技术领域
本发明涉及一种切削加工机床,具体是指用于切削加工成型复杂曲面深腔工件的一种加工复杂曲面深腔的数控镗铣床。
背景技术
深腔制品的深腔结构分有简单曲面深腔简称简单深腔,和复杂曲面深腔简称复杂深腔两种,所谓简单深腔,如横截面呈圆形的直管状的深腔;所谓复杂深腔,如横截面呈多边形、非直管状曲面的深腔;通常的镗铣床仅能够对简单深腔工件的深腔内加工成型简单的曲面,例如,在圆柱管形的炮筒内加工成型螺旋形的膛线槽;对于复杂深腔工件腔壁的切削加工成型,现有技术采用对现有镗铣床进行改装,在镗铣床上另外加装,针对成型工件复杂曲面深腔而量身定制的切削动力头,和驱动工件进行配合寻的运动的专用附加装置,如此,费工费时,效率低下,综合成本激增,因此,现有技术存在费工费时,效率低下,成本畸高的问题与不足。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题与不足,本发明采用由床身、X移动立柱、Z拖板、Y移动工作台构成的装置,床身设有X轨基、X轨副、X杠副、X电机、Y轨基、Y轨副、Y杠副、Y电机;X移动立柱设有Z轨基、Z轨副、Z杠副、Z电机;Z拖板设有承载臂、主轴电机;Y移动工作台设有右支架、回转机、回电机、端面卡盘、左支架、通心卡盘;X移动立柱经与X轨副、X杠副连接可前后方向移动在X轨基的上方,Y移动工作台经与Y轨副、Y杠副连接可左右方向移动在Y轨基的上方;Z拖板经与Z轨副、Z杠副连接可上下方向移动在Z轨基的右方;工作时,端面卡盘和通心卡盘共同夹持工件,回电机经回转机驱动工件作旋转运动,装有刃具的主轴电机经承载臂伸入工件的深腔内,工件和X移动立柱、Z拖板、Y移动工作台的相互配合运动合成三维寻的运动,使刃具在工件的深腔内加工成型复杂曲面的技术方案,提供一种加工复杂曲面深腔的数控镗铣床,旨在使复杂深腔工件的加工,达到节省工时,提高效率,降低成本的目的。

1.一种加工复杂曲面深腔的数控镗铣床,包括床身(1)、X移动立柱(2)、Z拖板(3)、Y移动工作台(4),其特征在于:所述的床身(1)为俯视呈矩形的铸铁质构件,床身(1)的左部设有前后方向的平台称为X轨基(11),床身(1)的右部设有左右方向的平台称为Y轨基(15);所述X轨基(11)的上面设有二条相互平行、前后方向的滚子导轨副称为X轨副(12),二条所述X轨副(12)之间设有滚珠丝杠副称为X杠副(13),X轨基(11)的后边固定设有伺服电机称为X电机(14),所述X电机(14)的输出轴与所述X杠副(13)的滚珠丝杠连接;所述Y轨基(15)的上面设有二条相互平行、左右方向的滚子导轨副称为Y轨副(16),二条所述Y轨副(16)之间设有滚珠丝杠副称为Y杠副(17),Y轨基(15)的右边固定设有伺服电机称为Y电机(18),所述Y电机(18)的输出轴与所述Y杠副(17)的滚珠丝杠连接;所述滚子导轨副为由横截面呈V型的滚道导轨和设有滚子的滚子架构成的用于承载物体作直线运动的滚动轨道元件;所述滚珠丝杠副为由滚珠丝杠和滚珠螺母构成的用于将旋转运动转换为直线运动的传动元件;
所述的X移动立柱(2)为中空四边形柱状的铸铁质构件,X移动立柱(2)的右侧面设有上下方向的平台称为Z轨基(21),所述Z轨基(21)处设有二条相互平行、上下方向的滚子导轨副称为Z轨副(22),二条所述Z轨副(22)之间设有滚珠丝杠副称为Z杠副(23),Z轨基(21)的上端固定设有伺服电机称为Z电机(24),所述Z电机(24)的输出轴与所述Z杠副(23)的滚珠丝杠连接;
所述的Z拖板(3)为矩形块状的铸铁质构件,Z拖板(3)的右侧面中心设有向右凸出、圆柱形的承载臂(31),所述承载臂(31)的右端装置有主轴电机(32);所述主轴电机(32)为设有变频调速电机和切削刃具接口的机电一体化装置;
所述的Y移动工作台(4)为矩形的铸铁质构件,Y移动工作台(4)上面的左右二边分别设有向上凸出的支架且分别称为左支架(45)和右支架(41);所述左支架(45)的上面设有通心卡盘(46),所述右支架(41)的上面设有回转盘朝左的回转机(42),所述回转机(42)的输入端设有伺服电机称为回电机(43),所述回转机(42)的回转盘处装有卡爪朝左的端面卡盘(44);所述通心卡盘(46)为卡爪设在中空圆环状基盘的环端面处、由液压驱动卡爪向心张合的旋转机用夹具;所述端面卡盘(44)为卡爪设在圆柱状基盘的圆端面处、由液压驱动卡爪向心张合的旋转机用夹具;所述回转机(42)为由蜗轮蜗杆传动的回转盘装置;
X移动立柱(2)经所述X轨副(12)连接在X轨基(11)的上面,所述X杠副(13)的滚珠螺母与X移动立柱(2)的下面固定连接;Y移动工作台(4)经所述Y轨副(16)连接在Y轨基(15)的上面,所述Y杠副(17)的滚珠螺母与Y移动工作台(4)的下面固定连接;Z拖板(3)经所述Z轨副(22)连接在Z轨基(21)的右面,所述Z杠副(23)的滚珠螺母与Z拖板(3)的左侧面固定连接。
