Abstract

一种制造用于装饰面层的模制木面板的方法,首先将粘接剂涂到支承件上,将木板材放置到支承件上,加压以实现木板材与支承件完全粘牢,然后按所需基本构形在木板材的表面上进行铣削以形成节段与槽,木板材在槽的部位很薄。所制出的模制木面板具有柔性而不易断裂,可对家具、墙、柱或其它物体的表面提供保护与装饰,尽管这些表面是曲面或具有不同平面。其支承件可根据使用场合来采用不同厚度与材料的具有一定柔性或刚性的材料。

Description

用于装饰面层的模制木面板的制造方法
本发明涉及一种制造用于装饰面层的模制木面板的方法,这种模制木面板用作表面的装饰层和覆盖层。
已知有用于不同表面的各种类型的覆盖层,这些覆盖层使所述不同表面提高了美学外观或提供了保护措施。它们的绝大多数用于很特定的目的,因此其应用范围是很有限的。
此外,这些覆盖层很难或不可能应用到弯曲的表面或包括不同平面的表面上。
本发明的目的在于提供一种制造用于装饰面层的模制木面板的方法,这种模制木面板可用作诸如曲面或包括不同的平面的各种表面的装饰层和覆盖层。
虽然根据本发明的方法制造的模制木面板特别适用于覆盖和装饰家具、墙壁、柱子、船、隔板之类,但它可适用于需加以保护和装饰的任何表面上。
为了实现上述目的和避免所述的不便,本发明提供了一种制造装饰性覆盖面板的方法,这种装饰性覆盖面板根据其所放置的场合而具有任何厚度的,诸如布、塑料、硬纸板、纤维、叠层金属之类的、具有一定柔性或刚性的支承件。
在此支承件上粘接有一片最好由木制成的、并经机加工成使之具有多个被槽分开的节段的板材,板材在槽的部位较薄。这些节段的重复排列构成这种面板的基本构形。
所有的节段连成一个整体,但是在节段之间的、由所述槽形成的连接部使该整体带有柔性而不会断开,因此这种面板可以适用于非常弯曲的表面上,也适用于带有不同平面的表面上。
在制造本发明的面板时,首先将粘接剂涂到支承件上,随后将木板材放置到支承件上。接着,将由支承件、粘接剂和板材所构成的整体加压以实现板材完全粘接到支承件上。最后,一当木板材与支承件牢固地连接好以后,将木板的表面按所需细节要求进行铣削以形成节段与槽,在木板材上、在所示基本构形的节段与节段之间具有较薄的部位或槽。
由于支承件的柔性和板材形成节段的结构,本发明的面板具有如下的优点:它可以适配到任何表面上,尽管该表面弯曲得很利害或包括急剧变化的平面。此外,这种面板可以很容易地沿着节段之间的分隔槽切开。上述优点使这种面板具有广泛的用途,而不会在任何特殊场合中降低其功效。另一方面,简单的制造工艺使其能够以低成本达到高质量。
为了更好地理解本说明文件,附上一个构成本文件的一部分的单一附图,在此附图中,以示例性方式而不是以限制性方式显示出本发明的目的。
唯一的附图示出本发明的实施例的装饰性覆盖面板的透视图,在图中放大了支承件和粘接剂层的厚度。
在下面参照附图上的标号对本发明的示例进行描述。
本实施例的装饰性覆盖面板具有一个柔性布支承件1,木板材3通过一层粘接剂2固定在支承件1上。
木板材3进行机加工以形成一系列的、其重复排列形成基本构形的、由槽5分隔开的节段4,板材3在槽5部位上的厚度很小。
本发明的此实施例的节段4具有恒定的截面,带有曲线突起顶部,但也可以具有其它几何形状,只要在所述节段4之间具有在其部位上木板材3的厚度很小的槽5即可。
这种面板的结构必须是使节段4之间的连接部是柔性的而不易断裂的,因而这种面板在需要时具有相当大的柔性。
因此这种面板可适用于带有不同平面的或曲面的表面。
所述面板的制造方法包括以下步骤:
a)在一柔性支承件上涂敷一粘结剂层;
b)将一木板置于所述柔性支承件上,使上述粘结剂层位于所述木板和所述柔性支承件之间;
c)对所述木板和所述柔性支承件加压,以获得更大的粘结力;
d)通过铣削处理木板以形成具有预选几何形状的不同节段,相邻的节段由槽隔开,在所述槽处木板的厚度很小,这样成品面板在不断裂的情况下可适用于曲面或不同平面的表面。

Claims (6)

1.一种制造用于装饰面层的模制木面板的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a)在一柔性支承件(1)上涂敷一粘结剂层(2);
b)将一木板(3)置于所述柔性支承件(1)上,使上述粘结剂层(2)位于所述木板(3)和所述柔性支承件(1)之间;
c)对所述木板(3)和所述柔性支承件(1)加压,以获得更大的粘结力;
d)通过铣削处理木板(3)以形成具有预选几何形状的不同节段(4),相邻的节段(4)由槽(5)隔开,在所述槽(5)处木板(3)的厚度很小,这样成品面板在不断裂的情况下可适用于曲面或不同平面的表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于将节段(4)加工成具有顶部凸起的断面。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于选择柔性支承件(1)的材料为塑料。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于选择柔性支承件(1)的材料为硬纸板。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于选择柔性支承件(1)的材料为纤维材料。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于选择柔性支承件(1)的材料为布。
