本发明的甜茶抗过敏食品,由下列重量份的物料制成:紫苏甘草金银花甜茶提取物:5~20,糊精:15~30,淮山粉:15~30,木糖醇:15~30。所述紫苏甘草金银花甜茶混合提取物为紫苏/甘草/金银花/甜茶=5~15/10~20/1~3/10~20混合物的提取物。本发明还提供上述所述的甜茶抗过敏食品的制备方法。本发明中,紫苏、甘草、金银花、甜茶均有抗过敏的作用,特别是各成份从不同的角度和机理上发挥作用,在抗过敏作用方面互相协同,在克服各组分的缺点方面互相抵消,效果好副作用少,是一种有效的符合科学、合理、健康理念的抗过敏食品。本发明还涉及甜茶抗过敏食品的制备方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及抗过敏食品,具体是甜茶抗过敏食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
过敏反应又称超敏反应或***反应,是指机体受同一抗原物质再次刺激后产生的一种异常或病理性免疫反应。过敏性疾病的发病率大约占人口的20%,从新生儿到中老年人各年龄段都有可能发生。
最常见的过敏为空气过敏、食物过敏、花粉过敏。现代医学治疗过敏可采用对症缓解治疗,脱敏治疗等办法,可其存在副作用大,治疗时间长,费用高,需长期到医院定点治疗等弊端。
发明内容
为使人们更加方便的治疗和预防过敏,克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种甜茶抗过敏食品。
本发明的甜茶抗过敏食品,由下列重量份的物料制成:紫苏甘草金银花甜茶提取物:5~20,糊精:15~30,淮山粉:15~30,木糖醇:15~30。
所述紫苏甘草金银花甜茶混合提取物为紫苏/甘草/金银花/甜茶=5~15/10~20/1~3/10~20混合物的提取物。
作为优选,各物料的重量份为:紫苏甘草金银花甜茶混合提取物:10~15,糊精:20~25,淮山粉:20~25,木糖醇:20~25。
进一步,所述紫苏甘草金银花甜茶混合提取物为紫苏/甘草/金银花/甜茶=5~15/10~20/1~3/10~20混合物的50~80%乙醇水溶液提取物。
更进一步,所述紫苏甘草金银花甜茶混合提取物为紫苏/甘草/金银花/甜茶=10/15/3/15混合物的50~80%乙醇水溶液提取物。
本发明还提供上述所述的甜茶抗过敏食品的制备方法。
该方法包含下述步骤:
(1)将紫苏、甘草、金银花、甜茶粉碎后一起放入提取罐中;
(2)使用50~80%乙醇水溶液提取;
(3)提取液浓缩干燥;
(4)将(3)所得与糊精、淮山粉、木糖醇混合、制粒;
(5)干燥;
(6)内分装和外包装。
进一步,在步骤(2),加热至不超过60度,提取2~3次,每次时间为1~3小时。
在步骤(2)使用70%乙醇水溶液。
在步骤(3)和(5),温度不超过60度,真空干燥。
在步骤(4),制粒粒径为0.1~2mm。
在步骤(5),干燥至产品含水0.1~5%。
中医认为,紫苏味辛,性温,入脾、肺经,具有解表散寒、行气宽中、解鱼蟹毒之功效。紫苏提取物HD、HC能显著抑制透明质酸酶活性,显著拮抗组织胺所致的皮肤毛细血管通透性增加,体现出较强的抗炎抗过敏作用,有缓和过敏性皮炎、花粉症等过敏反应的效果。紫苏对吃海鲜出现的瘙痒、风团、丘疹、腹痛等过敏反应有奇效。
另外紫苏含有丰富的维生素C、钾、铁等,还含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸。常饮用紫苏泡水能起到预防海鲜过敏,缓解皮肤过敏症状,补充维生素以及矿物质的作用,对身体无副作用。
中医素有“十方九甘草”之说,现代药理研究证实甘草主要含甘草甜素,其水解产物——甘草次酸的化学结构有类似肾上腺皮质激素的作用,有抗炎、抗毒素、抗过敏作用,并能抑制组织胺的释放。故其对过敏性紫癜、急性湿疹、过敏性皮炎及其它各种皮肤炎症的红肿、糜烂、流水症状都有良好的治疗效果。另外甘草还具有平喘、镇咳的作用,故其在过敏性支气管哮喘的治疗上被广泛应用。另有报道,甘草能治愈过敏性鼻炎。长期使用,对身体并无副作用。
中药金银花是传统的清热解毒药,具有杀菌,抑制病毒等多种药理活性,有报道证明金银花具有治疗食物引起的过敏症的作用。
甜茶提取物对浓氨水实验性咳嗽有抑制作用,能明显增加呼吸道酚红排出量,显示止咳祛痰效果,并具有较好的镇痛,抗炎,镇静作用。在日本,甜茶已用作抗敏药。甜茶提取物具有较强的抗过敏作用。甜茶中所含的黄酮物质可分解黑色素、抑制黑斑和黄褐斑的形成。甜茶是一种无毒、高甜度、低热能和具有保健功能的天然甜味植物,是一种理想的糖类替代品,对避免因长期过量的吃糖、致使人体发胖和诱发高血压、糖尿病、心血管病、肾脏等疾病的人们具有良好辅助疗效。
木糖醇为人体提供能量,合成糖元,减少脂肪和肝组织中的蛋白质的消耗。
淮山富含18种氨基酸和10余种微量元素,及其它矿物质,有健脾胃、补肺肾、补中益气、健脾补虚,固肾益精、益心安神、生津止渴、保健养颜等作用。
本发明中,紫苏、甘草、金银花、甜茶均有抗过敏的作用,特别是各成份从不同的角度和机理上发挥作用,如紫苏通过抑制透明质酸酶活性,拮抗组织胺来缓解皮肤出现的红、肿、热、痛;甘草所含的甘草甜素,其水解产物——甘草次酸具有类似于肾上腺素皮质激素的作用,在炎症早期可减轻渗出、水肿、毛细血管扩张、白细胞浸润及吞噬反应,从而改善红、肿、热、痛等症状,在后期可抑制毛细血管和纤维母细胞的增生,延缓肉芽组织生成,防止糖连及瘢痕形成,减轻后遗症;金银花具有治疗食物引起的过敏症的作用;甜茶具有抗组胺作用,能有效减轻过敏症状。
另外,本发明的技术方案配料合理。甜茶素甜度极高,可以掩盖金银花的苦味,提高了人们对产品的接受程度;紫苏气清香,味微辛,甘草有特殊甜味,都在一定程度上提升了产品的口感;甜茶中的茶多酚作为优良的抗氧化剂,可以有效防止紫苏、甘草、金银花等的有效成分在生产和储存过程中的氧化变质,这正是将紫苏、甘草、金银花、甜茶混合提取的关键。
具体实施方式
(1)将紫苏、甘草、金银花、甜茶破碎后一起放入提取罐中;
(2)使用70%乙醇水溶液提取;提取温度55度,提取3次,每次时间为1小时。合并提取液。
(3)将提取液在温度60度时真空浓缩、真空干燥;
(4)将(3)所得与糊精、淮山粉、木糖醇混合、制粒;制粒粒径为1mm。
(5)真空干燥;检查水分,不得超过5%。
(6)内分装和外包装。
其中,糊精、淮山粉、木糖醇外购;紫苏/甘草/金银花/甜茶的重量比为10/15/3/15;紫苏甘草金银花甜茶混合提取物:10,糊精:20,淮山粉:20,木糖醇:20,均为重量份。

1.甜茶抗过敏食品,由下列重量份的物料制成:紫苏甘草金银花甜茶提取物:5~20,糊精:15~30,淮山粉:15~30,木糖醇:15~30;
所述紫苏甘草金银花甜茶混合提取物为紫苏/甘草/金银花/甜茶=5~15/10~20/1~3/10~20混合物的提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甜茶抗过敏食品,其特征在于:物料的重量份为:紫苏甘草金银花甜茶混合提取物:10~15,糊精:20~25,淮山粉:20~25,木糖醇:20~25。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的甜茶抗过敏食品,其特征在于:所述紫苏甘草金银花甜茶混合提取物为紫苏/甘草/金银花/甜茶=5~15/10~20/1~3/10~20混合物的50~80%乙醇水溶液提取物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的甜茶抗过敏食品,其特征在于:所述紫苏甘草金银花甜茶混合提取物为紫苏/甘草/金银花/甜茶=10/15/3/15混合物的50~80%乙醇水溶液提取物。
5.权利要求1或2所述的甜茶抗过敏食品的制备方法,包含下述步骤:
(1)将紫苏、甘草、金银花、甜茶粉碎后一起放入提取罐中;
(2)使用50~80%乙醇水溶液提取;
(3)提取液浓缩干燥;
(4)将(3)所得与糊精、淮山粉、木糖醇混合、制粒;
(5)干燥;
(6)内分装和外包装。
6.根据权利要求5的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(2),加热至不超过60度,提取2~3次,每次时间为1~3小时。
7.根据权利要求5的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(2)使用70%乙醇水溶液。
8.根据权利要求5的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(3)和(5),温度不超过60度,真空干燥。
9.根据权利要求5的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(4),制粒粒径为0.1~2mm。
10.根据权利要求5的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(5),干燥至产品含水0.1~5%。
