本发明公开了一种抗磨涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:海螺壳粉2-3、月桂酰肌氨酸钠1-2、二茂铁甲酸0.4-1、魔芋胶2-3、三盐基硫酸铅0.2-0.4、单硬脂酸甘油酯1-3、丙烯酸十二酯12-20、苯骈三氮唑0.7-2、重质碳酸钙11-14、八甲基环四硅氧烷80-100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯120-150、丙烯酸乙酯130-200、去离子水500-600、过硫酸铵2-4、亚硫酸氢钾0.5-1、甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠4-6、乙撑双硬脂酰胺0.6-1、粘结助剂4-6,本发明的涂料加入的重质碳酸钙、海螺壳粉等可以有效的提高涂层的抗磨性,提高表面抗性,增强对基材的保护效果,本发明的涂层不易开裂,使用寿命长。

一种抗磨涂料
技术领域
    本发明主要涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种抗磨涂料。
背景技术
    涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能(如绝缘、防腐、标志等)的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料的总称,包括油(性)漆、水性漆、粉末涂料。漆是可流动的液体涂料,包括油(性)漆及水性漆。油漆是以有机溶剂为介质或高固体、无溶剂的油性漆。水性漆是可用水溶解或用水分散的涂料。涂料作为家庭装修的主材之一,在装饰装修中占的比例较大,购买涂料的合格与否直接影响到整体装修效果和居室的环境,有时甚至会对人体的健康产生极大的危害。目前随着各种各样涂料的产生,对涂料的品质要求也不断提高,而不断提高涂料质量对于建筑、生活都可以起到很大的帮助作用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种抗磨涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗磨涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
海螺壳粉2-3、月桂酰肌氨酸钠1-2、二茂铁甲酸0.4-1、魔芋胶2-3、三盐基硫酸铅0.2-0.4、单硬脂酸甘油酯1-3、丙烯酸十二酯12-20、苯骈三氮唑0.7-2、重质碳酸钙11-14、八甲基环四硅氧烷80-100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯120-150、丙烯酸乙酯130-200、去离子水500-600、过硫酸铵2-4、亚硫酸氢钾0.5-1、甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠4-6、乙撑双硬脂酰胺0.6-1、粘结助剂4-6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
硅丙乳液30-35、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-4、硫酸铝铵1-2、乳化剂OP-100.5-1、过硫酸铵0.7-1、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯2-3、三油酸甘油酯1-2、二氧化钛粉末2-4、去离子水10-14;
将二氧化钛粉末、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、三油酸甘油酯混合,在70-75℃下搅拌混合3-4分钟,加入上述去离子水重量的40-50%、过硫酸铵,100-150转/分搅拌分散10-13分钟,得分散液;
将乳化剂OP-10与硫酸铝铵混合加入到剩余的去离子水中,在60-70℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、分散液,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种抗磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述甲基丙烯酸丁酯重量的50-60%、丙烯酸乙酯重量的50-60%、丙烯酸重量的20-30%混合,得单体a;
(2)将剩余的甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯与八甲基环四硅氧烷、丙烯酸十二酯混合,在60-70℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,冷却至常温,搅拌混合,得单体b;
(3)取甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠与上述去离子水重量的10-20%混合,加入过硫酸铵,升高至温度为50-60℃,保温搅拌4-6分钟,加入魔芋胶,升高温度为65-70℃,保温搅拌10-20分钟,滴加上述单体a,在2-4 小时内滴完,滴加完毕后在上述温度下保温20-30分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将亚硫酸氢钾,加入剩余去离子水重量的10-20%,搅拌均匀,得液a;
(5)在上述种子乳液中加入液a,搅拌均匀,滴加单体b,滴加时间为100-120分钟,滴加完毕后,在70-80℃下保温1-2小时,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述抗磨涂料。
本发明的优点是:
    本发明的涂料加入的重质碳酸钙、海螺壳粉等可以有效的提高涂层的抗磨性,提高表面抗性,增强对基材的保护效果,本发明的涂层不易开裂,使用寿命长。本发明的粘结助剂中加入的二氧化钛粉末可以提高耐火性和表面抗性、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硫酸铝铵、乳化剂OP-10、三油酸甘油酯与硅丙乳液混合可以有效的提高粘结强度,过硫酸铵能促进各原料之间的相容性,提高成品的表面稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗磨涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
海螺壳粉2、月桂酰肌氨酸钠2、二茂铁甲酸0.4、魔芋胶3、三盐基硫酸铅0.4、单硬脂酸甘油酯1、丙烯酸十二酯20、苯骈三氮唑0.7、重质碳酸钙14、八甲基环四硅氧烷100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯150、丙烯酸乙酯200、去离子水600、过硫酸铵2、亚硫酸氢钾0.5、甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠4、乙撑双硬脂酰胺0.6、粘结助剂6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
硅丙乳液35、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2、硫酸铝铵2、乳化剂OP-100.5、过硫酸铵0.7、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯3、三油酸甘油酯1、二氧化钛粉末4、去离子水14;
将二氧化钛粉末、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、三油酸甘油酯混合,在75℃下搅拌混合4分钟,加入上述去离子水重量的50%、过硫酸铵,150转/分搅拌分散13分钟,得分散液;
将乳化剂OP-10与硫酸铝铵混合加入到剩余的去离子水中,在70℃下搅拌混合3分钟,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、分散液,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种抗磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述甲基丙烯酸丁酯重量的60%、丙烯酸乙酯重量的60%、丙烯酸重量的30%混合,得单体a;
(2)将剩余的甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯与八甲基环四硅氧烷、丙烯酸十二酯混合,在60-70℃下保温搅拌3分钟,冷却至常温,搅拌混合,得单体b;
(3)取甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠与上述去离子水重量的20%混合,加入过硫酸铵,升高至温度为60℃,保温搅拌6分钟,加入魔芋胶,升高温度为70℃,保温搅拌20分钟,滴加上述单体a,在2 小时内滴完,滴加完毕后在上述温度下保温30分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将亚硫酸氢钾,加入剩余去离子水重量的20%,搅拌均匀,得液a;
(5)在上述种子乳液中加入液a,搅拌均匀,滴加单体b,滴加时间为120分钟,滴加完毕后,在80℃下保温2小时,冷却,用250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述抗磨涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种抗磨涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
海螺壳粉2-3、二茂铁甲酸0.4-1、月桂酰肌氨酸钠1-2、魔芋胶2-3、三盐基硫酸铅0.2-0.4、单硬脂酸甘油酯1-3、丙烯酸十二酯12-20、苯骈三氮唑0.7-2、重质碳酸钙11-14、八甲基环四硅氧烷80-100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯120-150、丙烯酸乙酯130-200、去离子水500-600、过硫酸铵2-4、亚硫酸氢钾0.5-1、甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠4-6、乙撑双硬脂酰胺0.6-1、粘结助剂4-6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
硅丙乳液30-35、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-4、硫酸铝铵1-2、乳化剂OP-100.5-1、过硫酸铵0.7-1、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯2-3、三油酸甘油酯1-2、二氧化钛粉末2-4、去离子水10-14;
将二氧化钛粉末、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、三油酸甘油酯混合,在70-75℃下搅拌混合3-4分钟,加入上述去离子水重量的40-50%、过硫酸铵,100-150转/分搅拌分散10-13分钟,得分散液;
将乳化剂OP-10与硫酸铝铵混合加入到剩余的去离子水中,在60-70℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、分散液,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的抗磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述甲基丙烯酸丁酯重量的50-60%、丙烯酸乙酯重量的50-60%、丙烯酸重量的20-30%混合,得单体a;
(2)将剩余的甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯与八甲基环四硅氧烷、丙烯酸十二酯混合,在60-70℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,冷却至常温,搅拌混合,得单体b;
(3)取甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠与上述去离子水重量的10-20%混合,加入过硫酸铵,升高至温度为50-60℃,保温搅拌4-6分钟,加入魔芋胶,升高温度为65-70℃,保温搅拌10-20分钟,滴加上述单体a,在2-4 小时内滴完,滴加完毕后在上述温度下保温20-30分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)取亚硫酸氢钾,加入剩余去离子水重量的10-20%,搅拌均匀,得液a;
(5)在上述种子乳液中加入液a,搅拌均匀,滴加单体b,滴加时间为100-120分钟,滴加完毕后,在70-80℃下保温1-2小时,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述抗磨涂料。
