本发明主要涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种猪蹄美白蛋白粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
蛋白质是人体氮元素的主要来源,不但能提供消耗的部分能量,还能用来合成新的组织。成人体内蛋白质约占体重的17%,每天都有3%的蛋白质参加代谢更新。婴幼儿、青少年、孕妇、哺乳期妇女,除了维持组织蛋白质更新外,还要合成新的组织。当体内蛋白质不足时,人的基本生命活动就会受到影响,可导致儿童、青少年生长迟缓,体重过轻,智力发育障碍;成年人出现疲倦,体重减轻,贫血,血浆白蛋白降低,甚至水肿;并可引起妇女月经障碍。食用蛋白质粉,可有效防止或改善这些症状,传统的蛋白粉营养成分单一,只单纯的注重蛋白质的含量,而当蛋白质过剩,不但使人肥胖,还增加肝脏和肾脏的代谢负担,久而久之就可能影响它们的功能。在我们补充蛋白质的同时,也要注意补充碳水化合物(糖类)、脂类、维生素和矿物质。因为这些营养素缺乏,不但会影响蛋白质的利用和代谢,同时会引起一些疾病,对健康非常不利。

一种猪蹄美白蛋白粉,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
薏苡仁20-30、粳米80-90、玉米粒5-7、螃蟹壳0.5-1、奶渣1-2、冬瓜藤1-2、蜂王浆2-3、党参0.5-1、木贼2-3、茱卷皮2-3、岗梅根1-2、白萝卜4-6、覆盆子0.5-1、猪蹄4-6、枇杷汁3-4、柚子30-40、冬瓜皮2-3、山楂核0.3-1、营养液160-200;
所述的营养液是由下述重量份的各原料制成:青梅干4-6、椰蓉5-7、米酒40-60、冻干鸭血3-5、茶籽壳1-2。
一种猪蹄美白蛋白粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冻干鸭血加入到米酒中,煮沸,加入青梅干、椰蓉、茶籽壳,在沸腾下保温10-20分钟,打浆,过滤,得营养液;
(2)取白萝卜切丁,将薏苡仁、粳米以及玉米粒用营养液浸泡3-4小时,加入冬瓜皮、白萝卜丁,连浸泡液一起上过煮20-30分钟,去冬瓜皮,用搅拌机搅拌得米糊;
(3)取猪蹄剁碎与奶渣、蜂王浆、枇杷汁搅拌均匀,加入上述米糊,得混合料,取柚子挖洞,填入上述混合物,上烤炉烘烤1-2分钟,挖出柚子果肉以及混合料,烘干研磨成粉,得香粉;
(4)将木贼、茱卷皮、岗梅根等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水与螃蟹壳共同入锅,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将上述香粉、中药粉与剩余原料混合均匀,在恒温80-120℃下焙干提香20-30分钟,冷却后灭菌包装即可。

薏苡仁30、粳米90、玉米粒7、螃蟹壳0.5、奶渣2、冬瓜藤2、蜂王浆2、党参0.5、木贼2、茱卷皮3、岗梅根1、白萝卜6、覆盆子0.5、猪蹄6、枇杷汁3、柚子2、冬瓜皮3、山楂核0.3、营养液3;
所述的营养液是由下述重量份的各原料制成:青梅干6、椰蓉7、米酒60、冻干鸭血3、茶籽壳1。
一种猪蹄美白蛋白粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冻干鸭血加入到米酒中,煮沸,加入青梅干、椰蓉、茶籽壳,在沸腾下保温20分钟,打浆,过滤,得营养液;
(2)取白萝卜切丁,将薏苡仁、粳米以及玉米粒用营养液浸泡3小时,加入冬瓜皮、白萝卜丁,连浸泡液一起上过煮30分钟,去冬瓜皮,用搅拌机搅拌得米糊;
(3)取猪蹄剁碎与奶渣、蜂王浆、枇杷汁搅拌均匀,加入上述米糊,得混合料,取柚子挖洞,填入上述混合物,上烤炉烘烤2分钟,挖出柚子果肉以及混合料,烘干研磨成粉,得香粉;
(4)将木贼、茱卷皮、岗梅根等中药原料混合粉碎,加入10倍清水与螃蟹壳共同入锅,文火煎煮2小时,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将上述香粉、中药粉与剩余原料混合均匀,在恒温120℃下焙干提香30分钟,冷却后灭菌包装即可。

2.一种如权利要求1所述的猪蹄美白蛋白粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
