本发明公开了一种服装用合成革,包括基布层、PVC发泡层和PU面层,其面层由下述重量份的原料制得:水性聚氨酯树脂80-100,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.2-1,月桂醇硫酸酯钠0.2-0.5,留兰香油0.5-1.5,油酸聚乙二醇酯2-6,山梨醇0.2-1,β-环糊精3-8,花生壳粉1-3,木粉1-2,微晶纤维素1-2,改性助剂1-3,色料1-2;本发明的合成革外观、柔软度及手感良好,温和无害,且具有持久的清新香味,适用于服装面料。

技术领域
本发明涉及合成革加工技术领域,具体涉及一种服装用合成革及其生产方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯(PU)合成革具有耐寒、手感及外观质量好、强度高、吸湿透气性好、无聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革冬硬夏软且粘手的现象等特点,成为替代天然皮革的最佳选择。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种服装用合成革。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种服装用合成革,包括基布层、PVC发泡层和PU面层,其中:
PU面层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂80-100,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.2-1,月桂醇硫酸酯钠0.2-0.5,留兰香油0.5-1.5,油酸聚乙二醇酯2-6,山梨醇0.2-1,β-环糊精3-8,花生壳粉1-3,木粉1-2,微晶纤维素1-2,改性助剂1-3,色料1-2;
PVC发泡层由下述重量份的原料制得:
PVC SG-1 30-60,PVC SG-5 20-40,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯50-80,棕榈油3-8,亚麻籽油2-4,尿素0.2-1,琥珀酸钠0.5-1,轻质碳酸钙20-40,沸石粉10-20,木薯淀粉5-10,水镁石纤维1-2,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.5,吐温80 0.1-0.3,鲸蜡硬脂醇4-8,AC发泡剂2-5,液体钡锌稳定剂1-3;
其中改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
羽毛粉10-20,高岭土10-20,甘露醇1-2,柠檬酸0.2-1,氯化铵2-4,钛酸酯偶联剂0.5-1,油酸2-6;
改性助剂的制备方法是:
将羽毛粉与高岭土混合均匀,500-600℃煅烧1-2h后加入适量水和氯化铵,搅拌均匀后过滤,加入丙二醇和柠檬酸,再加适量水研磨15-30min,干燥后加入钛酸酯偶联剂,100-150℃、200-400r/min搅拌10-20min,加入油酸,同样条件下搅拌30-60min,干燥后研磨至600-800目,即得;
一种服装用合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取PU面层原料,先将留兰香油溶于少量乙醇,在50-60℃、600-800r/min条件下滴加入10-15%β-环糊***溶液搅拌30-60min,加入油酸聚乙二醇酯和山梨醇同样条件下搅拌10-15min,喷雾干燥后得活性粉体;将活性粉体与其余面层原料混合,1000-1500r/min搅拌10-20min后均匀涂覆在离型纸上,100-150℃烘干后形成面;
(2)称取PVC发泡层原料,先将轻质碳酸钙、沸石粉、木薯淀粉与棕榈油、亚麻籽油混合并200-400r/min、50-60℃搅拌30-60min,再与其余原料混合,1000-1500r/min搅拌30-60min,得PVC发泡浆料;再将配制好的PVC发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氨酯面层上,于160-200℃下发泡形成PVC发泡层;
(3)在发泡层上涂覆水性聚氨酯粘结浆料,与基布层粘接后130-160℃烘干;
(4)去除离型纸,得到合成革成品。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的合成革外观、柔软度及手感良好,温和无害,且含有天然香料留兰香油,具有持久的清新香味,适用于服装面料。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
实施例1
一种服装用合成革,包括基布层、PU面层和PVC发泡层,其中:
PU面层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂90,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.5,月桂醇硫酸酯钠0.4,留兰香油1,油酸聚乙二醇酯4,山梨醇0.6,β-环糊精6,花生壳粉2,木粉1.5,微晶纤维素1.5,改性助剂2,色料1.5;
PVC发泡层由下述重量份的原料制得:
PVC SG-1 40,PVC SG-5 30,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯65,棕榈油6,亚麻籽油3,尿素0.5,琥珀酸钠0.6,轻质碳酸钙30,沸石粉15,木薯淀粉7,水镁石纤维1,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.4,吐温80 0.2,鲸蜡硬脂醇6,AC发泡剂3,液体钡锌稳定剂2;
其中改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
羽毛粉15,高岭土10,甘露醇2,柠檬酸0.5,氯化铵3,钛酸酯偶联剂0.8,油酸4;
改性助剂的制备方法是:
将羽毛粉与高岭土混合均匀,600℃煅烧1h后加入适量水和氯化铵,搅拌均匀后过滤,加入丙二醇和柠檬酸,再加适量水研磨15min,干燥后加入钛酸酯偶联剂,120℃、200r/min搅拌10min,加入油酸,同样条件下搅拌30min,干燥后研磨至600目,即得;
一种服装用合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取PU面层原料,先将留兰香油溶于少量乙醇,在55℃、800r/min条件下滴加入15%β-环糊***溶液搅拌45min,加入油酸聚乙二醇酯和山梨醇同样条件下搅拌10min,喷雾干燥后得活性粉体;将活性粉体与其余面层原料混合,1200r/min搅拌10min后均匀涂覆在离型纸上,120℃烘干后形成面;
(2)称取PVC发泡层原料,先将轻质碳酸钙、沸石粉、木薯淀粉与棕榈油、亚麻籽油混合并400r/min、60℃搅拌50min,再与其余原料混合,1300r/min搅拌40min,得PVC发泡浆料;再将配制好的PVC发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氨酯面层上,于180℃下发泡形成PVC发泡层;
(3)在发泡层上涂覆水性聚氨酯粘结浆料,与基布层粘接后150℃烘干;
(4)去除离型纸,得到合成革成品。
经产品性能测试,经向撕裂负荷为18N,纬向撕裂负荷为15N,符合实际应用的要求。
Claims (2)
1.一种服装用合成革,包括基布层、PVC发泡层和PU面层,其特征在于:
所述的PU面层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂80-100,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.2-1,月桂醇硫酸酯钠0.2-0.5,留兰香油0.5-1.5,油酸聚乙二醇酯2-6,山梨醇0.2-1,β-环糊精3-8,花生壳粉1-3,木粉1-2,微晶纤维素1-2,改性助剂1-3,色料1-2;
所述的PVC发泡层由下述重量份的原料制得:
PVC SG-1 30-60,PVC SG-5 20-40,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯50-80,棕榈油3-8,亚麻籽油2-4,尿素0.2-1,琥珀酸钠0.5-1,轻质碳酸钙20-40,沸石粉10-20,木薯淀粉5-10,水镁石纤维1-2,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.5,吐温80 0.1-0.3,鲸蜡硬脂醇4-8,AC发泡剂2-5,液体钡锌稳定剂1-3;
所述改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
羽毛粉10-20,高岭土10-20,甘露醇1-2,柠檬酸0.2-1,氯化铵2-4,钛酸酯偶联剂0.5-1,油酸2-6;
所述改性助剂的制备方法是:
将羽毛粉与高岭土混合均匀,500-600℃煅烧1-2h后加入适量水和氯化铵,搅拌均匀后过滤,加入丙二醇和柠檬酸,再加适量水研磨15-30min,干燥后加入钛酸酯偶联剂,100-150℃、200-400r/min搅拌10-20min,加入油酸,同样条件下搅拌30-60min,干燥后研磨至600-800目,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装用合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取PU面层原料,先将留兰香油溶于少量乙醇,在50-60℃、600-800r/min条件下滴加入10-15%β-环糊***溶液搅拌30-60min,加入油酸聚乙二醇酯和山梨醇同样条件下搅拌10-15min,喷雾干燥后得活性粉体;将活性粉体与其余面层原料混合,1000-1500r/min搅拌10-20min后均匀涂覆在离型纸上,100-150℃烘干后形成面层;
(2)称取PVC发泡层原料,先将轻质碳酸钙、沸石粉、木薯淀粉与棕榈油、亚麻籽油混合并200-400r/min、50-60℃搅拌30-60min,再与其余原料混合,1000-1500r/min搅拌30-60min,得PVC发泡浆料;再将配制好的PVC发泡浆料均匀涂覆在聚氨酯面层上,于160-200℃下发泡形成PVC发泡层;
(3)在发泡层上涂覆水性聚氨酯粘结浆料,与基布层粘接后130-160℃烘干;
(4)去除离型纸,得到合成革成品。
