技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗胃病的药物组合物。 
背景技术
胃病，实际上是许多症候的统称，很多种疾病与胃病相关。如上腹胃脘部不适、疼 
痛、饭后饱胀、嗳气、返酸，甚至恶心、呕吐等等。西医临床上常见的胃病有急性胃炎、慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、胃十二指肠复合溃疡、胃息肉、胃结石、胃的良恶性肿瘤，还有胃黏膜脱垂症、急性胃扩张、幽门梗阻等。
胃病病因主要有以下几种： 
1．急性胃炎后胃黏膜损伤持久不愈。
2．幽门螺杆菌感染。 
3．长期嗜酒饮浓茶、浓咖啡、食辛辣过度和暴饮暴食、吸烟、抑郁等不合理生活习惯。 
4．经常服用对胃黏膜有损害和有刺激性的药物，如阿司匹林、消炎痛、糖皮质激素、抗生素、抗肿瘤药物等。 
5．一些慢性疾病，如慢性肝炎、慢性肾炎、***、重症糖尿病等。 
胃病最常见的临床表现有上腹部不适或疼痛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、食欲不振。胃炎及十二指肠溃疡的症状则为上腹部烧灼痛，特别是在两顿饭之间，早餐前或在饮用橙汁、咖啡之后发生。严重者可有柏油便、黑便或血便。 
现在市场上用于治疗胃病的中药和西药多种多样，在服用时药性较慢，疗程较长，治愈率不高，且市场上的药物大多只能缓解病情，不能治愈，有些药物有较大的副作用，患者需要长期服用药物，治疗效果不理想。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种治疗费用低，治疗周期短，且治疗效果好，无毒副作用的治疗胃病的药物组合物。 
本发明采用如下技术方案：本发明是采用如下重量份数比组分制成的： 
黄芪10g-30g、党参10g-30g、白术10g-30g、茯苓15g-30g、炙甘草10g-15g、木香10g-15g、砂仁3g-9g、乌贼骨15g-30g、鸡内金9g-30g、白芷10g-20g、连翘10g-20g、龙胆草10g-20g、蒲公英15g-30g、黄连3g-9g、半夏6g-12g、元胡10g-15g、救必应10g-15g、三七3g-6g、陈皮10g-15g、青皮10g-15g、香附6g-9g、地龙10g-15g、乌梅10g-20g、白芨3g-15g、赤石脂3g-12g。
本发明积极效果如下： 
本发明药物组合物中：
1.黄芪：味甘，性温。归肺、脾经。补气健脾，功能：补气固表，利尿托毒，排脓，敛疮生肌。主治：气虚乏力，食少便溏，中气下陷，久泻脱肛，便血崩漏，表虚自汗，气虚水肿，痈疽难溃，久溃不敛，血虚痿黄，内热消渴；慢性肾炎蛋白尿，糖尿病。 常与党参、白术等配伍；现代药理：黄芪是提高机体免疫力的首选药之一。
2.党参：味甘、性温。归脾、肺经。功能主治补中益气，健脾益肺。用于脾肺虚弱，气短心悸，食少便溏，虚喘咳嗽，内热消渴。 
3.白术：味苦、甘，性温。归脾、胃经。健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。用于脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸，水肿，自汗，胎动不安。土白术健脾，和胃，安胎。用于脾虚食少，泄泻便溏，胎动不安。 
4.茯苓：味甘、淡，性平。归心、脾、肾经。主治：水肿尿少，痰饮眩悸，脾虚食少，便溏泄泻，心神不安，惊悸失眠，子宫肌瘤。药理：利尿作用。能提高体液免疫功，能抑制毛细血管的通透性，对离体肠有直接松驰作用，使平滑肌收缩振幅减少，张力下降。影响体内代谢，对电解质的平衡有调解作用，并能降低血糖。 
5.炙甘草：味甘，性平。归心、肺、脾、胃经 。功能主治：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物组合物毒性、烈性。方中炙甘草是取其温中和胃调和主要的作用。 
6.木香：味辛苦、性温。归肺、肝、脾经。《雷公炮制药性解》：归心、肺、肝、脾、胃、膀胱六经。功能主治：行气止痛，温中和胃。治中寒气滞，胸腹胀痛，呕吐，泄泻，下痢里急后重，寒疝。 
7.砂仁：味辛，性温。归脾、胃经。功能主治：行气调中，和胃，醒脾。治腹痛痞胀，胃呆食滞，噎膈呕吐，寒泻冷痢，妊娠胎动。 
8.鸡内金：味甘；性平.归脾；胃；肾；膀胱经.功能主治;健脾消食；涩精止遗；消症化石。主治消化不良；饮食积滞；呕吐反胃；泄泻下痢；小儿疳积；遗精；遗尿；小便频数；泌尿系结石及胆结石；症瘕经闭；喉痹乳蛾；牙疳口疮。 
9.乌贼骨：味咸、涩，性温。归脾、肾经。功效主治：收敛止血，固精止带，制酸止痛，收湿敛疮。用于溃疡病，胃酸过多，吐血衄血，崩漏便血，遗精滑精，赤白带下。                
10.白芷：味辛，性温。归胃、大肠、肺经。功能主治：散风除湿，通窍止痛，消肿排脓。用于感冒头痛，眉棱骨痛，鼻塞，鼻渊，牙痛，白带，疮疡肿痛
11.连翘：味苦，性凉。归经：心、肝、胆经。《雷公炮制药性解》：入心、肝、胆、胃、三焦、大肠六经。功能主治：清热，解毒，散结，消肿。治温热，丹毒，斑疹，痈疡肿毒，瘰疬，小便淋闭。
12.龙胆草：味苦，性寒。归肝、胆经。功能与主治：清热燥湿，泻肝胆火。用于湿热黄疸，阴肿阴痒，带下，强中，湿疹瘙痒，目赤，耳聋，胁痛，口苦，惊风抽搐。 
13.蒲公英：味苦甘，性寒。归肝、胃经。功能主治：清热解毒，利尿散结。治急性乳腺炎，淋巴腺炎，瘰疬，疔毒疮肿，急性结膜炎，感冒发热，急性扁桃体炎，急性支气管炎，胃炎，肝炎，胆囊炎，***。 
14.黄连：味苦，性寒。归心、脾、胃、肝、胆、大肠经。 功能与主治：清热燥湿，泻火解毒。用于湿热痞满，呕吐吞酸，泻痢，黄疸，高热神昏，心火亢盛，心烦不寐，血热吐衄，目赤，牙痛，消渴，痈肿疔疮；外治湿疹，湿疮，耳道流脓。酒黄连善清上焦火热。用于目赤，口疮。姜黄连清胃和胃止呕。用于寒热互结，湿热中阻，痞满呕吐。萸黄连舒肝和胃止呕。用于肝胃不和，呕吐吞酸。  
15.半夏：味辛、性温；有毒。归脾、胃、肺经。功能主治：燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。用于痰多咳喘，痰饮眩悸，风痰眩晕，痰厥头痛，呕吐反胃，胸脘痞闷，梅核气；生用外治痈肿痰核。姜半夏多用于降逆止呕。
16.元胡：味辛、苦，性温，归心、肝、脾经。功效主治：活血行气止痛； 
17.救必应：味苦、性寒。功能主治：清热解毒，利湿，止痛。治感冒发热，扁桃体炎，咽喉肿痛，急慢性肝炎，急性肠胃炎，胃及十二指肠溃疡，风湿关节痛，跌打损伤，汤火伤。现代药理：解痉止痛、止血。
18..三七：味甘微苦，性温。归肝、胃、大肠经。功能主治:止血，散瘀，消肿，定痛。治吐血，咳血，衄血，便血，血痢，崩漏，癥瘕，产后血晕，恶露不下，跌扑瘀血，外伤出血，痈肿疼痛。 
19.地龙：味咸，性寒。归肝、脾、膀胱经。功能与主治：清热定惊，通络，平喘，利尿。用于高热神昏，惊痫抽搐，关节痹痛，肢体麻木，半身不遂，肺热喘咳，尿少水肿，高血压。         
20.乌梅：味酸、涩，性平。归肝、脾、肺、大肠经。敛肺，涩肠，生津，安蛔。功能主治：肺虚久咳；虚热烦渴；久疟；久泻；痢疾；便血；尿血；血崩；蛔厥腹痛；呕吐；钩虫病。                
21.陈皮：味辛苦，性温。归脾、肺经。功能主治：理气健脾，燥湿化痰。胸脘胀满，食少吐泻，咳嗽痰多。
22.青皮：味苦辛，性微温.归肝、胆经.功能主治：疏肝破气，散结消痰。治胸胁胃脘疼痛，疝气，食积，乳肿，乳核，久疟癖块。 
23.香附：味辛微苦甘，性平。归肝、三焦经。《雷公炮制药性解》：入肺、肝、脾、胃四经。功能主治：理气解郁，止痛调经。治肝胃不和，气郁不舒，胸腹胁肋胀痛，痰饮痞满，***，崩漏带下。 
24..白芨：味苦、甘、涩，性微寒。归肺、肝、胃经。 功能主治：收敛止血，消肿生肌。用于咳血吐血，外伤出血，疮疡肿毒，皮肤皲裂；肺结核咳血，溃疡病出血。 
25.赤石脂：味甘、涩、酸；性温；归脾、胃、心、大肠经。功效主治：涩肠、收敛止血、收湿敛疮、生肌。 
本发明药物组合物中黄芪、党参、茯苓、白术补气健脾，扶正固本为君药。 
木香、香附、青皮、陈皮、半夏、砂仁、鸡内金舒肝解郁，行气宽中，消食杀虫助消化为臣药。 
乌贼骨、地龙、三七、救必应、元胡、白芨、赤石脂、乌梅收敛止血，活血止痛，修复粘膜为佐药。 
黄连、连翘、龙胆草、蒲公英、炙甘草、白芷清热解毒，除湿泻火，调和诸药、引药达胃为使药。 
本发明药物组合物的用法用量是：按重量份数比备药，将三七磨成粉末，将其余药物用适量的冷水浸泡约一小时。随后再将浸泡的药物组合物烧开后，用慢火煎熬15分钟，倒出药液。再加适量冷水烧开，用慢火煎熬20分钟，倒出药液。再加入适量冷水烧开后，用慢火煎熬25分钟，倒出药液。将三次药液混合，分三次与磨好的三七粉末同服。本发明的份量为一剂，每日一剂，饭前饭后服用均可。本发明可大量生产，亦可煎好药液后浓缩成颗粒冲剂服用。根据病情服用，一般情况六到三十剂即可治愈。 
疗效标准定为：饮食胃部无刺痛感，能正常饮食，且停药7天后不再复发，胃部 
无不适之感，生冷不忌食，健康如常为治愈；面色红润，肢体有力，食欲大振，胃偶有阵痛感，大便日一两次不成条，为有效；面色苍白，肢体无力，没有食欲，仍有阵痛，大便日三次以上，大便不成形，为无效。
采用本发明实施例1药物组合物治疗胃病200例，男120例，女80例，其中有效146人，有效率73%；治愈46人，治愈率23%；另有8人无效，无效率4%。 
治愈病例： 
1、王某，男，40岁，服药前患有严重的胃糜烂、胃息肉、充血水肿，胃脘阵发性疼痛，多处求医治疗无效，痛苦长达5年之久，李某来我处求医，服用本发明实施例1所述中药，数分钟疼痛就明显减轻，用药三十剂后就痊愈了。
2、刘某，女，2 3岁，学生，在校生活期间，饮食不规律，经常胃痛、胃胀，反复发作，经多家医院治疗无效，服用本发明实施例2所述中药七剂后痊愈。 
3、卜某，男，3 3岁，因工作需要经常喝酒，有浅表性胃炎，慢性胃炎，胃溃疡，胃糜烂，随时疼痛，喝酒后疼痛加重，服用该药后明显好转，服用本发明实施例3所述中药三十剂后痊愈，现在喝酒也不痛了。

1.一种治疗胃病的药物组合物，其特征在于其是采用如下重量份数的组分制成的：黄芪10g-30g、党参10g-30g、白术10g-30g、茯苓15g-30g、炙甘草10g-15g、木香10g-15g、砂仁3g-9g、乌贼骨15g-30g、鸡内金9g-30g、白芷10g-20g、连翘10g-20g、龙胆草10g-20g、蒲公英15g-30g、黄连3g-9g、半夏6g-12g、元胡10g-15g、救必应10g-15g、三七3g-6g、陈皮10g-15g、青皮10g-15g、香附6g-9g、地龙10g-15g、乌梅10g-20g、白芨3g-15g、赤石脂3g-12g。
