本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种玫瑰养颜苹果酒及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种玫瑰养颜苹果酒，由以下重量份原料制成：苹果400-430、柚子100-120、酒曲1-2、米粉20-30、麦麸40-50、桂花30-40、蜂蜜100-120、白术5-6、珍珠6-7、玫瑰花8-10、薏仁5-6、洋甘菊花4-6、当归5-7、黄瓜霜1-2、鲜竹筒适量、水适量：
一种玫瑰养颜苹果酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将酒曲、米粉、麦麸、桂花混合，搅拌均匀后，放入容器中，密封发酵4-5天，得到小曲备用；
（2）将苹果、柚子洗净，取其果肉进行破碎，将破碎后自行流出的果汁收集，与果肉分开发酵；
（3）将果汁与三分之一的小曲混合，放入容器中，密封发酵5-7天，过滤，得到优质果酒备用；
（4）将剩余原料除水、鲜竹筒外的其他物料混合放入搅碎机中搅碎后与果肉、剩余小曲合并，拌匀后分装在竹筒中，密封发酵7-8天，将竹筒中所有物质取出，放入蒸馏器中蒸馏，收集冷凝液体，与步骤3的果酒合并，混合均匀后进行脱气、杀菌再装桶即可。

1.一种玫瑰养颜苹果酒，其特征在于，由以下重量份原料制成：苹果400-430、柚子100-120、酒曲1-2、米粉20-30、麦麸40-50、桂花30-40、蜂蜜100-120、白术5-6、珍珠6-7、玫瑰花8-10、薏仁5-6、洋甘菊花4-6、当归5-7、黄瓜霜1-2、鲜竹筒适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰养颜苹果酒的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将酒曲、米粉、麦麸、桂花混合，搅拌均匀后，放入容器中，密封发酵4-5天，得到小曲备用；
（2）将苹果、柚子洗净，取其果肉进行破碎，将破碎后自行流出的果汁收集，与果肉分开发酵；
（3）将果汁与三分之一的小曲混合，放入容器中，密封发酵5-7天，过滤，得到优质果酒备用；
（4）将剩余原料除水、鲜竹筒外的其他物料混合放入搅碎机中搅碎后与果肉、剩余小曲合并，拌匀后分装在竹筒中，密封发酵7-8天，将竹筒中所有物质取出，放入蒸馏器中蒸馏，收集冷凝液体，与步骤3的果酒合并，混合均匀后进行脱气、杀菌再装桶即可。
