本发明涉及一种水性漆,各组分的比例按重量配比为:苯丙乳液14份、硅丙乳液18份、水22份、六偏磷酸钠1.2份、硅藻土3.8份、铝矾土2.2份、钛白粉1.2份、镧系稀土0.2份、石墨粉0.05份、醋酸甲酯2.5份;本发明提供的水性漆附着力强,分散性能好,具有很好的成膜性能,不易开裂,水性漆中几乎不含挥发性溶剂,使用时安全性高。

本发明属于油漆领域,具体涉及一种水性漆。
背景技术
现在柳编行业十分兴盛,柳编制品可以利用废弃的秸秆等材料,既可以避免浪费,又可以提高秸秆的经济价值,柳编制品多为比较实用的物件,往往跟身体接触使用,在柳编完成后,往往要进行油漆处理来增加柳编制品的美观程度及耐腐蚀性能,但是现在的的油漆含有很多挥发性溶剂,会对身体造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水性漆,附着力强,漆的耐磨性高。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种水性漆,各组分的比例按重量配比为:
苯丙乳液    14份
硅丙乳液    18份
水          22份
六偏磷酸钠   1.2份
硅藻土     3.8份
铝矾土     2.2份
钛白粉     1.2份
镧系稀土    0.2份
石墨粉      0.05份
醋酸甲酯    2.5份。
优选地,还包括0.25份颜料。
一种水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将硅藻土在520℃下烧制10h,使用球磨机磨碎,过200目筛,将铝矾土在710℃下烧制3h,使用球磨机磨碎,过200目筛,将石墨粉研磨,过200目筛;
(2)、将苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液、水、六偏磷酸钠搅拌下混合均匀,然后加入步骤(1)处理好的硅藻土、铝矾土和石墨粉和镧系稀土、醋酸甲酯、钛白粉,在42℃下搅拌1h。
本发明的水性漆使用苯丙乳液和硅丙乳液为主要原料,加入分散剂和无机填料,增强了水性漆的的耐磨性和防腐蚀性能,而且在水性漆中加入少量的石墨粉和醋酸甲酯,提高了水性漆的分散性及流动性,使用时可以提高喷漆的均匀性,也可以避免漆开裂。
本发明经检测甲醛的含量≤0.05g/kg,大大低于国家规定的安全标准。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的水性漆附着力强,分散性能好,具有很好的成膜性能,不易开裂,水性漆中几乎不含挥发性溶剂,使用时安全性高。
具体实施方式
一种水性漆,各组分的比例按重量配比为:
苯丙乳液    14份
硅丙乳液    18份
水          22份
六偏磷酸钠   1.2份
硅藻土     3.8份
铝矾土     2.2份
钛白粉     1.2份
镧系稀土    0.2份
石墨粉      0.05份
醋酸甲酯    2.5份。
优选地,还包括0.25份颜料。
一种水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将硅藻土在520℃下烧制10h,使用球磨机磨碎,过200目筛,将铝矾土在710℃下烧制3h,使用球磨机磨碎,过200目筛,将石墨粉研磨,过200目筛;
(2)、将苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液、水、六偏磷酸钠搅拌下混合均匀,然后加入步骤(1)处理好的硅藻土、铝矾土和石墨粉和镧系稀土、醋酸甲酯、钛白粉,在42℃下搅拌1h。

苯丙乳液    14份
硅丙乳液    18份
水          22份
六偏磷酸钠   1.2份
硅藻土     3.8份
铝矾土     2.2份
钛白粉     1.2份
镧系稀土    0.2份
石墨粉      0.05份
醋酸甲酯    2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所属的一种水性漆,其特征在于:还包括0.25份颜料。
3.一种权利要求1所述的水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将硅藻土在520℃下烧制10h,使用球磨机磨碎,过200目筛,将铝矾土在710℃下烧制3h,使用球磨机磨碎,过200目筛,将石墨粉研磨,过200目筛;
