一种糯米甜菜根蛋白粉饮品及制备方法
技术领域
本发明主要涉及蛋白粉领域,尤其涉及一种糯米甜菜根蛋白粉饮品及制备方法。
背景技术
蛋白质(protein)是生命的物质基础,是构成细胞的基本有机物。没有蛋白质就没有生命。因此,它是与生命及与各种形式的生命活动紧密联系在一起的物质。机体中的每一个细胞和所有重要组成部分都有蛋白质参与。蛋白质占人体重量的16%~20%,即一个60kg重的成年人其体内约有蛋白质9.6~12kg。每天食用蛋白粉可以均衡的补充身体所需要的蛋白质,但现有的蛋白粉均不具备保健功能。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种糯米甜菜根蛋白粉饮品及制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种糯米甜菜根蛋白粉饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
糯米250-280、鲜鸭血5-6、黑巧克力6-7、酸奶粉5-7、黑木耳6-8、千页豆腐7-9、马铃薯蛋白粉7-8、甜菜根8-10、芥末4-5、绿豆8-12、花生油1-2、谷芽9-11、星宿菜7-8、刺龙芽2-3、当归0.5-1、香附2-4、柳树叶1-2、红茶3-5、白芍1-2、纯净水适量、营养添加剂10-12;
所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成:麦片10-15、苹果脯8-10、熟猪油1-2、金果榄6-7、蔓越莓果酱5-8、西葫芦9-11、三七叶1-2、冬葵叶2-3、金银花2-3、杨梅叶2-3、栀子2-4、绞股蓝1-2;
制备方法为(1)将熟猪油置于锅中,加热至七成热,加入三七叶、冬葵叶、金银花、杨梅叶、栀子、绞股蓝,混合翻炒5-8分钟后,加入上述混合物4-6倍的水,文火煎煮30-50分钟,过滤除渣,得滤液;
(2)将苹果脯置于步骤(1)所得滤液中浸泡15-30分钟,苹果脯与金果榄、西葫芦连同剩余未被吸收的滤液混合打浆,得药果浆;
(3)将麦片置于热锅中,干炒4-6分钟,出料,与药果浆、蔓越莓果酱混合均匀后,置于烤箱中,烘干,研磨成粉;
所述的一种糯米甜菜根蛋白粉饮品的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将刺龙芽、当归、香附、柳树叶、红茶、白芍水提2-3次,过滤,合并滤液;将木耳、谷芽置于上述滤液中发泡10-12分钟,木耳、谷芽、甜菜根、星宿菜连同剩余未被吸收的滤液混合打浆,得浆液;
(2)将糯米、绿豆经过筛选、除杂后分别送至烤箱烘烤至熟,出料,混合置于有适量水的容器中浸泡8-9小时后,混合磨浆,得米豆浆;
(3)将千页豆腐切片,两面抹上芥末后,置于有热花生油的锅中,煎至两面微黄,与鲜鸭血混合、黑巧克力置于蒸锅中蒸熟,烘干,磨粉,得巧克力鸭血豆腐粉;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)处理后的物料及剩余除纯净水以外的各原料置于锅中,大火煮沸后,过滤除渣,得混合浆液;所得混合浆液与适量加热后的纯净水混合,装罐、密封,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明香气四溢、味道纯正鲜美、蛋白质含量高,融入了酸奶粉、芥末,风味独特、营养丰富,其中添加的绿豆具有清热解毒、消暑利尿、祛痘美容的功效,白芍、当归能养血柔肝,可以调节人体亚健康状态,特别是女士经期肝郁的症状。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种糯米甜菜根蛋白粉饮品,由以下重量份的原料制成:
糯米280、鲜鸭血6、黑巧克力7、酸奶粉7、黑木耳8、千页豆腐9、马铃薯蛋白粉8、甜菜根10、芥末5、绿豆12、花生油2、谷芽11、星宿菜8、刺龙芽3、当归1、香附4、柳树叶2、红茶5、白芍2、纯净水适量、营养添加剂12;
所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成:麦片15、苹果脯10、熟猪油2、金果榄7、蔓越莓果酱8、西葫芦11、三七叶2、冬葵叶3、金银花3、杨梅叶3、栀子4、绞股蓝2;
制备方法为(1)将熟猪油置于锅中,加热至七成热,加入三七叶、冬葵叶、金银花、杨梅叶、栀子、绞股蓝,混合翻炒8分钟后,加入上述混合物6倍的水,文火煎煮50分钟,过滤除渣,得滤液;
(2)将苹果脯置于步骤(1)所得滤液中浸泡30分钟,苹果脯与金果榄、西葫芦连同剩余未被吸收的滤液混合打浆,得药果浆;
(3)将麦片置于热锅中,干炒6分钟,出料,与药果浆、蔓越莓果酱混合均匀后,置于烤箱中,烘干,研磨成粉;
所述的一种糯米甜菜根蛋白粉饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将刺龙芽、当归、香附、柳树叶、红茶、白芍水提3次,过滤,合并滤液;将木耳、谷芽置于上述滤液中发泡12分钟,木耳、谷芽、甜菜根、星宿菜连同剩余未被吸收的滤液混合打浆,得浆液;
(2)将糯米、绿豆经过筛选、除杂后分别送至烤箱烘烤至熟,出料,混合置于有适量水的容器中浸泡9小时后,混合磨浆,得米豆浆;
(3)将千页豆腐切片,两面抹上芥末后,置于有热花生油的锅中,煎至两面微黄,与鲜鸭血混合、黑巧克力置于蒸锅中蒸熟,烘干,磨粉,得巧克力鸭血豆腐粉;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)处理后的物料及剩余除纯净水以外的各原料置于锅中,大火煮沸后,过滤除渣,得混合浆液;所得混合浆液与适量加热后的纯净水混合,装罐、密封,即得。

1.一种糯米甜菜根蛋白粉饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:糯米250-280、鲜鸭血5-6、黑巧克力6-7、酸奶粉5-7、黑木耳6-8、千页豆腐7-9、马铃薯蛋白粉7-8、甜菜根8-10、芥末4-5、绿豆8-12、花生油1-2、谷芽9-11、星宿菜7-8、刺龙芽2-3、当归0.5-1、香附2-4、柳树叶1-2、红茶3-5、白芍1-2、纯净水适量、营养添加剂10-12;所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成:麦片10-15、苹果脯8-10、熟猪油1-2、金果榄6-7、蔓越莓果酱5-8、西葫芦9-11、三七叶1-2、冬葵叶2-3、金银花2-3、杨梅叶2-3、栀子2-4、绞股蓝1-2;营养添加剂的制备方法为(1)将熟猪油置于锅中,加热至七成热,加入三七叶、冬葵叶、金银花、杨梅叶、栀子、绞股蓝,混合翻炒5-8分钟后,加入上述混合物4-6倍的水,文火煎煮30-50分钟,过滤除渣,得滤液;(2)将苹果脯置于步骤(1)所得滤液中浸泡15-30分钟,苹果脯与金果榄、西葫芦连同剩余未被吸收的滤液混合打浆,得药果浆;(3)将麦片置于热锅中,干炒4-6分钟,出料,与药果浆、蔓越莓果酱混合均匀后,置于烤箱中,烘干,研磨成粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种糯米甜菜根蛋白粉饮品的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将刺龙芽、当归、香附、柳树叶、红茶、白芍水提2-3次,过滤,合并滤液;将黑木耳、谷芽置于上述滤液中泡发10-12分钟,木耳、谷芽、甜菜根、星宿菜连同剩余未被吸收的滤液混合打浆,得浆液;
(2)将糯米、绿豆经过筛选、除杂后分别送至烤箱烘烤至熟,出料,混合置于有适量水的容器中浸泡8-9小时后,混合磨浆,得米豆浆;
(3)将千页豆腐切片,两面抹上芥末后,置于有热花生油的锅中,煎至两面微黄,与鲜鸭血混合后再与黑巧克力一同置于蒸锅中蒸熟,烘干,磨粉,得巧克力鸭血豆腐粉;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)处理后的物料及剩余除纯净水以外的各原料置于锅中,大火煮沸后,过滤除渣,得混合浆液;所得混合浆液与适量加热后的纯净水混合,装罐、密封,即得。
