本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种绿茶味木耳薯片,由以下重量份原料组成:土豆200-220、紫薯80-100、玉米50-60、红豆60-70、木耳20-30、西兰花20-25、西瓜30-40、藕粉60-70、苦荞花粉10-13、番茄粉80-90、羌活4-5、番泻叶3-4、山药4-5、荷叶4-5、薏仁5-6、三叶草3-4、棒棒草3-4、绿茶10-13、蜂蜜60-80、食盐适量、水适量。
一种绿茶味木耳薯片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将土豆、紫薯洗净,去皮,切块后,放入锅中,隔水蒸熟,做成芋泥备用;
(2)经玉米、红豆、木耳洗净,放入锅中,加入蜂蜜、适量的水,加热焖煮45-50分钟,过滤,将玉米、红豆、木耳取出,晒干,碾成粉,得到豆粉;
(3)将西瓜洗净,去皮去籽,与洗净的西兰花一起放入榨汁机中,榨成蔬果汁;
(4)将羌活、番泻叶、山药、荷叶、薏仁、三叶草、棒棒草、绿茶用6-9倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将所有粉体与芋泥合并,加入蔬果汁,适量的水、食盐,不断搅拌,搅拌成面团形状以后,做成片状,烤熟即可。

1.一种绿茶味木耳薯片,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:土豆200-220、紫薯80-100、玉米50-60、红豆60-70、木耳20-30、西兰花20-25、西瓜30-40、藕粉60-70、苦荞花粉10-13、番茄粉80-90、羌活4-5、番泻叶3-4、山药4-5、荷叶4-5、薏仁5-6、三叶草3-4、棒棒草3-4、绿茶10-13、蜂蜜60-80、食盐适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种绿茶味木耳薯片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
