    本发明主要涉及饮料及其制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种健体抗衰薏仁汁。
背景技术
    人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种健体抗衰薏仁汁及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种健体抗衰薏仁汁,由以下重量份原料制成:薏仁30-35、小米20-30、百合汁10-15、枸杞汁15-20、矿泉水60-70、蔓越莓50-60、普洱茶汁460-480、黑豆30-40、葡萄糖5-8、乳酸菌1-2、金针菇35-45、鹿茸5-6、冬虫夏草6-8、葛参5-7、三七4-6、路丁茶8-10、白芷叶3-4、兰草叶2-3、营养液12-14、鲜竹筒适量、蔗糖适量、水适量:
营养液,由以下重量份原料制成:红豆汁50-60、雪莲菌10-15、大蒜15-20、糯米酒40-50、香蜂草8-10、苹果花5-6、枸杞6-7、百合6-7、水适量;
营养液的制备方法:(1)将糯米酒混合香蜂草放入碾磨机中碾磨,待香蜂草被碾碎成末,过滤,得到浆液;
(2)将雪莲菌、大蒜洗净放入锅中,加红豆汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,过滤,得浆液;
(3)将苹果花、枸杞、百合用5-8倍量的水提取,得提取液,与步骤1、步骤2的浆液混合,搅拌均匀即得营养液。
一种健体抗衰老薏仁汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薏仁、小米洗净,混合百合汁、枸杞汁、矿泉水放入鲜竹筒中,将竹筒密封,放在锅中,加适量水,加热焖煮至薏仁、小米溶化,将其取出,过滤,取滤液备用;
(2)将黑豆洗净,浸泡4-6小时,取出后混合葡萄糖、乳酸菌放入容器中发酵1.5-2天,得到发酵黑豆,将发酵黑豆与金针菇合并,放入锅中,焖煮40-50分钟,将锅中所有物料取出打成浆汁备用;
(3)将蔓越莓洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机中榨汁,得蔓越莓汁备用;将鹿茸、冬虫夏草、葛参、三七、路丁茶、白芷叶、兰草叶用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(4)将步骤1中滤液、步骤2中浆汁、提取液与剩余原料中除水外的其他食用成分混合,搅拌均匀后灌装即可。
本发明的优点:本发明公开了一种健体抗衰薏仁汁,添加薏仁、小米、黑豆等,有很好的补益身体的作用,且口感爽滑,鹿茸、冬虫夏草、葛参、三七等提取液有补气血、强筋骨、补脾胃、抗病毒、清除老化细胞等功效,能够起到很好的强身健体、抗衰老的作用。
具体实施方式
一种健体抗衰薏仁汁,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:薏仁30、小米20、百合汁10、枸杞汁15、矿泉水60、蔓越莓50、普洱茶汁460、黑豆30、葡萄糖5、乳酸菌1、金针菇35、鹿茸5、冬虫夏草6、葛参5、三七4、路丁茶8、白芷叶3、兰草叶2、营养液12、鲜竹筒适量、蔗糖适量、水适量:
营养液,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:红豆汁50、雪莲菌10、大蒜15、糯米酒40、香蜂草8、苹果花5、枸杞6、百合6、水适量;

(1)将薏仁、小米洗净,混合百合汁、枸杞汁、矿泉水放入鲜竹筒中,将竹筒密封,放在锅中,加适量水,加热焖煮至薏仁、小米溶化,将其取出,过滤,取滤液备用;
(2)将黑豆洗净,浸泡4-6小时,取出后混合葡萄糖、乳酸菌放入容器中发酵1.5-2天,得到发酵黑豆,将发酵黑豆与金针菇合并,放入锅中,焖煮40-50分钟,将锅中所有物料取出打成浆汁备用;

(4)将步骤1中滤液、步骤2中浆汁、提取液与剩余原料中除水外的其他食用成分混合,搅拌均匀后灌装即可。

1.一种健体抗衰薏仁汁,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:薏仁30-35、小米20-30、百合汁10-15、枸杞汁15-20、矿泉水60-70、蔓越莓50-60、普洱茶汁460-480、黑豆30-40、葡萄糖5-8、乳酸菌1-2、金针菇35-45、鹿茸5-6、冬虫夏草6-8、葛参5-7、三七4-6、路丁茶8-10、白芷叶3-4、兰草叶2-3、营养液12-14、鲜竹筒适量、蔗糖适量、水适量:
