技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种液晶模组和曲面显示装置。
背景技术
随着显示技术的发展,人们对显示器件的需求的不断提高。目前,曲面显示技术已走进人们的视野,并受到广泛关注。整体而言,曲面显示装置屏幕中央到边缘都能提供最佳的观看效果,而普通的显示装置在屏幕边缘方面的呈现能力相对不太理想。曲面显示装置整片屏幕呈弧形的设计,可提供宽阔的全景影像效果,给用户带来更好的视觉享受。
现有技术中主要采用液晶面板自然弯曲并利用前框压迫液晶面板的方式实现曲面显示。但是这些固定方式并不稳定,液晶面板的容易发生变形,影响显示效果,并且曲面显示装置采用的弯曲背光源在制作过程中,工艺难度较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶模组和曲面显示装置,以使得曲面的液晶面板保持稳定,减少曲面的液晶面板形变的发生,从而提高显示效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种液晶模组,包括液晶面板和背光源,所述背光源包括导光板,所述导光板朝向所述液晶面板的出光面为内凹的弧形曲面,所述液晶面板为内凹的弧形,所述液晶面板通过连接件设置在所述导光板的出光面上,所述液晶面板的弧形的曲率与所述导光板的出光面的曲率一致。
优选地,所述连接件为透明粘合剂。
优选地,所述背光源还包括扩散粒子,所述扩散粒子设置在所述导光板的出光面上,所述扩散粒子用于扩散所述导光板的出光面所发出的光线。
优选地,所述扩散粒子通过涂布的方式设置在所述导光板的出光面上。
优选地,所述扩散粒子通过与所述导光板一体成型的方式形成在所述导光板的出光面上。
优选地,所述导光板的与所述出光面相对的底面为平面。
优选地,所述背光源还包括背板,所述背板上设置有将所述导光板固定在所述背板上的固定结构。
优选地,所述固定结构包括固定在所述背板上的吸附件,所述吸附件包括形成有吸附开口的腔体,所述吸附开口朝向所述导光板的底面,所述腔体内的气压小于所述腔体外的气压,以使得所述导光板被吸附固定在所述背板上。
优选地,所述吸附件由白色塑胶材料制成。
优选地,所述导光板与所述背板之间设置有反射板,所述反射板上与所述吸附件对应的位置设置有通孔,所述吸附件穿过所述通孔。
优选地,所述背光源还包括胶框和背板,所述导光板设置在所述背板上,所述胶框设置在所述背板的周围,所述胶框包括支撑部,所述液晶面板搭接在所述支撑部上,所述液晶模组还包括前框,所述前框设置在所述液晶面板的边缘,用于将所述液晶面板和所述背光源固定连接。

本发明中,液晶面板通过连接件设置在导光板的出光面上,液晶面板在连接件的固定作用下可以稳定地设置在导光板上,液晶面板的弧形的曲率与导光板的出光面的曲率一致更有利于液晶面板的稳定设置,因此本发明可以减少曲面的液晶面板在显示时所发生的变形;导光板的出光面上设置有扩散粒子,简化了背光源的结构;并且,导光板的底面为平面,无需对背板进行弯曲即可对导光板进行固定,降低了加工难度;同时,背板上设置有固定导光板的固定结构,从而使得导光板保持稳定,进而使得液晶面板保持稳定。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
作为本发明的一方面,提供一种液晶模组,如图1所示,包括液晶面板1和背光源,所述背光源包括导光板2,导光板2朝向液晶面板1的出光面为内凹的弧形曲面,液晶面板1为内凹的弧形,液晶面板1通过连接件3设置在导光板的出光面上,其中,液晶面板1的弧形的曲率与导光板2的出光面的曲率保持一致。
本发明的液晶模组尤其适用于曲面显示的液晶模组,由于液晶面板1可以通过连接件3设置在导光板2的出光面上,因而液晶面板1在连接件3的固定作用下可以稳定地设置在导光板2上,液晶面板1的弧形的曲率与导光板2的出光面的曲率一致,即曲面的液晶面板和导光板紧密匹配,更有利于曲面的液晶面板1的稳定设置,从而降低曲面的液晶面板1发生形变的可能性,提高显示效果。
所述连接件可以具有不同的结构,例如,连接件3可以包括多个吸附液晶面板的吸附件,也可以为粘合剂。
作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,如图1所示,连接件3为透明粘合剂,只要所述粘结剂能保证液晶面板和导光板粘结在一起就可以,例如,水胶。使用透明粘合剂既可以使得液晶面板1稳定地与导光板2连接,也可以减少对背光源的光线的影响。
在背光源中,导光板2的入光面的位置设置有灯条10,灯条10上的发光件所发射的点光源经过导光板2后形成为面光源。所述背光源中通常还包括用于扩散光线的扩散层,将导光板2的出光面所发出的光线向不同方向折射、反射和散射,从而使得光线更加分散,液晶面板显示图像时的亮度更加均匀。当背光源中包括扩散层时,可以将所述扩散层设置在导光板上,再将液晶面板设置在所述扩散层上,为了防止液晶面板发生形变,可以在液晶面板1和扩散层之间以及扩散层和导光板2之间分别设置连接件,从而使得所述扩散层和液晶面板1保持固定,防止曲面的液晶面板发生变形。
为了简化背光源的结构,如图1所示,所述背光源还可以包括扩散粒子4。扩散粒子4设置在导光板2的出光面上,扩散粒子4用于扩散导光板2的出光面所发出的光线。连接件3设置在扩散粒子4所在层与液晶面板1之间。和现有技术中背光源的扩散层相比,本发明利用扩散粒子4实现对光线的扩散时,不需要专门提供膜材来涂布扩散粒子4,从而节省了生产原料,同时简化了背光源结构。此外,利用扩散粒子形成扩散层的优点还在于可以使扩散层与导光板以同样的曲率弯曲,实现曲面显示。
作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,扩散粒子4通过涂布的方式设置在导光板2的出光面上,即首先注塑形成出光面为内凹曲面的导光板2,然后将扩散粒子4均匀混合在溶剂中,再将混有扩散粒子4的溶剂涂布在导光板2的出光面上。
作为本发明的另一种具体实施方式,扩散粒子4通过与导光板2一体成型的方式形成在导光板2的出光面上,一体化的结构可以通过注塑工艺进行。
进一步地,如图1所示,导光板2的与所述出光面相对的底面为平面。与现有技术中的出光面和底面均为曲面的导光板相比,将导光板2的底面设置为平面更便于对导光板2进行固定。
进一步地,所述背光源还可以包括背板5,导光板2和灯条10均设置在背板5上,背板5上设置有将导光板2固定在背板5上的固定结构,从而使得导光板2保持稳定,进而使得液晶面板1保持稳定。可以理解的是,现有技术中为了固定底面为曲面的导光板2,通常要将背板设置为弯曲的形状以配合导光板,因而加大了制作难度,而本发明中由于导光板的底面为平面,不需要对背板进行弯曲设置,因而降低了加工难度。
本发明对固定结构的形式不作具体限制,例如,所述固定结构可以为粘合剂,导光板2通过粘合剂与背板5固定连接。作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,如图1所示,所述固定结构包括固定在背板5上的吸附件6,吸附件6可以通过双面胶或其他粘结剂固定在背板5上,吸附件6包括形成有吸附开口的腔体,所述吸附开口朝向导光板2的底面,所述腔体内的气压小于所述腔体外的气压,以使得导光板2被吸附固定在背板5上。在生产过程中进行液晶模组的组装时,可以先将所述吸附开口与导光板2的底面贴合,然后对腔体进行挤压或抽气,使得腔体内的气压小于腔体外的气压,以使得导光板2被吸附固定在背板5上,从而实现导光板2与背板5之间的固定连接。本发明对所述腔体的形状不作限定,只要可以通过吸附作用将导光板2固定在背板5上即可。
进一步优选地,吸附件6由白色塑胶材料制成,采用塑胶材料便于对腔体进行挤压,从而减小腔体内的气压,将塑胶材料的颜色设置为白色有利于对导光板底面漏出的光线进行反射,增加光的利用率。
更进一步地,如图1所示,导光板2与背板5之间设置有反射板7,反射板7上与吸附件6对的位置设置有通孔,吸附件6穿过所述通孔,可以将导光板2固定在背板5上,同时吸附件6也可以对反射板7起到一定的固定作用,防止反射板7发生位移。反射板7用于反射从导光板2的底面露出的光线,当吸附件6由白色塑胶材料制成时,可以提高对光的反射效果,从而提高光的利用率,减少反射板6上设置通孔对光线反射时的影响。
更进一步地,如图1所示,所述背光源还可以包括胶框8,胶框8设置在背板5的周围,胶框8包括支撑部81,液晶面板1通过连接件3设置在导光板2的出光面上,而液晶面板1超出所述出光面的边缘部分可以搭接在支撑部81上,所述液晶模组还包括前框9,前框9设置在液晶面板1的边缘,用于将液晶面板1和背光源固定连接。
如图1所示,胶框8的侧壁上设置有通槽,背板5上与所述通槽对应的位置设置有凸起51,凸起51位于通槽中,从而将胶框8和背板5固定连接。
上述为对本发明提供的液晶模组的描述,可以看出,液晶面板可以通过连接件设置在导光板的出光面上,液晶面板在连接件的固定作用下可以保持稳定地设置在导光板上,从而减少曲面液晶面板在显示时发生的变形;导光板出光面上设置有扩散粒子,简化了背光源的结构;并且,导光板的底面为平面,无需对背板进行弯曲即可对导光板进行固定;同时,背板上设置有固定导光板的固定结构,从而使得导光板保持稳定,进而使得液晶面板保持稳定。
作为本发明的另一方面,提供一种曲面显示装置,该曲面显示装置包括本发明提供的上述液晶模组。由于本发明中的液晶模组在进行曲面显示时,可以减少液晶面板的变形,从而提高显示效果,且更节省材料,因此所述曲面显示装置的显示质量有所提高,生产成本有所降低,制作工艺更加简单。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

1.一种液晶模组,包括液晶面板和背光源,所述背光源包括导光板,其特征在于,所述导光板朝向所述液晶面板的出光面为内凹的弧形曲面,所述液晶面板为内凹的弧形,所述液晶面板通过连接件设置在所述导光板的出光面上,所述液晶面板的弧形的曲率与所述导光板的出光面的曲率一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述连接件为透明粘合剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述背光源还包括扩散粒子,所述扩散粒子设置在所述导光板的出光面上,所述扩散粒子用于扩散所述导光板的出光面所发出的光线。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述扩散粒子通过涂布的方式设置在所述导光板的出光面上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述扩散粒子通过与所述导光板一体成型的方式形成在所述导光板的出光面上。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述导光板的与所述出光面相对的底面为平面。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述背光源还包括背板,所述背板上设置有将所述导光板固定在所述背板上的固定结构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述固定结构包括固定在所述背板上的吸附件,所述吸附件包括形成有吸附开口的腔体,所述吸附开口朝向所述导光板的底面,所述腔体内的气压小于所述腔体外的气压,以使得所述导光板被吸附固定在所述背板上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述吸附件由白色塑胶材料制成。
10.根据权利要求8所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述导光板与所述背板之间设置有反射板,所述反射板上与所述吸附件对应的位置设置有通孔,所述吸附件穿过所述通孔。
11.根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述背光源还包括胶框和背板,所述导光板设置在所述背板上,所述胶框设置在所述背板的周围,所述胶框包括支撑部,所述液晶面板搭接在所述支撑部上,所述液晶模组还包括前框,所述前框设置在所述液晶面板的边缘,用于将所述液晶面板和所述背光源固定连接。
12.根据权利要求11所述的液晶模组,其特征在于,所述胶框的侧壁上设置有通槽,所述背板上与所述通槽对应的位置设置有凸起,所述凸起位于所述通槽中。
13.一种曲面显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至12中任意一项所述的液晶模组。
