背景技术

根据本发明,车辆的、尤其是机动车辆的扭转梁式车轴包含抗弯曲和具有扭转弹性的横向构件以及两个抗弯曲和具有扭转刚性的纵向连杆。横向构件在相对于它的纵向范围的端部以角度刚性的方式与其中一个纵向连杆分别连接。此外,纵向连杆进而相对于它的纵向范围在一端包含与车辆的车身轴耦接的装置,例如轴承衬套,以及在另一端包含用于附接至少一个车轮的装置,例如轮架。根据本发明,横向构件以可沿着所述纵向连杆移动的方式与纵向连杆连接,也就是以可沿着纵向连杆的纵向方向移动的方式与纵向连杆连接。而且,至少一个用于移动横向构件的驱动器被分配给每个纵向连杆,所述驱动器在一端由分配给其的纵向连杆支承,另一端由横向构件支承。

分配给每个纵向连杆的至少一个驱动器允许沿着纵向连杆的横向构件的移动,也允许横向构件保持在期望的位置和/或保持横向构件与轴耦接的装置和/或附接车轮的装置的期望的距离。驱动器可以是电操作的、液压操作的或气动操作的,但是,由于它们的紧凑结构和节能的使用,优选电操作的驱动器。通过驱动器,在车辆操作过程中的横向构件的移动以及因此的扭转梁式车轴的侧倾刚度的调整可能根据不同的操作条件来实施,例如根据车辆重量、车辆速度等进行实施。

在优选的实施例中,根据本发明的扭转梁式车轴用作车辆、尤其是机动车辆的后轴,用以耦接后车轮和车辆的车身,从而以便在车辆的操作过程中能够至少以半主动的方式改变车身的侧倾刚度,也就是至少在能够被预先设置的不同的操作区域之间能够选择扭转梁式车轴的有效的侧倾刚度。

Claims (3)

1.一种车辆的扭转梁式车轴,包含横向构件(3),横向构件(3)抗弯曲和具有扭转弹性,横向构件(3)在相对于它的纵向范围的端部以这样的方式与相应的一个抗弯曲和具有扭转刚性的纵向连杆(4)连接,即,横向构件(3)与纵向连杆(4)相对成角度地刚性连接,其中纵向连杆(4)在相对于它的纵向范围的一端包含用于与车身(6)可枢转地铰接的装置(5),并在另一端包含附接于至少一个车轮(2)的装置(7),其特征在于,
横向构件(3)以可沿着所述纵向连杆移动的方式与纵向连杆(4)连接,其中,至少一个用于移动横向构件(3)的驱动器(12)被分配给每个纵向连杆(4),所述驱动器在一端支承于分配给其的纵向连杆(4),并在另一端支承于横向构件(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扭转梁式车轴,其特征在于,驱动器(12)是线性驱动器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的扭转梁式车轴,其特征在于,提供用于连接横向构件(3)和纵向连杆(4)的导向装置(11),所述导向装置与横向构件(3)刚性连接并在纵向连杆(4)上可移动地引导。
