随着社会经济的发展、人们对健康日益关注,对饮料的要求也在逐渐升高,尤其是在口味、营养以及具有特殊养生保健功能方面,现有市场上的饮料虽然种类多,但是已经不能够满足人们对口感和养生保健的需求,有较好的口感,同时高营养、具有一定的养生保健的饮料越来越受到消费者的青睐。
铁皮石斛味甘,性微寒;具有生津养胃作用,主要表现为促进腺体分泌和脏器运动,也具有滋阴清热、润肺益肾、明目强腰的功能,还具有降血糖作用,增强机体免疫力。目前市场上石斛饮料多以简单的石斛鲜草、干草原材料制成,成分比较单一,口味单一,严重制约了石斛的附加价值和经济效益。

一种铁皮石斛果蔬饮料,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:铁皮石斛17-22、燕麦纤维12-18、菱角茎2-4、米醋6-8、葡萄糖浆粉8-9、水曲柳0.9-1.1、虾酱3-5、海棠树叶2-4、玉米蛋白粉8-10、苹果粉8-9、苦瓜9-12、芹菜叶12-13、豆汁12-14、百合花3-4、胡豆草1-2、食用仙人掌6-7、胡萝卜汁10-12、苡仁米8-10、营养添加剂10-12和水适量。
所述的营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:铁皮石斛鲜叶12-15、乌梅8-10、草莓汁7-9、雪莲菌3-5、燕麦片4-5、向阳花1-2、西洋参鲜根3-4、麦芽糖醇4-6、米汤8-9、芥蓝8-10、乌灵参0.7-0.9、虎皮草1-2、木瓜籽粉3-4和水适量;
所述的营养添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将铁皮石斛鲜叶包裹在纱网内,捣碎充分过滤取嫩叶汁;
(2)将乌梅放置在蒸笼内至蒸熟,而后去核取肉,且将其与雪莲菌、燕麦
片、麦芽糖醇、木瓜籽粉、米汤一起,加少量的水在锅内焖煮,直至煮烂,充分搅拌混匀后过滤取汤汁;
(3)将向阳花、西洋参鲜根、乌灵参、虎皮草混合,用2-3倍的水水提,过滤取中药过滤液;
(4)将芥蓝切碎,且将切碎的芥蓝与步骤1中的嫩叶汁一起放在榨汁机内搅拌榨汁,过滤取汁液;
(5)将草莓汁与步骤2的汤汁、步骤3的中药过滤液及步骤4的汁液混匀。
一种铁皮石斛果蔬饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将铁皮石斛碾成粉后与燕麦纤维、米醋、葡萄糖浆粉、玉米蛋白粉、苹果粉、苡仁米一起加入到锅内,加入4-5倍的水焖煮,煮熟后将锅内物料倒入打浆机内打浆取得浆汁;
(2)先将百合花烘干备用;然后将菱角茎、水曲柳、海棠树叶、胡豆草混合一起,加入适量的水浸提,过滤取中药过滤液;而后将备用的烘干百合花放入到中药过滤液内煎煮10-15分钟,最后取煎煮液;
(3)将苦瓜、芹菜叶、食用仙人掌在开水中汆烫,而后捞起捣碎,过滤取滤液,滤液与营养添加剂搅拌混成混合液;
(4)将虾酱与豆汁、胡萝卜汁、及步骤3中的混合液搅拌混合在一起,过滤取汁液;
(5)将步骤1的浆汁、步骤2的煎煮液及步骤4的汁液及混匀,而后进行灌装即可。

本发明的铁皮石斛果蔬饮料内含有虾酱和多种蔬果汁,其蛋白质含量高,还含有丰富的钾、碘、镁、磷等矿物质及维生素A、氨茶碱等成分,营养丰富;对身体虚弱以及病后需要调养的人是极好的饮料食物,且含有多种中草药提取液,用于清肝明目,还能预防感冒头痛,风热目昏;还可以美容,饮用口感好,预防和保健的功效好。
具体实施方式
一种铁皮石斛果蔬饮料,由以下重量份的原料制成:铁皮石斛17-22、燕麦纤维12-18、菱角茎2-4、米醋6-8、葡萄糖浆粉8-9、水曲柳0.9-1.1、虾酱3-5、海棠树叶2-4、玉米蛋白粉8-10、苹果粉8-9、苦瓜9-12、芹菜叶12-13、豆汁12-14、百合花3-4、胡豆草1-2、食用仙人掌6-7、胡萝卜汁10-12、苡仁米8-10、营养添加剂10-12和水适量。
营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:铁皮石斛鲜叶12-15、乌梅8-10、草莓汁7-9、雪莲菌3-5、燕麦片4-5、向阳花1-2、西洋参鲜根3-4、麦芽糖醇4-6、米汤8-9、芥蓝8-10、乌灵参0.7-0.9、虎皮草1-2、木瓜籽粉3-4和水适量;
营养添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将铁皮石斛鲜叶包裹在纱网内,捣碎充分过滤取嫩叶汁;
(2)将乌梅放置在蒸笼内至蒸熟,而后去核取肉,且将其与雪莲菌、燕麦
片、麦芽糖醇、木瓜籽粉、米汤一起,加少量的水在锅内焖煮,直至煮烂,充分搅拌混匀后过滤取汤汁;
(3)将向阳花、西洋参鲜根、乌灵参、虎皮草混合,用2-3倍的水水提,过滤取中药过滤液;
(4)将芥蓝切碎,且将切碎的芥蓝与步骤1中的嫩叶汁一起放在榨汁机内搅拌榨汁,过滤取汁液;
(5)将草莓汁与步骤2的汤汁、步骤3的中药过滤液及步骤4的汁液混匀。
一种铁皮石斛果蔬饮料的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将铁皮石斛碾成粉后与燕麦纤维、米醋、葡萄糖浆粉、玉米蛋白粉、苹果粉、苡仁米一起加入到锅内,加入4-5倍的水焖煮,煮熟后将锅内物料倒入打浆机内打浆取得浆汁;
(2)先将百合花烘干备用;然后将菱角茎、水曲柳、海棠树叶、胡豆草混合一起,加入适量的水浸提,过滤取中药过滤液;而后将备用的烘干百合花放入到中药过滤液内煎煮10-15分钟,最后取煎煮液;
(3)将苦瓜、芹菜叶、食用仙人掌在开水中汆烫,而后捞起捣碎,过滤取滤液,滤液与营养添加剂搅拌混成混合液;
(4)将虾酱与豆汁、胡萝卜汁、及步骤3中的混合液搅拌混合在一起,过滤取汁液;
(5)将步骤1的浆汁、步骤2的煎煮液及步骤4的汁液及混匀,而后进行灌装即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种铁皮石斛果蔬饮料,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:铁皮石斛17-22、燕麦纤维12-18、菱角茎2-4、米醋6-8、葡萄糖浆粉8-9、水曲柳0.9-1.1、虾酱3-5、海棠树叶2-4、玉米蛋白粉8-10、苹果粉8-9、苦瓜9-12、芹菜叶12-13、豆汁12-14、百合花3-4、胡豆草1-2、食用仙人掌6-7、胡萝卜汁10-12、苡仁米8-10、营养添加剂10-12和水适量;
所述的营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:铁皮石斛鲜叶12-15、乌梅8-10、草莓汁7-9、雪莲菌3-5、燕麦片4-5、向阳花1-2、西洋参鲜根3-4、麦芽糖醇4-6、米汤8-9、芥蓝8-10、乌灵参0.7-0.9、虎皮草1-2、木瓜籽粉3-4和水适量;
所述的营养添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将铁皮石斛鲜叶包裹在纱网内,捣碎充分过滤取嫩叶汁;

2.根据权利要求1所述一种铁皮石斛果蔬饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将铁皮石斛碾成粉后与燕麦纤维、米醋、葡萄糖浆粉、玉米蛋白粉、苹果粉、苡仁米一起加入到锅内,加入4-5倍的水焖煮,煮熟后将锅内物料倒入打浆机内打浆取得浆汁;
(2)先将百合花烘干备用;然后将菱角茎、水曲柳、海棠树叶、胡豆草混合一起,加入适量的水浸提,过滤取中药过滤液;而后将备用的烘干百合花放入到中药过滤液内煎煮10-15分钟,最后取煎煮液;
(3)将苦瓜、芹菜叶、食用仙人掌在开水中汆烫,而后捞起捣碎,过滤取滤液,滤液与营养添加剂搅拌混成混合液;
(4)将虾酱与豆汁、胡萝卜汁、及步骤3中的混合液搅拌混合在一起,过滤取汁液;
(5)将步骤1的浆汁、步骤2的煎煮液及步骤4的汁液及混匀,而后进行灌装即可。
