本发明的目的是这样实现的：各种成分的重量百分比为，一号组分，威灵仙0.46-1.38，凤仙草0.46-1.38，伸筋草0.46-1.38，乳香0.46-1.38，没药0.46-1.38，老鹳草0.46-1.38，白芷0.46-1.38，川乌0.23-0-92，草乌0.46-0.92，羌活0.46-0.92，独活0.46-0.92，麻黄0.46-1.38，当归0.46-1.38，青风藤0.46-1.38，川芎0.46-1.38，木瓜0.46-1.38，二号组分，地龙0.46-1.38，土鳖虫0.46-1.38，红花0.46-0.92，海风藤0.46-0.69，骨碎补0.46-0.69，骨补脂0.46-0.69，穿山甲0.46-1.38，穿山龙0.46-1.38，30白芥子0.46-1.38，防风0.46-1.38，五味子0.46-1.38，狗骨16.08-22.98，刺猬皮17.77-24.81，三号组分，血竭0.37-0.55，麝香16.08-22.97，冰片0.23-0.55，黄丹16.08-22.98。
制备方法，春季：把以上药物按比例称出，先把一号组分的药物放入菜籽油中泡七天后，下入二号组分药物再泡五天后用温火炸成黑黄色，三号组分药物炮制后打成细粉备用，捞出药渣用小火熬药油滴水成珠加入黄丹，等药油温度降低到60-80°时，加入三号组分的药粉收火成膏，放入冷水中侵泡一周收出火毒按一定厚度摊入生白布上，夏季，药物同上，时间是一号组分的药物，放入菜籽油中先泡四天后下二号组分的药物再泡五天，三号药打成细粉备用制法同上，秋季，药物同上，时间是一号组分的药物放入菜籽油中先泡五天后下二号组分的药物再泡七天，三号药打成细粉备用制法同上，冬季，药物同上，时间是一号组分的药物，放入菜籽油中先泡十天后下二号组分的药物再泡七天，三号药打成细粉备用制法同上。
本发明的目的也可以通过以下技术措施来实现，制膏药时要一制，二泡，三看，一制是制成药粉，二泡是分次泡入药油中，三看是看时，看火，看色，泡制用油为菜籽油用量为2500克-3500克，各组分药物为纯天然中草药，药膏摊入生白布上的厚度约1.5-3mm。

各种药物成分的药理分析：
(1)羌活——性味辛、苦，温，散表寒，祛风湿，利关节，止痛。主外感风寒；头痛无汗；油印寒湿痹；风水浮肿；疮疡肿毒。
(2)防风——性味苦、辛，寒，祛风解表，胜湿止痛，止痉定搐。
(3)木瓜——性味平、微寒，味甘，归肝、脾经，能疏通经络，驱风活血，有强壮、兴奋、镇痛、平肝、和脾、化湿舒筋的效能。
(4)海风藤——性味苦、辛，性微温，祛风湿，通经络，理气。治风寒湿痹，关节疼痛，筋脉拘挛，跌打损伤，哮喘，久咳。
(5)穿山龙——性味辛、平、无毒，活血舒筋，消食利水，祛痰截疟。治风寒湿痹，慢性气管炎，消化不良，劳损扭伤，疟疾，痈肿。
(6)威灵仙——辛咸，温，有毒，祛风除湿，通络止痛，消痰水，散癖积。
(7)川乌——别名鹅儿花、铁花、五毒。味辛、苦；性热，有大毒；归心、肝、肾、脾经。具有祛风除湿，温经止痛。主要用于风寒湿痹、关节疼痛、心腹冷痛、寒疝作痛。
(8)草乌——性味甘，温，搜风胜湿，散寒止痛，开痰下气，温肾壮阳。
(9)麻黄——性味苦，温，无毒，入肝、脾经，祛风湿，通经络，治风湿痹痛。
(10)青风——性味甘、咸，平，归心、肝、脾经，行血祛瘀，消肿止痛，胸腹刺痛，外伤肿痛。祛风湿，通经络，利小便。用于风湿痹痛，关节肿胀，麻痹瘙痒。
(11)五味子——具有辛、甘、酸、苦、咸，在一般只带有一、能对人体五脏-心、肝、脾、肺及肾发挥平衡作用。
(12)红花——味辛、性温，归心、肝经，活血通经，祛瘀止痛的功效。
(13)穿山甲——性寒凉，味咸，入肝、胃经，消肿化脓、散淤通络、通经、下乳、活血镇痛。
(14)老鹳草——性味辛，平，祛风，活血，清热解毒。治风湿疼痛，拘挛麻木，痈疽，跌打，肠炎，痢疾。
(15)土鳖虫——性味寒、咸、有微毒，归肝、心、脾经，专理血症，能散坚结、逐瘀破血、消肿止痛、接骨续筋、下乳通经等。
(16)地龙——性寒，味咸。功能：清热、平肝、止喘、通络。归肝、胃、肺、膀胱经。功能清热平肝、熄风止痉、平喘、利尿、通络除痹。
(17)白芷——性味辛，性温，归肺、脾、胃、大肠经，祛风解表、散寒止痛、除湿通窍、消肿排脓。现代药理研究证明，白芷除了具有解热、镇痛、抗炎等作用，还能改善局部血液循环，消除色素在组织中过度堆积，促进皮肤细胞新陈代谢。
(18)当归——性味甘、辛，温，归肝、心、脾经，补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便。
(19)凤仙草——辛苦，温。祛风，活血，消肿，止痛。治关节风湿痛，跌打损伤，瘰疬痈疽，疔疮。
(20)伸筋草——性味苦、辛、温，归肝经，祛风散寒，除湿消肿，舒筋活络，消肿止痛。
(21)骨碎补——味性辛、甘、温，补肾，活血，止血。治肾虚久泻及腰痛，风湿痹痛，齿痛，耳鸣，跌打闪挫、骨伤，阑尾炎，斑秃，鸡眼。
(22)骨补脂——味辛、苦，性温；归肾、心包、脾、胃、肺经。补肾助阳；纳气平喘；温脾止泻。主肾阳不足；下元虚冷；腰膝冷痛；阳痿精；尿频；遗尿；肾不纳气；虚喘不止；脾肾两虚；大便久泻；白癜风；斑秃；银屑病。
(23)独活——味苦、辛，性微温。归肾、膀胱经。祛风胜湿；散寒止痛。主风寒湿痹；腰膝疼痛；头痛齿痛。
(24)白芥子——利气豁痰，温中散寒，通络止痛。治痰饮咳喘，胸胁胀满疼痛，反胃呕吐，中风不语，肢体痹痛麻木，脚气，阴疽，肿毒，跌打肿痛。
(25)血竭——性味甘、咸、平，归肝、心包经，外用敷能生肌止血，内服可散瘀止痛。
(26)乳香——性味辛、苦、温，入心、肝、脾经，调气活血，定痛，追毒。
(27)没药——性味苦、平，无毒，入肝、脾、心、肾经，主打扑损，心腹血瘀，伤折跌损，筋骨瘀痛，金刃所损，痛不可忍，皆以酒投饮之。
(28)川芎——性味甘微苦，性温，常用于活血行气，祛风止痛。
(29)冰片——味辛、苦，微寒，归心、肝、肺经，通诸窍，散郁火，去翳明目，消肿止痛。
(30)刺猬皮——性味苦、平，归肠、胃经，降气定痛，凉血止血。
(31)狗骨——性味温、辛咸，无毒，健脾和络，活血生肌。
(32)黄丹——性味辛、微寒，有毒，入脾、肝经，外用拔毒生肌，内服杀虫，截疟。
(33)菜籽油——性味味甘，性微寒，无毒，入手阳明经，麻油煎膏，生肌长肉，止痛，消痈肿，补皮裂。
本发明的使用方法是：将本发明涂在干净的生白面布上，敷在患处用胶布固定即可。对各种原因引起久治不愈的骨刺、股骨头坏死有独特疗效，免除了患者截肢等痛苦。

5.根据权利要求1所述的骨刺效灵膏及制备方法，其特征在于：各组分药物为纯天然中草药。
6.根据权利要求1所述的骨刺效灵膏及制备方法，其特征在于：药膏摊入生白布上的厚度约1.5-3mm。
