发明内容
本发明的目的是避免这些缺点并且通过简单又节省空间的措施在困难的操作条件下防止SCR催化转化器的任何不可接受的污染或损坏。
根据本发明,此目的通过提供绕过SCR催化转化器的流动路径来实现,该流动路径构造成较佳为同轴的两个同心管之间的环状空间,而SCR催化转化器放置于内管内,而第一进入管引向内管,第二进入管引向旁路流动路径。

为了削减振动并且补偿长度上的热变化,可在本发明的另一变型中规定至少一个补偿元件设置在内和/或外管的至少两个轴向间隔开的部段之间或者在内管或外管与第一或第二进入管之间。通过将补偿元件集成到SCR催化转化器的外壳内,进一步节省空间和减小振动,并且在SCR转化器的外壳内实现长度补偿。在特别紧凑和易于制造的变型中,可规定第一补偿元件和第二补偿元件构造成共同双补偿件单元,第一和第二补偿元件较佳地由径向腹板来连接。

Claims (10)

1.一种内燃机,所述内燃机包括:能被绕过的SCR催化转化器(1);至少一个控制元件(8,9),用以使在废气管线(11)内的流动在所述SCR催化转化器(1)起作用的第一位置与所述SCR催化转化器(1)被绕过的第二位置之间切换;以及至少一个流动路径(S2),所述流动路径绕过所述SCR催化转化器(1),绕过所述SCR催化转化器(1)的所述流动路径(S2)构造成两个同轴的同心管(3,4)之间的环状空间(5),其中,两个同心管包括内管(3)和外管(4),所述SCR催化转化器(1)位于所述内管(3)内,其特征在于,第一进入管(6)连接到所述内管(3),而第二进入管(7)连接到旁路流动路径(S2),所述第一进入管部分地在所述第二进入管内延伸,第一控制元件(8)设置在所述第一进入管(6)内,其中,附加的计量装置(10)位于所述第一进入管(6)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的内燃机,其特征在于,第二控制元件(9)设置在所述第二进入管(7)内。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的内燃机,其特征在于,附加的计量装置(10)在所述第一控制元件(8)的上游。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的内燃机,其特征在于,附加的计量装置(10)定位在所述第一进入管(6)的弯部的上游。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的内燃机,其特征在于,所述第一进入管和第二进入管(6,7)从共同的废气管线(11)引出。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的内燃机,其特征在于,至少一个第一补偿元件(12)设置在所述内管(3)的至少两个轴向间隔开的部段之间或者所述内管(3)和所述第一进入管(6)之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的内燃机,其特征在于,至少一个第二补偿元件(13)设置在所述外管(4)的至少两个轴向间隔开的部段之间或者所述外管(4)和所述第二进入管(7)之间。
8.如权利要求7所述的内燃机,其特征在于,所述第一补偿元件(12)和所述第二补偿元件(13)构造成共同的双补偿件单元(15)。
9.如权利要求8所述的内燃机,其特征在于,所述第一补偿元件(12)和所述第二补偿元件(13)借助径向腹板(14)连接。
10.如权利要求1所述的内燃机,其特征在于,所述内燃机是大型多种燃料柴油内燃机。
