技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能复合塑胶。
背景技术
由于传统的单一的塑胶料如ABS、PE、PC、PVC等塑胶料很难满足航空航天业、船舶业、汽车业所用塑胶异构件的高强度、高硬度、抗磨、抗压抗弯性、耐热性、阻燃性、高韧性、耐酸碱性、稳定性、环保等性能要求，因此采用复合胶料应运而生，但是现有技术尚未有一个高强度、高硬度、耐磨性能好、稳定性强的ABS/PE复合塑胶母料的配方及其制备方法来满足航空航天业和船舶业所用塑胶件的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高性能复合塑胶。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种高性能复合塑胶，其特征在于，包括下列重量份数的物质：ABS25-35份，聚乙烯醇缩丁醛11-20份，多聚磷酸铵6-9份，可再分散乳胶粉3-5份，疏水剂2-5份，N-甲基吡咯烷酮9-16份，苯甲醇7-15份，半水石膏5-9份，纤维素11-23份，硬脂酸3-9份。
本发明的复合塑胶具有高强度、高硬度、高耐磨性能以及稳定性高特点。

一种高性能复合塑胶，包括下列重量份数的物质：ABS35份，聚乙烯醇缩丁醛20份，多聚磷酸铵9份，可再分散乳胶粉5份，疏水剂2份，N-甲基吡咯烷酮9份，苯甲醇7份，半水石膏5份，纤维素11份，硬脂酸3份。
