将水、表面活性剂、增效剂,氧化聚乙烯蜡,聚乙烯蜡和其他添加物加入压力反应釜中,密闭后开始加热和搅拌。乳化一段时间后,冷却,即可得到的超细微乳液。耐磨增效剂可提高蜡乳液的分散稳定性及增加水性油墨耐磨性能。
本发明提供一种增加水性油墨耐磨性能的蜡乳液,通过以下步骤实现:
按重量分数,将氧化聚乙烯蜡5-40份,聚乙烯蜡5-20份,乳化剂1-15份,全氟辛基磺酸四乙胺0.1-0.5份,全氟丙氧基硫酸盐0.1-0.5份,二硫化钼0.1-0.5份,消泡剂0.1-0.5份等加入到乳化釜中,加热混合物100-130℃,使所有物料熔融,将熔融物冷却到70-90℃,缓慢加入水30-70份的等温热水,同时高速搅拌,保温0.5-3小时,迅速冷却,将10-20份的冷水加入,搅拌均匀后出料。
所述的乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂,为聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基烯丙醚、聚氧乙烯缩水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种。优选脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。为市售产品,如天津宏美化工有限公司生产的产品。
所述的消泡剂优选聚硅氧烷消泡剂,如HX-5040、HX-5041、HX-5042、HX-5050、HX-5051等品种,优选HX-5041,为市售产品,如广州市番禺华夏助剂有限公司生产的产品。
所述的增效剂全氟辛基磺酸四乙胺为市售产品,如秦皇岛百耐特化工产品有限公司生产的产品。分子式为:C8F17SO3N(C2H5)4
所述的增效剂全氟丙氧基硫酸盐为市售产品,如浙江衢州万能达科技有限公司研制的产品。分子式为:(F3C)2CFO(CH2)6OSO3Na。
所述的增效剂二硫化钼为市售产品,如嵩县开拓者钼业有限公司生产的产品。
本发明的有益效果:
聚乙烯蜡超细微乳液经全氟辛基磺酸四乙胺,全氟丙氧基硫酸盐增效乳化,可明显改善微乳液调湿、扩散、成膜、流平等性能。提高乳液使用的稳定性,同时提高了耐磨性能,耐磨增效剂二硫化钼的加入也有利于耐磨性能的提高。
具体实施方式
以下实施例仅仅是进一步说明本发明,并不是限制本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种增加皮革光亮度的水性蜡乳液,通过以下步骤实现:
实施例1
在500L乳化釜中,加入氧化聚乙烯蜡20Kg,聚乙烯蜡10Kg,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6Kg,全氟辛基磺酸四乙胺0.2Kg,全氟丙氧基硫酸盐0.2Kg,二硫化钼0.3Kg,HX-5041消泡剂0.2Kg,加热混合物110℃,使所有物料熔融,将熔融物冷却到90℃,缓慢加入水45Kg的等温热水,同时高速搅拌,保温1小时,迅速冷却,将15Kg的冷水加入,搅拌均匀后出料。得到产品,编号为SX-1。
实施例2
在200L乳化釜中,加入氧化聚乙烯蜡5Kg,聚乙烯蜡5Kg,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1Kg,全氟辛基磺酸四乙胺0.1Kg,全氟丙氧基硫酸盐0.1Kg,二硫化钼0.1Kg,HX-5051消泡剂0.1Kg,加热混合物100℃,使所有物料熔融,将熔融物冷却到80℃,缓慢加入水30Kg的等温热水,同时高速搅拌,保温0.5小时,迅速冷却,将10Kg的冷水加入,搅拌均匀后出料。得到产品,编号为SX-2。
实施例3
在500L乳化釜中,加入氧化聚乙烯蜡40Kg,聚乙烯蜡20Kg,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15Kg,全氟辛基磺酸四乙胺0.5Kg,全氟丙氧基硫酸盐0.5Kg,二硫化钼0.5Kg,HX-5040消泡剂0.5Kg,加热混合物130℃,使所有物料熔融,将熔融物冷却到100℃,缓慢加入水70Kg的等温热水,同时高速搅拌,保温3小时,迅速冷却,将20Kg的冷水加入,搅拌均匀后出料。得到产品,编号为SX-3。
对比例1
不加入全氟辛基磺酸四乙胺,全氟丙氧基硫酸盐,其它同实施例1。所得产品编号为SX-4。
对比例2
不加入二硫化钼,其它同实施例1。所得产品编号为SX-5。
对比例2
不加入二硫化钼,全氟辛基磺酸四乙胺,全氟丙氧基硫酸盐,其它同实施例1。所得产品编号为SX-6。
实施例4
实施例1-3和对比例1-3制得的水性蜡乳液加入到水性油墨中,摩擦系数按GB3960-83标准进行检验。试验负荷20Kg。

Claims (3)

1.一种增加水性油墨耐磨性能的蜡乳液,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
按重量分数,将氧化聚乙烯蜡5-40份,聚乙烯蜡5-20份,乳化剂1-15份,全氟辛基磺酸四乙胺0.1-0.5份,全氟丙氧基硫酸盐0.1-0.5份,二硫化钼0.1-0.5份,消泡剂0.1-0.5份等加入到乳化釜中,加热混合物100-130℃,使所有物料熔融,将熔融物冷却到70-90℃,缓慢加入水30-70份的等温热水,同时高速搅拌,保温0.5-3小时,迅速冷却,将10-20份的冷水加入,搅拌均匀后出料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增加水性油墨耐磨性能的蜡乳液,其特征在于:使用全氟辛基磺酸四乙胺,全氟丙氧基硫酸盐,二硫化钼作为增效剂。
3.根据权利要求1-2之一所述制备方法获得的一种增加水性油墨耐磨性能的蜡乳液。
