Abstract

本发明公开了一种湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板一次剪切成形加工方法及装置,它是通过机前辊道先将阳极板坯料输送到轧机中,用轧机将阳极板坯料轧制到一定厚度,此后机后辊道再将未到规定厚度的坯料送入轧机轧制到一定厚度,如此往复轧制,直到规定厚度,然后通过机后辊道先将轧制好的坯料送到切边机,剪切坯料的纵边至阳极板规定的纵向尺寸;再将剪切好纵边的坯料送到横剪机,按照阳极板规定的横向尺寸切断坯料,实现一次成形。本发明大幅提高了工作效率,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了安全性,加工精度得到有效保证,降低了人工成本,有利于实现自动化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板的加工方法及加工装置,特别是一种湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板一次剪切成形加工方法及加工装置。
背景技术
目前,在加工湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板时,是先将阳极板坯料轧制成薄片后用人工对坯料四边进行切边处理,切边时由工人将坯料手持送入剪切机,每剪完一个边后需要工人手动翻转至另一边再送入剪切机,这种加工方式不但工作效率低、工人劳动强度大,而且安全性差,容易对工人造成人身伤害且加工精度不容易保证,人工成本较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板一次剪切成形加工方法及加工装置,提高工作效率、降低工人劳动强度,从而克服上述现有技术的不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板一次剪切成形加工方法,该方法是在轧机前安装机前辊道,在轧机后安装机后辊道和切边机、横剪机,机前辊道和机后辊道用于输送阳极板坯料,切边机和横剪机分别用于剪切阳极板坯料的纵边和横边,通过机前辊道先将阳极板坯料输送到轧机中,用轧机将阳极板坯料轧制到一定厚度,此后机后辊道再将未到规定厚度的坯料送入轧机轧制到一定厚度,如此往复轧制,直到规定厚度,然后通过机后辊道先将轧制好的坯料送到切边机,剪切坯料的纵边至阳极板规定的纵向尺寸;再将剪切好纵边的坯料送到横剪机,按照阳极板规定的横向尺寸切断坯料,实现一次成形阳极板。
湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板一次剪切成形加工装置,该装置的构成包括轧机,在轧机前安装有机前辊道,在轧机后安装有切边机和机后辊道,机前辊道、切边机和机后辊道安装在机架上,轧机、机前辊道和机后辊道可将坯料往复轧制到规定厚度,在机后辊道的末端安装有横剪机。
上述的湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板一次剪切成形加工装置中,所述的切边机为可调剪切宽度及剪切速度切边机,可以实现对切边宽度及剪切速度的在线调整。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明实现了湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板加工的一次加工成形,大幅提高了工作效率,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了安全性,使加工精度得到有效保证,降低了人工成本,有利于实现自动化。

具体实施方式
实施例。如图1所示,包括轧机1,在轧机1前安装有机前辊道2,在轧机1后安装有切边机3和机后辊道4,机前辊道2和机后辊道4用于输送阳极板坯料,切边机3用于剪切阳极板坯料的纵边,机前辊道2、切边机3和机后辊道4安装在机架5上,在机后辊道4的末端安装有横剪机6,该横剪机6用于剪切阳极板坯料的横边。为便于在线调整切边宽度和切边速度,切边机3为可调切边宽度和切边速度切边机。
工作原理:通过机前辊道2将阳极板坯料输送到轧机1中,用轧机1先将阳极板坯料轧制到一定厚度,此后机后辊道4再将未到规定厚度的坯料送入轧机1轧制到一定厚度,如此往复轧制,直到规定厚度。然后通过机后辊道4先将轧制好的坯料送到切边机3,剪切坯料的纵边至阳极板规定的纵向尺寸;再将剪切好纵边的坯料送到横剪机6,按照阳极板规定的横向尺寸切断坯料,即可。
本发明的实施方式不限于上述实施例,在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出的各种变化均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板一次剪切成形加工方法,其特征在于:在轧机前安装机前辊道,在轧机后安装机后辊道和切边机、横剪机,机前辊道和机后辊道用于输送阳极板坯料,切边机和横剪机分别用于剪切阳极板坯料的纵边和横边,通过机前辊道先将阳极板坯料输送到轧机中,用轧机将阳极板坯料轧制到一定厚度,机后辊道再将未到规定厚度的坯料送入轧机轧制到一定厚度,如此往复轧制,直到规定厚度,然后通过机后辊道先将轧制好的坯料送到切边机,剪切坯料的纵边至阳极板规定的纵向尺寸;再将剪切好纵边的坯料送到横剪机,按照阳极板规定的横向尺寸切断坯料,实现一次成形阳极板。
2.湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板一次剪切成形加工装置,包括轧机(1),其特征在于:在轧机(1)前安装有机前辊道(2),在轧机(1)后安装有切边机(3)和机后辊道(4),机前辊道(2)、切边机(3)和机后辊道(4)安装在机架(5)上,轧机(1)、机前辊道(2)和机后辊道(4)可将坯料往复轧制到规定厚度,在机后辊道(4)末端安装有横剪机(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的湿法电解用轧制铅阳极板一次剪切成形加工装置,其特征在于:所述的切边机(3)为可调剪切宽度及剪切速度切边机。
