本发明揭示了一种高性能银基钎料,所述的高性能银基钎料由银、铜、锌、镉、锡以及镍六种金属成分组合而成,所述的高性能银基钎料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的银占57.6%-61.9%,所述的铜占18.7%-19.6%,所述的锌占12.4%-13.3%,所述的镉占2.3%-3.2%,所述的锡占3.6%-4.4%,所述的镍占1.1%-1.9%。由银、铜、锌、镉、锡以及镍等六种金属元素组成,具有工艺性好、润湿性好、填缝性好、强度高、塑性好、导电性好以及耐蚀性优异的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种合金,具体涉及一种高性能银基钎料。
背景技术
银基钎料通常是以银或银基固溶体为主的合金。可用来钎焊除铝、镁及其它低熔点金属外的几乎所有黑色金属和有色金属,因而得到广泛的应用。但是随着当下生产力的不断发展,市场上的银基钎料的各方面性能已无法满足当下社会的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺性好、润湿性好、填缝性好、强度高、塑性好、导电性好以及耐蚀性优异的高性能银基钎料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高性能银基钎料,所述的高性能银基钎料由银、铜、锌、镉、锡以及镍六种金属成分组合而成,所述的高性能银基钎料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的银占61.4%,所述的铜占18.7%-19.6%,所述的锌占12.4%-13.3%,所述的镉占2.3%-3.2%,所述的锡占3.6%-4.4%,所述的镍占1.1%-1.9%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的高性能银基钎料中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述的银占57.6%-61.9%,所述的铜占18.8%,所述的锌占12.5%,所述的镉占2.4%,所述的锡占3.7%,所述的镍占1.2%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的高性能银基钎料中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述的银占58.1%,所述的铜占19.5%,所述的锌占13.2%,所述的镉占3.1%,所述的锡占4.3%,所述的镍占1.8%。
本发明所述为一种高性能银基钎料,由银、铜、锌、镉、锡以及镍等六种金属元素组成,具有工艺性好、润湿性好、填缝性好、强度高、塑性好、导电性好以及耐蚀性优异的特点。

进一步地,所述的高性能银基钎料中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述的银占58.1%,所述的铜占19.5%,所述的锌占13.2%,所述的镉占3.1%,所述的锡占4.3%,所述的镍占1.8%。
另外,可通过调节合金中各成分的不同重量百分比,使得得到的合金性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种高性能银基钎料,由银、铜、锌、镉、锡以及镍等六种金属元素组成,具有工艺性好、润湿性好、填缝性好、强度高、塑性好、导电性好以及耐蚀性优异的特点。
