本发明公开了一种仿真PU合成革,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:聚氨酯树脂80‑100,二甲基甲酰胺80‑100,可溶性淀粉1‑2,半乳甘露聚糖1‑2,花生油1‑2,亚麻籽油1‑2,木鱼石粉1‑2,太古油0.5‑1,聚赖氨酸0.1‑0.3,月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.1‑0.2,八角茴香油0.2‑0.4,羧甲基纤维素钠5‑10,氯化铝0.5‑1,色浆4‑8,改性助剂6‑8;本发明的合成革具有良好的吸水透气性能和仿真的外观、手感,有效提高了PU合成革的舒适度以及仿真性,合成革的性能更接近天然皮革。

一种仿真PU合成革及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于合成革生产领域,具体涉及一种仿真PU合成革及其生产方法。
背景技术
PU合成革属于聚氨酯弹性体,从结构上近似天然皮革,且具备外观质感良好、机械性能强、价格低廉、加工方便等优势,其应用范围广、种类数量繁多,是代替天然皮革较为理想的材料,目前已大量取代资源不足的天然皮革。然而PU合成革的部分性能远不如天然皮革,如天然皮革具有良好的吸水性、透气性,而PU合成革本身的性质导致其容易形成致密的膜,吸水、透气性能受到限制,合成革的仿真性、舒适度和品质难以提高。
羧甲基纤维素钠水凝胶是一种对水有特殊吸附作用的功能性高分子材料,能吸收自身重量数倍的水,吸水性极强。羧甲基纤维素钠具有良好的环境相容性,来源丰富,价格低廉,目前主要应用于医药农林等领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有良好吸水透气性能和舒适度高的仿真PU合成革及其生产方法。
上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种仿真PU合成革,包括基布层和PU层,其中:
PU层由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚氨酯树脂80-100,二甲基甲酰胺80-100,可溶性淀粉1-2,半乳甘露聚糖1-2,花生油1-2,亚麻籽油1-2,木鱼石粉1-2,太古油0.5-1,聚赖氨酸0.1-0.3,月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.1-0.2,八角茴香油0.2-0.4,羧甲基纤维素钠5-10,氯化铝0.5-1,色浆4-8,改性助剂6-8;
其中改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
高岭土30-40,海泡石10-15,石棉纤维15-20,苎麻纤维5-10,碳酸钙2-4,氯化钙1-3,棕榈油2-4,硬脂酸镁2-4,生育酚0.2-0.5,三聚磷酸钠4-6,磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1-2,葡萄糖酸钙1-2;
改性助剂的制备方法是:
将高岭土、海泡石、石棉纤维粗研磨后加入三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钙和氯化钙混合均匀,550-600℃煅烧4-6h,降温至150-200℃后加入硬脂酸镁和苎麻纤维搅拌1-2h,冷却后研磨至400-500目,加入其余原料60-80℃搅拌1-2h,即得。
一种仿真PU合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氯化铝、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、八角茴香油、半乳甘露聚糖和可溶性淀粉加入适量水中,800-1000r/min搅拌15-30min,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠,600-800r/min搅拌5-10min,冷冻干燥后研磨至100-200目,得活性粉体;
(2)在容器中先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入木鱼石粉、活性粉体和改性助剂,于25-40℃下充分搅拌10-20min后加入色浆和聚氨酯树脂,搅拌均匀后加入其余原料,800-1000r/min搅拌5-10min,真空脱泡30-60min,50-100目过滤,得PU浆料;
(3)将基布浸湿,采用涂刀涂覆法把PU浆料均匀地涂覆在基布上,送入凝固槽凝固,再经过水洗、烘干,经表面处理后,即得成品。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结合水凝胶技术,发挥其优越的吸水性作用,使产品具有良好的吸水透气性能和仿真的外观、手感,有效提高了PU合成革的舒适度以及仿真性,合成革的性能更接近天然皮革。
以下通过实施例形式的具体实施方式,对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明,但不应理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明一种仿真PU合成革及其生产方法作进一行说明:
一种仿真PU合成革,包括基布层和PU层,其中:
PU层由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
聚氨酯树脂90,二甲基甲酰胺90,可溶性淀粉1.5,半乳甘露聚糖1.5,花生油1.5,亚麻籽油1.5,木鱼石粉1.5,太古油0.8,聚赖氨酸0.2,月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.15,八角茴香油0.3,羧甲基纤维素钠8,氯化铝0.8,色浆6,改性助剂7;
其中改性助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
高岭土35,海泡石12,石棉纤维18,苎麻纤维8,碳酸钙3,氯化钙2,棕榈油3,硬脂酸镁3,生育酚0.4,三聚磷酸钠5,磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1.5,葡萄糖酸钙1.5;
改性助剂的制备方法是:
将高岭土、海泡石、石棉纤维粗研磨后加入三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钙和氯化钙混合均匀,550℃煅烧4h,降温至180℃后加入硬脂酸镁和苎麻纤维搅拌1.5h,冷却后研磨至400目,加入其余原料60℃搅拌2h,即得;
仿真PU合成革的生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将氯化铝、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、八角茴香油、半乳甘露聚糖和可溶性淀粉加入适量水中,1000r/min搅拌15min,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠,800r/min搅拌5min,冷冻干燥后研磨至100目,得活性粉体;
(2)在容器中先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入木鱼石粉、活性粉体和改性助剂,于30℃下充分搅拌20min后加入色浆和聚氨酯树脂,搅拌均匀后加入其余原料, 1000r/min搅拌5min,真空脱泡40min,50目过滤,得PU浆料;
(3)将基布浸湿,采用涂刀涂覆法把PU浆料均匀地涂覆在基布上,送入凝固槽凝固,再经过水洗、烘干,经表面处理后,即得成品。
经测试,耐折牢度23℃,20万次无裂纹,表面颜色牢度湿摩擦4级,拉伸负荷≥70N/cm,透气性≥5dm3/min。

1.一种仿真PU合成革,包括基布层和PU层,其特征在于:
所述的PU层由下述重量份的原料制得:聚氨酯树脂80-100,二甲基甲酰胺80-100,可溶性淀粉1-2,半乳甘露聚糖1-2,花生油1-2,亚麻籽油1-2,木鱼石粉1-2,太古油0.5-1,聚赖氨酸0.1-0.3,月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.1-0.2,八角茴香油0.2-0.4,羧甲基纤维素钠5-10,氯化铝0.5-1,色浆4-8,改性助剂6-8;所述改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:高岭土30-40,海泡石10-15,石棉纤维15-20,苎麻纤维5-10,碳酸钙2-4,氯化钙1-3,棕榈油2-4,硬脂酸镁2-4,生育酚0.2-0.5,三聚磷酸钠4-6,磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1-2,葡萄糖酸钙1-2;所述改性助剂的制备方法是:将高岭土、海泡石、石棉纤维粗研磨后加入三聚磷酸钠、碳酸钙和氯化钙混合均匀,550-600℃煅烧4-6h,降温至150-200℃后加入硬脂酸镁和苎麻纤维搅拌1-2h,冷却后研磨至400-500目,加入其余原料60-80℃搅拌1-2h,即得。
2.制备权利要求1所述的一种仿真PU合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氯化铝、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、八角茴香油、半乳甘露聚糖和可溶性淀粉加入适量水中,800-1000r/min搅拌15-30min,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠,600-800r/min搅拌5-10min,冷冻干燥后研磨至100-200目,得活性粉体;
(2)在容器中先加入二甲基甲酰胺,再加入木鱼石粉、活性粉体和改性助剂,于25-40℃下充分搅拌10-20min后加入色浆和聚氨酯树脂,搅拌均匀后加入其余原料,800-1000r/min搅拌5-10min,真空脱泡30-60min,50-100目过滤,得PU浆料;
(3)将基布浸湿,采用涂刀涂覆法把PU浆料均匀地涂覆在基布上,送入凝固槽凝固,再经过水洗、烘干,经表面处理后,即得成品。
