Abstract
本发明公开了一种高分子乳液涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:二氯异氰尿酸钠0.5-1、氯化血红素0.7-1、氧化聚乙烯蜡2-3、己二酸丙二醇聚酯2-3、二甲氨基丙胺0.6-1、纳米碳粉3-5、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯1-2、硬脂酸镁1-2、顺丁烯二酸酐0.4-1、苯乙烯120-160、丙烯酸甲酯130-170、过硫酸铵3-4、OP-106-8、聚乙二醇10002-3、粘结助剂5-7、去离子水500-600;本发明的涂料粘结性强,抗拉强度性好,具有优异的耐老化性、抗水抗渗漏性强,加入的纳米碳粉可以有效的改善涂层的流平性,使得涂层均匀平整,提高装饰效果。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种高分子乳液涂料。
背景技术
涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能(如绝缘、防腐、标志等)的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料的总称,包括油(性)漆、水性漆、粉末涂料。漆是可流动的液体涂料,包括油(性)漆及水性漆。油漆是以有机溶剂为介质或高固体、无溶剂的油性漆。水性漆是可用水溶解或用水分散的涂料。涂料作为家庭装修的主材之一,在装饰装修中占的比例较大,购买涂料的合格与否直接影响到整体装修效果和居室的环境,有时甚至会对人体的健康产生极大的危害。目前随着各种各样涂料的产生,对涂料的品质要求也不断提高,而不断提高涂料质量对于建筑、生活都可以起到很大的帮助作用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种高分子乳液涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高分子乳液涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
二氯异氰尿酸钠0.5-1、氯化血红素0.7-1、氧化聚乙烯蜡2-3、己二酸丙二醇聚酯2-3、二甲氨基丙胺0.6-1、纳米碳粉3-5、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯1-2、硬脂酸镁1-2、顺丁烯二酸酐0.4-1、苯乙烯120-160、丙烯酸甲酯130-170、过硫酸铵3-4、OP-10 6-8、聚乙二醇1000 2-3、粘结助剂5-7、去离子水500-600;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
丙烯酸异冰片酯6-8、硅丙乳液25-30、微胶囊化玫瑰精油2-3、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯4-6、过硫酸钾1-2、红木微粉2-3、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.6-1、去离子水10-16;
将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与过硫酸钾混合,加入上述去离子水重量的70-80%,搅拌均匀;
将微胶囊化玫瑰精油与丙烯酸异冰片酯混合,在60-70℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,加入到硅丙乳液中,100-200转/分搅拌分散5-10分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,300-400转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种如权利要求1所述的高分子乳液涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述苯乙烯重量的80-90%、丙烯酸甲酯重量的80-90%、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯混合,得单体a;
(2)取OP-10,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,搅拌均匀,得预乳液;
(3)取过硫酸铵,加入剩余去离子水重量的10-20%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(4)取上述单体a、预乳液重量的40-50%、引发剂溶液重量的50-60%,混合,在75-80℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,得预混单体;
(5)将氧化聚乙烯蜡加热到60-70℃,加入氯化血红素,搅拌均匀后加入剩余的苯乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌至常温,得改性单体;
(6)将上述改性单体与剩余的预乳液、剩余的引发剂溶液混合,70-90℃下保温搅拌30-50分钟,滴加上述预混单体,滴加时间为2-3小时,滴加完毕后在80-85℃下保温2-3小时,降低温度至40-50℃,调节pH值至7-8,用200-250目过滤筛过滤;
(7)将上述步骤(6)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述高分子乳液涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的涂料粘结性强,抗拉强度性好,具有优异的耐老化性、抗水抗渗漏性强,加入的纳米碳粉可以有效的改善涂层的流平性,使得涂层均匀平整,提高装饰效果。本发明的粘结助剂中加入的微胶囊化玫瑰精油具有很好的阻燃性,丙烯酸异冰片酯具有很好的粘合性,与过硫酸钾、硅丙乳液混合,可以增强涂层表面的粘结强度,增加阻燃效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高分子乳液涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
二氯异氰尿酸钠0.5、氯化血红素0.7、氧化聚乙烯蜡2、己二酸丙二醇聚酯2、二甲氨基丙胺0.6、纳米碳粉3、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯1、硬脂酸镁1-2、顺丁烯二酸酐0.4、苯乙烯160、丙烯酸甲酯170、过硫酸铵4、OP-10 6-8、聚乙二醇1000 3、粘结助剂5、去离子水600;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
丙烯酸异冰片酯6、硅丙乳液30、微胶囊化玫瑰精油3、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯6、过硫酸钾1、红木微粉2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.6、去离子水16;
将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与过硫酸钾混合,加入上述去离子水重量的80%,搅拌均匀;
将微胶囊化玫瑰精油与丙烯酸异冰片酯混合,在70℃下搅拌混合5分钟,加入到硅丙乳液中,200转/分搅拌分散10分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,300转/分搅拌分散15分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种高分子乳液涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述苯乙烯重量的80-90%、丙烯酸甲酯重量的90%、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯混合,得单体a;
(2)取OP-10,加入上述去离子水重量的40%,搅拌均匀,得预乳液;
(3)取过硫酸铵,加入剩余去离子水重量的20%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(4)取上述单体a、预乳液重量的50%、引发剂溶液重量的60%,混合,在75-80℃下保温搅拌10分钟,得预混单体;
(5)将氧化聚乙烯蜡加热到70℃,加入氯化血红素,搅拌均匀后加入剩余的苯乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌至常温,得改性单体;
(6)将上述改性单体与剩余的预乳液、剩余的引发剂溶液混合,70℃下保温搅拌50分钟,滴加上述预混单体,滴加时间为3小时,滴加完毕后在85℃下保温2小时,降低温度至50℃,调节pH 值至7,用250 目过滤筛过滤;
(7)将上述步骤(6)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述高分子乳液涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种高分子乳液涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
二氯异氰尿酸钠0.5-1、氯化血红素0.7-1、氧化聚乙烯蜡2-3、己二酸丙二醇聚酯2-3、二甲氨基丙胺0.6-1、纳米碳粉3-5、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯1-2、硬脂酸镁1-2、顺丁烯二酸酐0.4-1、苯乙烯120-160、丙烯酸甲酯130-170、过硫酸铵3-4、OP-10 6-8、聚乙二醇1000 2-3、粘结助剂5-7、去离子水500-600;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
丙烯酸异冰片酯6-8、硅丙乳液25-30、微胶囊化玫瑰精油2-3、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯4-6、过硫酸钾1-2、红木微粉2-3、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.6-1、去离子水10-16;
将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与过硫酸钾混合,加入上述去离子水重量的70-80%,搅拌均匀;
将微胶囊化玫瑰精油与丙烯酸异冰片酯混合,在60-70℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,加入到硅丙乳液中,100-200转/分搅拌分散5-10分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,300-400转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的高分子乳液涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述苯乙烯重量的80-90%、丙烯酸甲酯重量的80-90%、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯混合,得单体a;
(2)取OP-10,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,搅拌均匀,得预乳液;
(3)取过硫酸铵,加入剩余去离子水重量的10-20%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(4)取上述单体a、预乳液重量的40-50%、引发剂溶液重量的50-60%,混合,在75-80℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,得预混单体;
(5)将氧化聚乙烯蜡加热到60-70℃,加入氯化血红素,搅拌均匀后加入剩余的苯乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌至常温,得改性单体;
(6)将上述改性单体与剩余的预乳液、剩余的引发剂溶液混合,70-90℃下保温搅拌30-50分钟,滴加上述预混单体,滴加时间为2-3小时,滴加完毕后在80-85℃下保温2-3小时,降低温度至40-50℃,调节pH 值至7-8,用200-250 目过滤筛过滤;
(7)将上述步骤(6)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述高分子乳液涂料。
