Abstract
本发明涉及中药制剂领域,特别是一种用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物及其制备方法与其应用。该组合物的原料药组成为:路路通5-12重量份,麦芽3-10重量份,郁金5-10重量份,蜈蚣1-5重量份,蟾蜍1-5重量份,穿山甲2-8重量份,夏虫草4-12重量份,半枝莲2-10重量份,地鳖虫1-6重量份,川穹2-8重量份,王不留行子3-10重量份,白英2-10重量份,党参2-10重量份,桃仁2-10重量份,当归3-10重量份,青木香2-10重量份。本发明所述中药组合物,治疗乳腺纤维瘤疾病疗效好、痊愈率高且复发率低。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药制剂领域,具体涉及一种用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
乳腺纤维腺瘤是发生于乳腺小叶内纤维组织和腺上皮的混合性瘤,是***良性肿瘤中最常见的一种。乳腺纤维腺瘤可发生于***后的任何年龄的女性,但以18~25岁的青年女性多见。乳腺纤维瘤的发生与内分泌激素失调有关,如***相对或绝对升高可引起该病症;同时其发病也与情绪有一定关系。
随着乳腺纤维瘤的日益普遍性,目前对于乳腺纤维瘤的治疗手段也越来越丰富。目前,常用治疗乳腺纤维瘤的手段包括:手术治疗、中药治疗、西药治疗等。中医对乳腺纤维瘤的诊治有其独特的见解,且已取得较好的疗效及进展。中医从宏观分析病因、病机入手,来确定慢性乳腺纤维瘤的属性。一般认为***纤维瘤属于中医“乳癖”的范畴。其发病多由冲任不调,肝气郁结,脾运失健,痰瘀凝聚所致。通过中医药辨病与辩证相结合的原则,疗效显著,不易复发。但因为乳腺纤维瘤的病因多样、病机错杂,临床应根据慢性乳腺纤维瘤的病机特点,抓住影响其病变进展的关键,改变疾病的进程,从而达到逐步治愈的目的。同时在中药用药的剂量上,应仔细斟酌,具体多少剂量和君臣佐使的配伍关系需要长期的临床实践。因而市面上也出现了很多错综复杂,效果参差不齐的处方,很多存在起效慢、针对性差的问题,仍需要改进或突破。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可有效治疗乳腺纤维瘤、且疗程短、副作用小的中药组合物。
本发明还进一步提供了上述中药组合物的制备方法以及其应用。
本发明公开一种用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物,其原料药组成为:路路通5-12重量份,麦芽3-10重量份,郁金5-10重量份,蜈蚣1-5重量份,蟾蜍1-5重量份,穿山甲2-8重量份,夏虫草4-12重量份,半枝莲2-10重量份,地鳖虫1-6重量份,川穹2-8重量份,王不留行子3-10重量份,白英2-10重量份,党参2-10重量份,桃仁2-10重量份,当归3-10重量份,青木香2-10重量份。。

按照选定的重量份数路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,混合后粉碎或分别粉碎后再混合,过筛,并选择性加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成临床上可接受的制剂。

进一步优选的,所述的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照选定的重量份数取其中一种或几种原料组分混合,加入乙醇回流提取,滤过并收集滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,得到醇提取液;
(2)再按照选定的重量份数取余下原料组分混合,直接加水提取,或与步骤(1)中醇提后的药渣混合再加水提取,滤过并收集滤液,得到 水提取液;
(3)将步骤(1)中得到的醇提取液与步骤(2)中得到的水提取液合并收集,减压浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)将上述浓缩液选择性加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成临床可接受的制剂。
本发明还公开了任一所述中药组合物或任一所述方法制备得到的中药组合物用于制备治疗乳腺纤维瘤药物中的用途。
本发明所述中药组合物中,路路通:性苦、平,归肝、肾经,祛风活络,利水通经,疏肝理气,解郁散结,适于乳腺小叶增生。麦芽:性微温,归脾、胃、肝经,可用于断乳、***胀痛。郁金:性味辛、苦、寒,归肝、胆、心经,活血止痛,行气解郁,清心凉血可治急性乳腺炎、肝血管瘤、胆囊炎等。蜈蚣:败毒抗癌,用于癌瘤积毒,可使乳腺肿块及结节软缩,肿痛消除。蟾蜍:味辛,性寒,微毒,蟾衣有抗肿瘤、抗病毒等多种神奇功能,可用于治疗多种恶性肿瘤、乳腺增生、肝炎、带状疱疹、肝腹水、肾病、子宫肌瘤等疑难杂症。穿山甲:味咸,性寒,入肝、胃经,通经下乳、祛瘀散结、消痈排脓止血的功能,可用于治疗多种乳腺疾病。夏虫草:性温,味甘,具有抗癌抗老、补虚损、益精气、止咳化痰的功效,多用于辅助治疗恶性肿瘤。半枝莲:味辛、性平,有清热解毒,活血化瘀,消肿止痛,抗癌之功效;治乳腺炎、阑尾炎、肝炎、胃痛、早期肝癌、肺癌、子***等。地鳖虫:味咸,性寒,有小毒,归肝经,能抑制癌细胞的呼吸,有抗肿瘤的作用。川穹:味苦、辛,具通达气血功效,故治气滞血瘀之胸胁、腹部诸痛,可用于治疗乳腺增生、乳腺炎乳腺纤维瘤、乳腺小叶增生。王不留行子:味苦,性平,归肝、胃经,活血通经,下乳消肿,可用于治疗急性乳腺炎,还有败毒抗癌的作用,用于治疗乳腺癌、甲状腺癌等。白英:味甘、苦,性寒,有小毒,具有清热利湿,解毒消肿,抗癌之功效,临床上用于治疗各种癌症。党参:味甘,性平,补中,益气,生津,水煎剂、水煎酒浸剂或水浸沉剂、提取液能增强机体免疫功能,遏制肿瘤 的发展,具有反突变作用,可预防肿瘤的发生,临床上常用于治疗胃癌、肠癌、乳腺癌等属脾胃虚弱、气血(津)两亏或气虚邪实类的癌瘤。桃仁:味苦、甘,性平。入心、肝、大肠经,通脉,止痛,且有抗肿瘤的功效。当归:味甘、辛,性温,归肝、心、脾经,补血,活血,还具有抗癌作用,还用于***及胃肠道肿瘤等。青木香:味辛,苦,性寒,入肺、胃经,行气,解毒,消肿,用于肝胆气滞引起的胁痛,可用于乳腺增生、经期乳腺胀痛等疾病。
本发明所述药物组合物以路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香入药,行其疏肝理气、解郁散结之功效,辅以原料具有的抗癌作用,通过君臣佐使之间的有效配合,对治疗乳腺纤维瘤具有较好的疗效,临床治愈率高达98%。

本实施例的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物的原料药组成为:半路路通9重量份,麦芽7重量份,郁金8重量份,蜈蚣3重量份,蟾蜍3重量份,穿山甲5重量份,夏虫草9重量份,半枝莲6重量份,地鳖虫3重量份,川穹5重量份,王不留行子6重量份,白英6重量份,党参6重量份,桃仁6重量份,当归6重量份,青木香5重量份。
按照选定的重量份取上述原料药组分,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成丸剂。具体包括:
按照选定的重量份数取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,分别粉碎,过100目筛,混合,按照每100g粉末用炼蜜20~50g加适量的水,制丸,干燥,制成水蜜丸;或加炼蜜80~110g制成小蜜丸或大蜜丸,即得。

按照选定的重量份取上述原料药组分,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成片剂。具体包括:
(1)按照选定的重量份数取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,混合,用10体积倍量的水回流提取,保持温度60℃下回流提取2次,每次3h,滤过并收集滤液,得到水提取液;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的水提取液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.05-1.30(40~60℃),得到浓缩液;
(3)将上述浓缩液真空干燥,粉碎,过筛,得到干浸膏粉,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成片剂。
实施例3
本实施例的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物的原料药组成为:路路通8重量份,麦芽5重量份,郁金7重量份,蜈蚣2重量份,蟾蜍2重量份,穿山甲4重量份,夏虫草8重量份,半枝莲4重量份,地鳖虫2重量份,川穹4重量份,王不留行子5重量份,白英4重量份,党参4重量份,桃仁4重量份,当归5重量份,青木香4重量份。
按照选定的重量份取上述原料药组分,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成散剂。具体包括:
(1)按照选定的重量份数取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁, 当归以及青木香,混合,用8体积倍量的75%乙醇回流提取,保持温度80℃下回流提取3次,每次1.5h,滤过并收集滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,得到醇提取液;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的醇提取液减压浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(3)将上述浓缩液真空干燥相对密度为1.05-1.30(40~60℃),粉碎,过筛,得到干浸膏粉,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成散剂。
实施例4
本实施例的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物的原料药组成为:路路通10重量份,麦芽8重量份,郁金9重量份,蜈蚣4重量份,蟾蜍4重量份,穿山甲6重量份,夏虫草10重量份,半枝莲8重量份,地鳖虫4重量份,川穹6重量份,王不留行子8重量份,白英8重量份,党参8重量份,桃仁8重量份,当归7重量份,青木香8重量份。
按照选定的重量份取上述原料药组分,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成颗粒剂。具体包括:
(1)按照选定的重量份数取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,混合,用4体积倍量的90%乙醇回流提取,保持温度70℃下回流提取3次,每次1.5h,滤过并收集滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,得到醇提取液;
(2)再向步骤(1)中的醇提后的药渣中加15体积倍量的水提取2次,每次2h,滤过并收集滤液,得到水提取液;
(3)将步骤(1)中得到的醇提取液与步骤(2)中得到的水提取液合并收集,60℃减压浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)以步骤(3)中得到的浓缩液进行流化床制粒,以占所述浓缩液质量比为30~75%的糊精为流化载体,以占所述浓缩液质量比为1~5%的常规粘合剂进行制粒,控制其进液流速为2.5ml/min、流化压力为0.2~0.5bar、 雾化压力为1.0~1.8bar,温度55℃,进行制粒,且随着流化床内粒子逐渐增大,调整流化压力和雾化压力,保持物料的流化状态良好,物料温度保持在35~37℃之间。进液结束后,继续流化干燥1小时,即得颗粒剂。
实施例5
本实施例的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物的原料药组成为:路路通12重量份,麦芽10重量份,郁金10重量份,蜈蚣5重量份,蟾蜍5重量份,穿山甲8重量份,夏虫草12重量份,半枝莲10重量份,地鳖虫6重量份,川穹8重量份,王不留行子10重量份,白英10重量份,党参10重量份,桃仁10重量份,当归10重量份,青木香10重量份。
按照选定的重量份取上述原料药组分,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成胶囊剂。具体包括:
(1)按照选定的重量份数取药,路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,混合,用6体积倍量的50%乙醇回流提取,保持温度80℃下回流提取3次,每次2h,滤过并收集滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,得到醇提取液;
(2)再向步骤(1)中的醇提后的药渣中加10体积倍量的水提取1次,2h,滤过并收集滤液,得到水提取液;
(3)将步骤(1)中得到的醇提取液与步骤(2)中得到的水提取液合并收集,减压浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)将上述浓缩液真空干燥,粉碎,过筛,得到干浸膏粉,直接装胶囊或加常规辅料混合均匀后装胶囊,即得。
实施例6
本实施例的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物的原料药组成为:路路通7重量份,麦芽4重量份,郁金6重量份,蜈蚣3重量份,蟾蜍3重量份,穿山甲3重量份,夏虫草7重量份,半枝莲9重量份,地鳖虫5重量 份,川穹7重量份,王不留行子4重量份,白英9重量份,党参9重量份,桃仁3重量份,当归8重量份,青木香9重量份。
按照选定的重量份取上述原料药组分,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成合剂。具体包括:
(1)按照选定的重量份数取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,混合,用12体积倍量的70%乙醇回流提取,保持温度70℃下回流提取3次,每次1.5h,滤过并收集滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,得到醇提取液;
(2)再向步骤(1)中的醇提后的药渣中加10体积倍量的水提取2次,每次2h,滤过并收集滤液,得到水提取液;
(3)将步骤(1)中得到的醇提取液与步骤(2)中得到的水提取液合并收集,减压浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)将上述浓缩液冷藏24小时,滤过,滤液煮沸,加入常规辅料适量,使溶解,滤过,放冷,加水至1000ml,搅匀、灌封、灭菌、即得所需合剂。
实施例7
本实施例的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物的原料药组成为:路路通5重量份,麦芽10重量份,郁金5重量份,蜈蚣5重量份,蟾蜍1重量份,穿山甲8重量份,夏虫草4重量份,半枝莲10重量份,地鳖虫1重量份,川穹8重量份,王不留行子3重量份,白英10重量份,党参2重量份,桃仁10重量份,当归3重量份,青木香10重量份。
按照选定的重量份取上述原料药组分,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成滴丸剂。具体包括:
(1)按照选定的重量份数取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,当归以及青木香,混合,用10体积倍量的90%乙醇回流提取,保持温 度78℃下回流提取3次,每次4h,滤过并收集滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,得到醇提取液;
(2)按照选定的重量份数取夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,混合,用7体积倍量的水回流提取,保持温度60℃下回流提取2次,每次1h,滤过并收集滤液,得到水提取液;(请申请人确认按照上述步骤先后的原料药添加顺序是否可以)
(3)将步骤(1)中得到的醇提取液与步骤(2)中得到的水提取液合并收集,减压浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)将上述浓缩液加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成滴丸剂。
实施例8
本实施例的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物的原料药组成为:路路通8重量份,麦芽8重量份,郁金7重量份,蜈蚣4重量份,蟾蜍2重量份,穿山甲6重量份,夏虫草8重量份,半枝莲4重量份,地鳖虫4重量份,川穹4重量份,王不留行子8重量份,白英4重量份,党参8重量份,桃仁4重量份,当归7重量份,青木香4重量份。
按照选定的重量份取上述原料药组分,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成注射剂。具体包括:
(1)按照选定的重量份数取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,当归以及青木香,混合,用12体积倍量的70%乙醇回流提取,保持温度70℃下回流提取3次,每次1.5h,滤过并收集滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,得到醇提取液;
(2)按照选定的重量份数取夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,混合,用10体积倍量的水回流提取,保持温度60℃下回流提取2次,每次3h,滤过并收集滤液,得到水提取液;(请申请人确认按照上述步骤先后的原料药添加顺序是否可以)
(3)将步骤(1)中得到的醇提取液与步骤(2)中得到的水提取液合 并收集,减压浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)将上述浓缩液过滤,稀释,调节pH值,加常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成注射剂。
实施例9
本实施例的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物的原料药组成为:路路通12重量份,麦芽3重量份,郁金10重量份,蜈蚣5重量份,蟾蜍1重量份,穿山甲8重量份,夏虫草4重量份,半枝莲10重量份,地鳖虫1重量份,川穹8重量份,王不留行子3重量份,白英10重量份,党参2重量份,桃仁10重量份,当归3重量份,青木香10重量份。
按照选定的重量份取上述原料药组分,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成散剂。具体包括:
(1)按照选定的重量份数取药,路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,混合,用12体积倍量的78%乙醇回流提取,保持温度85℃下回流提取3次,每次6h,滤过并收集滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,得到醇提取液;
(2)再向步骤(1)中的醇提后的药渣中加9体积倍量的水提取2次,每次3h,滤过并收集滤液,得到水提取液;
(3)将步骤(1)中得到的醇提取液与步骤(2)中得到的水提取液合并收集,减压浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)将上述浓缩液加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成散剂。
实施例10
本实施例的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物的原料药组成为:路路通10重量份,麦芽5重量份,郁金9重量份,蜈蚣2重量份,蟾蜍4重量份,穿山甲4重量份,夏虫草10重量份,半枝莲4重量份,地鳖虫4重量份,川穹4重量份,王不留行子8重量份,白英4重量份,党参8重量份, 桃仁4重量份,当归7重量份,青木香4重量份。
按照选定的重量份取上述原料药组分,加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成冲剂。具体包括:
(1)按照选定的重量份数取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,混合,用10体积倍量的70%乙醇回流提取,保持温度85℃下回流提取2次,每次2h,滤过并收集滤液,60℃以下减压回收乙醇至无醇味,得到醇提取液;
(2)再向步骤(1)中的醇提后的药渣中加10体积倍量的水提取3次,每次1.5h,滤过并收集滤液,得到水提取液;
(3)将步骤(1)中得到的醇提取液与步骤(2)中得到的水提取液合并收集,减压浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)将上述浓缩液加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成冲剂。
临床实验例
取本发明的实施例1中制备得到的制剂为例进行药效效果的阐述,临床服用的为蜜丸,口服,每日2次,每次服用8~10g,对300例乳腺纤维瘤疾病病人进行治疗,连续服用90-120天。治愈294例,临床显效300例,无效0例,整体治愈率达到98%。后续连续跟踪随访24月,无复发。
典型病例
病例一:
彭某,23岁,女。患病已有四年多,做过手术三次,复发后四个月到上海北京各大医院求治一直没有效果。后经朋友介绍试用本中药组合物10副药。吃后七天左右***胀痛、肿块都减轻了一些。再坚持三个多月后,经医院检查,乳腺纤维瘤、肿块、胀痛一切都好了。过一年后电话回访,一切正常。
病例二:
朱某,36岁,女。患病已有四年多,做过手术两次,已复发后,一直求医仍无效。后经朋友介绍到试用本中药组合物10副药。吃后乳腺纤维腺瘤、***胀痛、肿块都有好转。100天以后,经医院检查,乳腺纤维瘤、肿块、胀痛一切都好了。过一年后电话回访,一切正常。

以上为具体案例,通过实际多项病例证明本发明的中药组合物用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤时,疗效好、痊愈率高达98%,且复发率低。需要说明的是,本发明的中药组合物对于各程度的乳腺纤维瘤均有良好的治疗效果,治愈率较高。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物,其特征在于,该组合物的原料药组成为:路路通5-12重量份,麦芽3-10重量份,郁金5-10重量份,蜈蚣1-5重量份,蟾蜍1-5重量份,穿山甲2-8重量份,夏虫草4-12重量份,半枝莲2-10重量份,地鳖虫1-6重量份,川穹2-8重量份,王不留行子3-10重量份,白英2-10重量份,党参2-10重量份,桃仁2-10重量份,当归3-10重量份,青木香2-10重量份。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物,其特征在于,该组合物的原料药组成为:路路通8-10重量份,麦芽5-8重量份,郁金7-9重量份,蜈蚣2-4重量份,蟾蜍2-4重量份,穿山甲4-6重量份,夏虫草8-10重量份,半枝莲4-8重量份,地鳖虫2-4重量份,川穹4-6重量份,王不留行子5-8重量份,白英4-8重量份,党参4-8重量份,桃仁4-8重量份,当归5-7重量份,青木香4-8重量份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物,其特征在于,该组合物的原料药组成为:路路通9重量份,麦芽7重量份,郁金8重量份,蜈蚣3重量份,蟾蜍3重量份,穿山甲5重量份,夏虫草9重量份,半枝莲6重量份,地鳖虫3重量份,川穹5重量份,王不留行子6重量份,白英6重量份,党参6重量份,桃仁6重量份,当归6重量份,青木香5重量份。
4.由权利要求1-3任一所述的用于治疗乳腺纤维瘤的中药组合物选择性添加常规辅料,按照常规工艺制成的临床上可接受的制剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的制剂,其特征在于,包括冲剂、散剂、片剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、合剂、丸剂、注射剂或滴丸剂。
6.一种制备权利要求1-3任一所述的中药组合物的方法,其特征在于:按照选定的重量份取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,选择性加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成临床上可接受的制剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按照选定的重量份数取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,混合后粉碎或分别粉碎后再混合,过筛,并选择性加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成临床上可接受的制剂。
8.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按照选定的重量份数取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,混合,加水提取,滤过并收集滤液,减压浓缩后得到浓缩液;将上述浓缩液选择性加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成临床可接受的制剂;或
按照选定的重量份数取路路通,麦芽,郁金,蜈蚣,蟾蜍,穿山甲,夏虫草,半枝莲,地鳖虫,川穹,王不留行子,白英,党参,桃仁,当归以及青木香,混合,加乙醇提取,滤过并收集滤液,减压浓缩后得到浓缩液;将上述浓缩液选择性加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成临床可接受的制剂。
9.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照选定的重量份数取其中一种或几种原料组分混合,加入乙醇回流提取,滤过并收集滤液,减压回收乙醇至无醇味,得到醇提取液;
(2)再按照选定的重量份数取余下原料组分混合,直接加水提取,或与步骤(1)中醇提后的药渣混合再加水提取,滤过并收集滤液,得到水提取液;
(3)将步骤(1)中得到的醇提取液与步骤(2)中得到的水提取液合并收集,减压浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(4)将上述浓缩液选择性加入常规辅料,按照常规工艺,制成临床可接受的制剂。
10.权利要求1-3任一所述中药组合物或权利要求6-9任一所述方法制备得到的中药组合物用于制备治疗乳腺纤维瘤药物中的用途。
