技术领域
本发明涉及模具领域,特别是涉及一种浇口切割注塑模具。
背景技术
注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法。具体指将受热融化的材料由高压射入模腔,经冷却固化后,得到成形品。现有的注塑成型适用于复杂模具,但对于一些孔较小,或者薄壁件容易出现填充不充分等问题,而现有的注塑模具往往存在支架且在生产出成品后无法闭合浇口出现较大浇口痕迹需要手工去除,效率低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种浇口切割注塑模具,设置可方便切断的浇口实现浇口痕迹的清除,通过设置锥形管芯和导流槽,保证注塑管道的良好闭合,通过设置有加热装置,保证注塑管内液体的流动性,防止凝结阻塞管道;具有可靠性能高、结构紧凑、无浇口痕迹、结构简单、使用方便、适应性好、价格低廉等优点,同时在模具市场有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种浇口切割注塑模具,包括:底座、上模具、下模具、顶板、导柱导套、注塑管、管芯、弹簧和加热器,所述底座设置有下模具、下模具上设置有上模具,顶板设置在上模具上方底座四周设置有导柱导套,所述注塑管设置在上模具上方,且与上模具中心轴线同轴布置,注塑管内设置有管芯,弹簧套接在管芯上,注塑管外侧设置有加热器。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述顶板中央设置有避位孔,上模具中心设置有浇口。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述管芯中部设置有弹簧限位,管芯前端设置有切断头,所述切断头为倒锥形,倒锥形表面设置有导流槽,倒锥形端部设置有锥状头,所述锥状头为钝角。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述注塑管为铜质,注塑管一端设置有锥形孔,所述锥形孔的锥角小于切断头倒锥形的锥角。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述倒锥形切断头的倒锥最大截面面积与注塑管最大截面面积相同。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明浇口切割注塑模具设置可方便切断的浇口实现浇口痕迹的清除,通过设置锥形管芯和导流槽,保证注塑管道的良好闭合,通过设置有加热装置,保证注塑管内液体的流动性,防止凝结阻塞管道;具有可靠性能高、结构紧凑、无浇口痕迹、结构简单、使用方便、适应性好、价格低廉等优点,同时在模具市场有着广泛的市场前景。

一种浇口切割注塑模具,包括:底座1、上模具2、下模具3、顶板4、导柱导套5、注塑管6、管芯7、弹簧8和加热器9,所述底座1设置有下模具3、下模具3上设置有上模具2,顶板4设置在上模具2上方底座1四周设置有导柱导套5,所述注塑管6设置在上模具2上方,且与上模具2中心轴线同轴布置,注塑管6内设置有管芯7,弹簧8套接在管芯7上,注塑管6外侧设置有加热器9。
所述顶板4中央设置有避位孔,上模具2中心设置有浇口,可与注塑管6紧密配合。
所述管芯7中部设置有弹簧限位10,管芯7前端设置有切断头11,所述切断头11为倒锥形,倒锥形表面设置有导流槽,倒锥形端部设置有锥状头12,所述锥状头12为钝角。
所述注塑管6为铜质,注塑管6一端设置有锥形孔,所述锥形孔的锥角小于切断头11倒锥形的锥角,使得管芯7可进入注塑管6内,并在注塑管6端面形成良好密闭。
所述倒锥形切断头11的倒锥最大截面面积与注塑管6最大截面面积相同。
本发明浇口切割注塑模具的有益效果是:
一、设置可方便切断的浇口实现浇口痕迹的清除;
二、通过设置锥形管芯和导流槽,保证注塑管道的良好闭合;
三、通过设置有加热装置,保证注塑管内液体的流动性,防止凝结阻塞管道;
四、具有可靠性能高、结构紧凑、无浇口痕迹、结构简单、使用方便、适应性好、价格低廉等优点,同时在模具市场有着广泛的市场前景。

1.一种浇口切割注塑模具,其特征在于,包括:底座、上模具、下模具、顶板、导柱导套、注塑管、管芯、弹簧和加热器,所述底座设置有下模具、下模具上设置有上模具,顶板设置在上模具上方,底座四周设置有导柱导套,所述注塑管设置在上模具上方,且与上模具中心轴线同轴布置,注塑管内设置有管芯,弹簧套接在管芯上,注塑管外侧设置有加热器,所述管芯中部设置有弹簧限位,管芯前端设置有切断头,所述切断头为倒锥形,倒锥形表面设置有导流槽,倒锥形端部设置有锥状头,所述锥状头为钝角,所述注塑管为铜质,注塑管一端设置有锥形孔,所述锥形孔的锥角小于切断头倒锥形的锥角,所述倒锥形切断头的倒锥最大截面面积与注塑管最大截面面积相同。
