本发明提供一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋,包括外膜、中膜和内膜,所述外膜为聚乙稀PE薄膜、聚丙烯PP薄膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET薄膜中的一种,所述中膜为乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH薄膜、聚乙烯醇PVA薄膜或尼龙PA薄膜中的一种,其特征在于,所述内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚乙PE薄膜或改性聚丙烯PP薄膜,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸铈、硬脂酸铈或十八烷胺硝酸盐中的一种或两种或两种以上组合;经测试,本产品用于柠檬酸包装抗结块性能显著提高。

Description

一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于塑料包装材料领域,特别涉及一种防止柠檬酸颗粒产品结块的薄膜包装袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
对于无水精细化工原料如无水柠檬酸颗粒,加工中是经过脱水处理的,但是在包装的过程中由于接触到空气,会带入少量的游离水分进去,另外包装袋薄膜本身具有一定的水蒸气透过性和氧气透过性,存放一段时间后就会出现结块,失去原有颗粒或粉末的流动性,直接影响到产品的性能和销售,特别是出口产品在运输过程中经历不同气候条件,进一步缩短了产品的结块时间,这种结块现象是我国包装行业所存在的一大技术难题。柠檬酸固体颗粒结块原因包括:柠檬酸固体颗粒表面与水分子之间存在强烈的静电吸引,柠檬酸固体颗粒与水分子结合的氢键力和毛细管吸附力对水分子的吸附力。柠檬酸固体颗粒的结块主要是按照吸湿→颗粒表面溶解→水分蒸发重结晶→颗粒间桥接的顺序进行循环,经过一定时间而结块。为了防止结块现象,对于干燥产品包装,大部分是在塑料包装袋内放入干燥剂进行吸湿防潮,但是这种方法不方便也不安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有薄膜包装袋存在内部包装物易结块的不足,提供一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述薄膜包装袋的制备方法。
本发明提供一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋,包括外膜、中膜和内膜,所述外膜为聚乙稀PE薄膜、聚丙烯PP薄膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET薄膜中的一种,所述中膜为乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH薄膜、聚乙烯醇PVA薄膜或尼龙PA薄膜中的一种,其特征在于,所述内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚乙PE薄膜或改性聚丙烯PP薄膜,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸铈、硬脂酸铈或十八烷胺硝酸盐中的一种或两种或两种以上组合。
优选地,按重量百分数计,所述内膜原料成分为:98~99.5%聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂,0.5~2%表面活性剂。
优选地,所述外膜为聚乙稀PE薄膜,中膜为乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH薄膜,其厚度为0.005-0.03mm,内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚乙PE薄膜,其厚度为0.03-0.09mm,按重量百分数计,所述内膜原料成分为:98%聚乙烯树脂,1%十二烷基苯磺酸铈,1%十八烷胺硝酸盐。
优选地,所述外膜为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET薄膜,中膜为聚乙烯醇PVA薄膜,其厚度为0.005-0.03mm,所述内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚乙PE薄膜,其厚度为0.03-0.09mm,按重量百分数计,所述内膜原料成分为:99%聚乙烯树脂和1%硬脂酸铈。
制备上述一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋的方法,其特征在于,首先将聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂放入烘箱内80℃烘干,然后与表面活性剂按所述比例混合搅拌匀质,经双螺杆挤出机加热、剪切、挤出、切粒制得改性树脂母料,在挤出吹塑机的内冷排气柱上安装电晕冲击机,各层原料熔融塑化后进入同一个口模吹塑挤出圆筒,吹塑挤出的同时开启电晕冲击机对内膜进行电击处理,电击的电压为1万伏-1.5万伏,使内膜形成稳定的分子间隙网络结构,经冷却定型,牵引,收卷和制袋工序制得多层复合薄膜包装袋。
本发明在现有内膜原料中添加表面活性剂,表面活性剂分子中亲水性的极性基团与柠檬酸分子之间存在着较强的静电作用,以离子交换或离子对的方式吸附在柠檬酸颗粒的表面,降低了柠檬酸颗粒的表面能,削弱了柠檬酸分子与水分子之间的静电作用;憎水性的非极性基团则指向柠檬酸颗粒的***,按一定的规律排布,在柠檬酸表面形成一层憎水膜,有效地阻止外界环境中水分子与柠檬酸颗粒间的接触。本产品可以长时间有效地吸收袋内有限的水分子和氧气,防止袋内颗粒物质结块变质;在同样的常温、常湿和常压条件下,采用本产品作为内膜的包装袋和采用现有普通聚乙稀薄膜作为内膜的包装袋进行包装测试,包装物为无水柠檬酸颗粒,测试结果:采用现有普通聚乙稀薄膜包装袋包装的无水柠檬酸颗粒35天开始出现结块,45天大量结块,65天完全结块,采用本发明吸湿薄膜包装袋包装的无水柠檬酸颗粒至少到68天才会开始出现结块,185天以上出现大量结块,200天以上完全结块,测试结果表明本吸湿薄膜用于柠檬酸包装抗结块性能显著提高。
具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例提供一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋,包括外膜、中膜和内膜,外膜为聚乙稀PE薄膜,中膜为乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH薄膜,其厚度为0.005-0.03mm,所述内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚乙烯PE薄膜,厚度为0.03-0.09mm;按重量百分数计,内膜原料成分为:99.5%聚乙烯树脂和0.5%十二烷基苯磺酸铈。
制备方法:首先将内膜原料聚乙烯树脂放入烘箱内80℃烘干,然后与表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸铈按所述比例混合搅拌匀质,经双螺杆挤出机加热、剪切、挤出、切粒制得改性树脂母料,在挤出吹塑机的内冷排气柱上安装电晕冲击机,将各层薄膜的母粒原料按照各自组份分别混合均匀,内膜原料的塑化温度为150℃-220℃,中膜原料的塑化温度为160℃-210℃,外膜原料的塑化温度为140℃-195℃,各层原料熔融塑化后进入同一个口模吹塑挤出圆筒,吹塑挤出的同时开启电晕冲击机对内膜进行电击处理,电击的电压为1万伏~1.5万伏,使内膜形成稳定的分子间隙网络结构,经冷却定型,牵引,收卷和制袋工序制得多层复合薄膜包装袋。
包装物为无水柠檬酸颗粒,包装实验对比结果显示:现有聚乙烯薄膜包装袋30天出现结块,45天大量结块,65天完全结块;本发明吸湿薄膜包装袋68天出现结块,190天大量结块,230天完全结块。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋,包括外膜、中膜和内膜,外膜为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET薄膜,中膜为聚乙烯醇PVA薄膜,其厚度为0.005-0.03mm,所述内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚乙PE薄膜,其厚度为0.03-0.09mm,按重量百分数计,内膜原料成分为:99%聚乙烯树脂和1%硬脂酸铈。
制备方法同实施例一,包装物为无水柠檬酸颗粒,包装实验对比结果显示:现有聚乙烯薄膜包装袋30天出现结块,45天大量结块,65天完全结块;本发明吸湿薄膜包装袋150天出现结块,185天大量结块,200天完全结块。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋,包括外膜、中膜和内膜,外膜为聚丙烯PP薄膜,中膜为尼龙PA薄膜,其厚度为0.005-0.03mm,内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚丙烯PP薄膜,其厚度为0.03-0.09mm,按重量百分数计,内膜原料成分为:98%聚丙烯树脂和2%十八烷胺硝酸盐。
制备方法同实施例一,包装物为无水柠檬酸颗粒,包装实验对比结果显示:现有聚乙烯薄膜包装袋30天出现结块,45天大量结块,65天完全结块;本发明吸湿薄膜包装袋70天出现结块,195天大量结块,225天完全结块。
实施例四
本实施例提供一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋,包括外膜、中膜和内膜,外膜为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET薄膜,中膜为聚乙烯醇PVA薄膜,其厚度为0.005-0.03mm,内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚乙PE薄膜,其厚度为0.03-0.09mm,按重量百分数计,内膜原料成分为:98.5%聚乙烯树脂和0.5%十二烷基苯磺酸铈,0.5%硬脂酸铈,0.5%十八烷胺硝酸盐。
制备方法同实施例一,包装物为无水柠檬酸颗粒,包装实验对比结果显示:现有聚乙烯薄膜包装袋30天出现结块,45天大量结块,65天完全结块;本发明吸湿薄膜包装袋70天出现结块,193天大量结块,220天完全结块。
实施例五
本实施例提供一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋,包括外膜、中膜和内膜,外膜为聚乙稀PE薄膜,中膜为乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH薄膜,其厚度为0.005-0.03mm,内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚乙PE薄膜,其厚度为0.03-0.09mm,按重量百分数计,内膜原料成分为,98%聚乙烯树脂和1%十二烷基苯磺酸铈,1%十八烷胺硝酸盐。
制备方法同实施例一,包装物为无水柠檬酸颗粒,包装实验对比结果显示:现有聚乙烯薄膜包装袋30天出现结块,45天大量结块,65天完全结块;本发明吸湿薄膜包装袋76天出现结块,208天大量结块,235天完全结块。

1.一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋,包括外膜、中膜和内膜,所述外膜为聚乙烯PE薄膜、聚丙烯PP薄膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET薄膜中的一种,所述中膜为乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH薄膜、聚乙烯醇PVA薄膜或尼龙PA薄膜中的一种,其特征在于,所述内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚乙烯PE薄膜或改性聚丙烯PP薄膜,按重量百分数计,所述内膜原料成分为:98~99.5%聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂,0.5~2%表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸铈、硬脂酸铈或十八烷胺硝酸盐中的一种或两种以上组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋,其特征在于,所述外膜为聚乙烯PE薄膜,中膜为乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物EVOH薄膜,其厚度为0.005-0.03mm,内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚乙烯PE薄膜,其厚度为0.03-0.09mm,按重量百分数计,所述内膜原料成分为:98%聚乙烯树脂,1%十二烷基苯磺酸铈,1%十八烷胺硝酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋,其特征在于,所述外膜为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET薄膜,中膜为聚乙烯醇PVA薄膜,其厚度为0.005-0.03mm,所述内膜为添加表面活性剂的改性聚乙烯PE薄膜,其厚度为0.03-0.09mm,按重量百分数计,所述内膜原料成分为:99%聚乙烯树脂和1%硬脂酸铈。
4.制备权利要求1-3任一所述一种用于柠檬酸抗结块包装的薄膜包装袋的方法,其特征在于,首先将聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂放入烘箱内80℃烘干,然后与表面活性剂按所述比例混合搅拌匀质,经双螺杆挤出机加热、剪切、挤出、切粒制得改性树脂母料,在挤出吹塑机的内冷排气柱上安装电晕冲击机,各层原料熔融塑化后进入同一个口模吹塑挤出圆筒,吹塑挤出的同时开启电晕冲击机对内膜进行电击处理,电击的电压为1万伏-1.5万伏,使内膜形成稳定的分子间隙网络结构,经冷却定型,牵引,收卷和制袋工序制得多层复合薄膜包装袋。
