技术领域
本发明涉及中药外用药物领域，尤其是一种外用追风透骨贴及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现有技术中，贴普遍存在以下缺点：一、治疗病种单一，如：伤湿止痛膏，只对风湿疼痛有作用。二、使用范围窄，如宝宝一贴灵只能贴在婴儿肚脐上等；三、皮肤容易产生过敏反应，如：象皮膏、伤湿止痛膏等多使皮肤发痒；四、效应周期短，一般效应周期都在24小时-48小时以内；五、治病范围小，只限于治疗局部症状，如伤湿止痛膏、麝香壮骨膏只限于局部疼痛；六、制备方法复杂，如铅丹膏药制备需***、煮料、炼油等。此外，市场上出售的热容胶基质做成的贴，虽然粘性强，但缓释性、渗透力差，做出的贴只能贴一天，最多贴两天就须更换，且膏中的药物成份释放不完全，造成极大的浪费。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本发明旨在提供一种祛风、除湿、散寒、活血化瘀、消炎镇痛外用追风透骨贴及其制备方法。

本发明还提供了外用追风透骨贴的制备方法，它包括以下步骤：
步骤一：1)按A组原生药药方秤取原料药一份；2)按B组中药提取物药方秤取中药提取物一份；3)秤取新型改性膏药基质3-4份；4)按C组原生药药方组成原生药占A组原生药药方、B组中药提取物药方和新型改性膏药基质总重量之和的重量百分比秤取簿荷脑0.6-1％、冰片0.6-1％、樟脑1-1.6％、丁香油0.6-1.2％、按叶油0.6-1.2％、辣椒油1.2-2％；
步骤二：将新型改性膏药基质用不锈钢锅文火加热100-120度化开，搅拌匀后停止加温，温度降到70-80度时，徐徐加入步骤一秤取的A组原生药和B组中药提取物药，充分搅拌均匀，待温度降到60-70度左右时，将步骤一秤取的簿荷脑、冰片、樟脑、丁香油、按叶油、辣椒油同时加入搅拌均匀即可得到混合物；
步骤三、用边长为12厘米的正方型贴布包裹8克直径5-8厘米、厚度0.2-0.3厘米的步骤二制作的混合物；用边长为15厘米的正方形贴布包裹14g直径9-11厘米、厚度0.25-0.35厘米的步骤二制作的混合物。

本发明的优点是：本发明还可做成湿敷贴和散剂贴；本发明制成的追风透骨贴利用局部或穴位外贴，通过渗透于肌肉皮肤或刺激穴位，来调节经络，平衡脏腑，治疗疾病风湿、类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、骨质增生、关节肿大、椎间盘膨出、突出，椎间管狭窄、座骨神经痛、乳腺病，各种颈、肩、腰、腿痛；其功效是祛风、除湿、散寒、活血化瘀，软坚散结，消炎镇痛；本贴缓释性好、渗透力强，柔和性强，粘附力适中，疗效3-6天；本贴以外敷治疗疾病，可避免***、吃药对患者所造成的毒副作用；本贴无需烘烤，随揭随贴，方便使用，柔软，舒适，不残留，不污染皮肤；本贴制作工艺简单，不需炸料、煮料，只需将药粉与基质加温混合，即减轻劳动强度，缩短工时，又降低了成本。

典型病例
病例一：董先生，65岁，患类风湿10年，掌指关节，肘关节，腕关节，膝关节，肩关节肿痛，行走不便，膝关节和掌指关节明显僵硬变型，先后在其它医院治疗多次，效果不佳。经人介绍使用本贴，患者虽属多关节型，但痛有定处，采取让患者在疼痛处贴敷贴，10天一疗程，两个疗程后，症状明显改善，五个疗程后疼痛消失，患者行动自如，上楼也不觉疼痛。
病例二：任某，女，48岁，五年前左乳中有结块，后逐渐增大，经诊断，左乳外侧和右乳中间分别有2×3cm2×2cm大小两结块，质硬并随***疼痛加重减轻，诊为乳腺增生。使用本贴外贴两肿块，六天一换，十天后肿块***、缩小，疼痛减轻，三十天治愈，三个月后无复发。
病例三：田孔雀，女，48岁，在家干活不小心扭腰，左臀部延至大腿巨痛不能站立，卧床休息。第二天早上疼的更利害，少一动便巨痛，不能下床，诊断为腰4、5椎间盘突出压迫神经根引起腿不能动，正骨后使用本贴局部外贴治疗，只一贴，五天后症状全部消失。
病例四：王全喜，男，74岁，突然不能挺腰，站不起来，腰巨裂疼痛，越活动疼痛越利害，诊断为腰3、4椎间盘急性突出症。正骨后，使用本贴局部外贴治疗。三天后，用同样方法治疗一次，症状全部消失，彻底治愈，未复发。
病例五：王先生，41岁，在施工中不慎从墙上跌下来经诊断为腰2、3椎间盘膨出、突出症，腰痛不能直腰，小腿肚胀痛，疼痛难忍，正骨后，使用本贴外贴患处，三十天彻底康复，末复发。
病例六：王先生，男，70岁，患颈、肩综合症，颈椎严重不适，肩关节疼痛，病程两年多。使用本贴，大椎穴与肩前后痛处各贴一张，6天共用15张贴后疼痛缓解减轻，30天后症状全部消失，无复发。

1.一种外用追风透骨贴，其特征在于：由A组原生药药方、B组中药提取物药方、C组原生药药方和新型改性膏药基质按组成，其中A组原生药药方、B组中药提取物药方和新型改性膏药基质的比例为1∶1∶3-4；所述A组原生药药方由以下重量份的原生药组成：甲珠45-55g、海龙45-55g、鹿茸30-40g、白花蛇18-23g、蝉脱18-23g、全虫18-23g、蜈蚣10-12g、血竭15-25g、麻黄18-25g、藤黄20-25g、蜂胶粉50-60g、肉桂20-25g、血余炭45-60g、火麻炭45-60g、牛角炭45-60g、生半下18-25g、蜜佗僧100-140g、皂角45-55g、自然铜15-25g；所述B组中药提取物药方由以下重量份的中药提取物组成：川乌20-30g、草乌20-30g、马钱子8-12g、细辛10-14g、雷公藤6-8g、三棱3-4.5g、莪术3-4.5g、南星2-2.5g、乳香4.5-5.5g、没药4.5-5.5g、羌活3-4g、独活3-4g、木鳖子6-7g、秦艽4.5-5.5g、灵仙4.5-5.5g、皂刺6-7g、桂枝5-6g、透骨草6-7g、寻骨风4.5-5.5g、伸筋草4.5-5.5g、海风藤4.5-5.5g、红花4.5-5.5g、川芎4.5-5.5g、白芍6-7g、大黄6-7g、蒲公英4.5-5.5g、黄芩1.8-2.5g、黄连1.8-2.5g、黄柏1.8-2.5g、白芷3-4g、防风3-4g、三七5-6g、杏仁3-4g、桃仁3-4g、厚补2.5-3.5g、枳实3-4g、香附4-5.5g、槟郎3-4g、巴豆1.5-2.3g、茯苓5.5-6.5g、蓖麻子4.5-5.5g、生地2.5-3.5g、元参2.5-3.5g、天花粉2.5-3.5g、鸡血藤6-7g、当归6-7g、元胡4.5-5.5g、牛夕4-5.5g、防已4-5g、五倍子2-3g、姜黄4-5g、葛根4-5g、桑寄生4-5g、黄芪4-5g、狗脊4-5g、杜仲4-5g、仙灵脾4-5g、甘姜7.5-8.5g、甘草5-6g；所述C组原生药药方由簿荷脑、冰片、樟脑、丁香油、按叶油、辣椒油组成，所述簿荷脑、冰片、樟脑、丁香油、按叶油、辣椒油占A组原生药药方、B组中药提取物药方和新型改性膏药基质总重量之和的重量百分比为簿荷脑0.6-1％、冰片0.6-1％、樟脑1-1.6％、丁香油0.6-1.2％、按叶油0.6-1.2％、辣椒油1.2-2％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外用追风透骨贴，其特征在于：A组原生药药方中的原生药中甲珠、海龙、全虫、蜈蚣、白花蛇、蝉脱、蔍茸、血竭、麻黄粉碎存储；藤黄、蜂胶粉、肉桂、血余炭、火麻炭、牛角炭、生半下、蜜佗僧、皂角、自然铜烘干、粉碎、过80--120目箩后装筒密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外用追风透骨贴，其特征在于：所述A组原生药药方中的原生药中甲珠、海龙、全虫、蜈蚣、白花蛇、蝉脱、蔍茸、血竭、麻黄、藤黄、蜂胶粉、肉桂、血余炭、火麻炭、牛角炭、生半下、蜜佗僧、皂角、自然铜烘干，粉碎，过120目萝后装筒密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外用追风透骨贴，其特征在于：所述B组中药提取物药方中的中药提取物1克相当于8克相对应的原生药。
5.根据权利要求1所述的外用追风透骨贴，其特征在于：所述B组中药提取物药方中的中药提取物混匀装瓶密封保存。
6.一种权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的外用追风透骨贴的制备方法，其特征在于：它包括以下步骤：
步骤一：1)按A组原生药药方秤取原料药一份；2)按B组中药提取物药方秤取中药提取物一份；3)秤取新型改性膏药基质3-4份；4)按C组原生药药方组成原生药占A组原生药药方、B组中药提取物药方和新型改性膏药基质总重量之和的重量百分比秤取簿荷脑0.6-1％、冰片0.6-1％、樟脑1-1.6％、丁香油0.6-1.2％、按叶油0.6-1.2％、辣椒油1.2-2％；
步骤二：将新型改性膏药基质用不锈钢锅文火加热100-120度化开，搅拌匀后停止加温，温度降到70-80度时，徐徐加入步骤一秤取的A组原生药和B组中药提取物药，充分搅拌均匀，待温度降到60-70度左右时，将步骤一秤取的簿荷脑、冰片、樟脑、丁香油、按叶油、辣椒油同时加入搅拌均匀即可得到混合物；
步骤三、用边长为12厘米的正方型贴布包裹8克直径5-8厘米、厚度0.2-0.3厘米的步骤二制作的混合物即可；用边长为15厘米的正方形贴布包裹14g直径9-11厘米、厚度0.25-0.35厘米的步骤二制作的混合物即可。
