本发明涉及一种保健食品,具体是涉及一种板栗、桃仁肉保健食品。所述板栗、桃仁肉保健食品,即是由板栗、核桃仁与瘦肉为原料制成的食品。 
背景技术
健康、长寿是人类永恒的追求目标,随着国民经济的高速发展,人民生活水平和购物能力得到了迅速提高,因此人们更加关注自己的身体健康,致使保健食品应运而生。如黑芝麻糊、大枣莲子羹、燕麦片或单一的核桃、花生、板栗食品,目前本发明专利申请人尚未发现具有肉营养价值和口感,且具有核桃、花生和板栗保健价值的保健食品。 
本发明的目的,是提供一种板栗、桃仁肉保健食品。 
本发明的另一目的,是提供一种板栗、桃仁肉保健食品的制备方法。 
发明内容
一种板栗、桃仁肉保健食品,其特征是由板栗、核桃仁和肉制备成,所述肉为猪肉、牛肉、羊肉或鸡肉。板栗、核桃仁和肉的配比为: 
板栗仁30~45%、核桃仁5~15%、花生仁30~40%和肉10~20%。 
一种板栗、桃仁肉保健食品的制备方法,包括下述工艺步骤: 
1、取板栗仁35~45%,粉碎过60~80目备用; 
2、取核桃仁5~15%、花生仁30~40%、板栗仁30~45%充分混合后用榨油机进行脱脂,粕的含油在6%以下; 
3、将脱脂后的粕用粉碎机粉碎成60-80目待用; 
4、选择猪、牛、羊或鸡的精肉用铰肉机铰碎后在80℃以下温度干燥达到含水量在10%以下,再用锤式粉碎机粉碎成60~80目后与上述粕料用搅拌机充分混合,再用可食用水调至含水量达到40%,待用; 
5、采用螺杆挤压机(压缩比为1∶20),螺杆挤压机转数为30-50转/分,电加热外筒至150~200℃,在上述螺杆挤压机运转正常后加入适量调料,经螺杆加压挤出成型,即得。

2、营养丰富,长期食用具有良好的保健作用: 
(1)板栗又名栗、中国板栗,是山毛榉科栗属的植物板栗,具有较高的营养价值。唐代孙思邈说:“栗,肾之果也,肾病宜食之。”苏东坡的弟弟苏子由-苏辙曾写诗称颂栗子的食疗功效,“老去自添腰脚病,山翁服栗旧传方。客来为说晨兴晚,三咽徐收白玉浆。”吃食板栗可以益气血、养胃、补肾、健肝脾;具有有治疗腰腿酸疼、舒筋活络的功效。现代研究明,干板栗的碳水化合物达到77%,板栗的碳水化合物有40%由淀粉组成,实际上,板栗的淀粉含量是马铃薯的2倍。板栗富含维生素C和钾,也含有叶酸、铜、维生素B6、镁和维生素B1;每100克新鲜板栗中,水分占52%,另含蛋白质3克、碳水化合物44.2克。煮好的板栗富含钾,也含有维生素C、铜、镁、叶酸、维生素B6、维生素B1、铁和磷;每100克煮熟的板栗中,水分占68.2%,另含蛋白质2克、碳水化合物28克。 
栗子的维生素B1、B2含量丰富,维生素B2的含量至少是大米的4倍,每100克还含有24毫克维生素C,这是粮食所不能比拟的。人们恐怕很难想到,鲜板栗所含的维生素C比公认含维生素C丰富的西红柿还要多,栗子所含的矿物质也很全面,有钾、镁、铁、锌、锰等,尤其是含钾突出,比号称富含钾的苹果还高4倍。 
(2)核桃仁味甘平、温润,具有补肾养血、润肺定喘、润肠通便的作用。同时核桃仁还是一味乌发养颜、润肤防衰品。“发为血之余”,“肾主发”,核桃仁具有强肾养血的作用,所以,久服核桃可以令头发乌黑亮泽,对头发早白、发枯不荣具有良好的疗效。古代医学家对于核桃仁的美容功效早有认识,他们认为常服核桃仁令人能食,骨肉细腻光滑,须发黑泽,血脉通润。由此可见,核桃会除了乌须发之外,还可以荣养肌肤,使之变得光滑细腻。与其他美容食品一样,核桃仁具有相当高的营养价值。现代营养学研究表明,核桃仁中含有多种维生素、糖分以及各种矿物质。此外,核桃仁中植物脂肪和蛋白质的含量非常高,其中脂肪含量高达70%,蛋白质占17%~27%。在核桃仁中不仅含有钙、铁、磷等元素,还含有锌、锰、铬等人体不可缺乏的矿物质。多种维生素及蛋白质、矿物质,都是有利于容貌健美的营养物质。而核桃仁所富含的植物脂肪中的亚油酸,更被视为滋味润肌肤的美容剂,它可以令皮肤滋润光滑,富于弹性。 
(3)花生仁性味归经:甘、平,入脾、肺。具有健脾和胃、利肾去水、理气通乳等功能。 
花生中的维生素K有止血作用。 
花生含有维生素E和一定量的锌,能增强记忆,抗老化,延缓脑功能衰退,滋润皮肤。 
花生含有的维生素C有降低胆固醇的作用,有助于防治动脉硬化、高血压和冠心病。 
花生中的微量元素硒和另一种生物活性物质白藜芦醇可以防治肿瘤类疾病,同时也是降低血小板聚集,预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化、心脑血管疾病的化学预防剂。 
花生还有扶正补虚,悦脾和胃、润肺化痰、滋养调气、利水沛肿、止血生乳、消咽止疟的作用。

综上所述可知本发明的板栗、桃仁肉保健食品,不仅具有肉的口感,且有丰富的营养和良好的保健作用。 
具体实施方式
实施例一 
一种板栗、桃仁肉保健食品,由板栗仁45%、核桃仁5%、花生仁30%和牛肉20%制成。 
实施例二 
一种板栗、桃仁肉保健食品,由板栗仁45%、核桃仁10%、花生仁35%和羊肉10%制备而成。 
实施例三 
一种板栗、桃仁肉保健食品,由板栗仁50%、核桃仁5%、花生仁35%和猪肉10%制备而成。 
一种三仁保健食品的制备方法,包括下述工艺步骤: 
1、取板栗仁35~45%,粉碎过60~80目备用 
2、取核桃仁5%、花生仁30%和板栗仁45%充分混合后,用ZX-10型榨油机进行脱脂,使粕含油量<6%,再用锤式粉碎机粉碎成60~80目,制成三仁粕粉备用; 
3、取精牛肉用铰肉机铰碎后,送入烘箱,在80℃以下干燥至含水量<10%,再用锤式粉碎机粉碎成60~80目后与第一步骤制成的三仁粕粉混合,并用搅拌机充分混合,再加水调至含水量40%,制成含水量为40%的板栗、桃仁肉备用; 
4、将第二步制成的含水量为40%的板栗、桃仁肉用螺杆挤压机挤压成型,即得。

1.一种板栗、桃仁肉保健食品及其制备方法,其特征是由板栗、核桃仁和肉制备成,所述肉为猪肉、牛肉、羊肉或鸡肉,板栗、核桃仁和肉的配比为:
板栗仁35~45%、核桃仁5~15%、花生仁30~40%和肉10~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种板栗、桃仁肉保健食品及其制备方法,其特征在于所述的板栗、桃仁肉保健食品的制备方法,包括下述工艺步骤:
①取板栗仁35~45%,粉碎过60~80目备用;
②取核桃仁5~5%、花生仁30~40%充分混合后用榨油机进行脱脂,粕的含油在6%以下;
③将脱脂后的粕用粉碎机粉碎成60~80目备用;
④选择猪、牛、羊或鸡的精肉用铰肉机铰碎后在80℃以下温度干燥达到含水量在10%以下,再用锤式粉碎机粉碎成60~80目后与上述板栗粉、粕料,用搅拌机充分混合,再用可食用水调至含水量达到40%,备用;
⑤采用压缩比为1∶20螺杆挤压机,螺杆挤压机转数为30~50转/分,电加热外筒至150~200℃,在上述螺杆挤压机运转正常后加入适量调料,经螺杆加压挤出成型,即得。
