Abstract

本发明公开了一种浅网消光膜制造工艺,所用原料为:聚丙烯60%-70%、高密度聚乙烯30%-40%、消光剂3%-5%、分散剂3%-4.5%。将一定配比混合的聚丙烯和高密度聚乙烯作为载体树脂,加入适量消光剂和分散剂,用高速搅拌机混合均匀,温度控制在100-120℃,然后挤出造粒,制成消光母料。将上述母料采用平板硫化机或吹塑机制成厚度为12-18um的消光膜。其制造的消光膜综合性能要优于其他无机填料消光膜,此消光膜同时还具有高拉伸强度、高哑光性能、优异的油墨涂层附着力和油脂阻隔性能,适用于浅网印刷中。

技术领域
本发明涉及消光膜的制造,更具体的说是浅网消光膜制造工艺。 
背景技术
消光膜是一种高雾度、低光泽度、具有呈漫反射状消光效果的薄膜。将其复合于包装材料表面,可以消除膜面反光,使印刷图案逼真,并具有立体感和良好的手感,因此广泛应用于高档包装产品。随着印刷业的发展 , 印刷品质量要求也越来越高 , 特别是近几年 , 层次版和柔性印刷发展是一个趋势。与之对应的是用于印刷的基材质量也要求达到高质量。普通薄膜容易产生网点 ,浅网消光膜可以解决了普通薄膜难以完成的高精度、高质量的印刷图案, 而且具有高拉伸强度、高哑光性能,同时有着优异的油墨涂层附着力和油脂阻隔性能,可以广泛应用于浅网印刷中。 
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明提供一种浅网消光膜。 
为实现本发明的目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种浅网消光膜制造工艺,其具体步骤为:将一定配比混合的聚丙烯和高密度聚乙烯作为载体树脂,加入适量消光剂和分散剂,用高速搅拌机混合均匀,温度控制在100-120℃,然后挤出造粒,制成消光母料。将上述母料采用平板硫化机或吹塑机制成厚度为12-18um的消光膜。 
优选的,所用原料的百分比为:聚丙烯60%-70%、高密度聚乙烯30%-40%、消光剂3%-5%、分散剂3%-4.5%。   
优选的,消光剂为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、碳酸钙、滑石粉中的一种
有益效果:本发明公开了一种浅网消光膜制造工艺,所用的载体树脂为聚丙烯和高密度聚乙烯,可以提高消光膜的消光性能和拉伸能力,消光剂选用的是雾度低、透光率强PET和碳酸钙,其综合性能要优于其他无机填料消光膜,此消光膜同时还具有高拉伸强度、高哑光性能、优异的油墨涂层附着力和油脂阻隔性能,适用于浅网印刷中。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。 
一种浅网消光膜制造工艺,其特征在于,所用原料为:聚丙烯61%、高密度聚乙烯30%、消光剂5%、分散剂4%,消光剂为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、碳酸钙、滑石粉中的一种,制造浅网消光膜具体步骤为:将一定配比混合的聚丙烯和高密度聚乙烯作为载体树脂,加入适量消光剂和分散剂,用高速搅拌机混合均匀,温度控制在120℃,然后挤出造粒,制成消光母料。将上述母料采用平板硫化机或吹塑机制成厚度为12um的消光膜。 
本发明公开了一种浅网消光膜制造工艺,所用的载体树脂为聚丙烯和高密度聚乙烯,可以提高消光膜的消光性能和拉伸能力,消光剂选用的是雾度低、透光率强PET和碳酸钙,其综合性能要优于其他无机填料消光膜,此消光膜同时还具有高拉伸强度、高哑光性能、优异的油墨涂层附着力和油脂阻隔性能,适用于浅网印刷中。

1.一种浅网消光膜制造工艺,其特征在于:其具体步骤为:将一定配比混合的聚丙烯和高密度聚乙烯作为载体树脂,加入适量消光剂和分散剂,用高速搅拌机混合均匀,温度控制在100-120℃,然后挤出造粒,制成消光母料。将上述母料采用平板硫化机或吹塑机制成厚度为12-18um的消光膜。 
2.一种使用权利要求1所述原料制造浅网消光膜,其特征在于:所用原料的百分比为:聚丙烯60%-70%、高密度聚乙烯30%-40%、消光剂3%-5%、分散剂3%-4.5%。   
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种浅网消光膜制造工艺,其特征在于:消光剂为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、碳酸钙、滑石粉中的一种。
