本发明属于传统草药的未确定结构的药物制剂,伏羊养身补益配方,包含与伏羊肉混合煎炒的炒剂、以及与伏羊肉、炒剂混煮的煮剂;所述炒剂由以下中药组成:人参、红参、党参、泡参、沙参、丹参、太子参、西洋参、海参、山药、大枣、天冬、野生天麻、鹿茸、枸杞、黄精、当归、苡仁、莲米、虫草、大蒜、鲜椒叶;所述煎剂由以下中药组成:玄参、生地、熟地、黄芪、熟附片、制首乌、云苓、芡实、肉桂、淫羊霍、阳起石、锁阳、菟丝子6-60g、胡椒、干姜。本发明伏羊养身补益配方可提高羊肉的补身作用,增强人体的免疫力。

伏羊养身补益配方
技术领域
本发明属于传统草药的未确定结构的药物制剂。 
背景技术
伏羊汤是江苏、徐州的著名风味小吃。伏羊汤即羊骨,羊肉汤,因当地人常常喜欢在三伏热天饮用,故名。伏天引用此汤,可使五内积热散尽,羊肉即温又补,饮汤后,大汗淋漓,散了积热,又不至于脱虚。因此民间流传“夏天吃伏羊,健康又壮阳,喝了伏羊汤,四季不用开药方”。 
现有的伏羊汤制作方法为,将羊肉羊骨煮开后除净沫子,放入丁香、肉桂、陈皮去腥气,继续煮肉至汤白,捞肉后改刀成片,再浇以热汤。这种方法制作出来的伏羊汤,对人体的补益效果十分有限,单食羊肉对胃肠的消化负担也较重,不适合胃脾功能不好的人食用。另外,在暑热天过多食用这类动物性脂肪,可能会对心血管***造成压力。 
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种可提高伏羊补益效果、养胃益肺、降低血压的伏羊养身补益配方。 
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:伏羊养身补益配方,包含与伏羊肉混合煎炒的炒剂,以及与伏羊肉、炒剂混煮的煮剂;所述炒剂由下列以重量为单位的各组份的中药组成:人参20-300g、红参12-150g、党参20-500g、泡参10-200g、沙参12-200g、丹参6-50g、太子参5-40g、西洋参6-50g、海参10-60g、山药20-500g、大枣12-300g、天冬10-200g、野生天麻12-300g、 鹿茸8-80g、枸杞20-500g、黄精20-400g、当归12-200g、苡仁12-200g、莲米6-80g、虫草5-70g、大蒜10-300g、鲜椒叶20-250g;所述煎剂由下列以重量为单位的各组份的中药组成:玄参10-100g、生地10-100g、熟地10-100g、黄芪12-120g、熟附片5-60g、制首乌15-400g、云苓6-120g 、芡实10-120g、肉桂12-120g、淫羊霍12-120g、阳起石15-200g、锁阳10-100g、菟丝子6-60g、胡椒5-30g、干姜30-500g 。 
上述技术方案与现有技术的区别在于:炒方与羊肉混合煎炒,可去除羊肉腥味,与羊肉的御风补身作用相辅相成,炒方中包含九味参,人参、红参、党参、泡参、沙参、丹参、太子参、西洋参、海参具有具有生血益气、活血通经、平中消痛、调节气血、降低血压的作用,山药、大枣、天冬、野生天麻、鹿茸、枸杞、黄精、当归、苡仁、莲米、虫草、大蒜、鲜椒叶具有养颜美容、养肝明目、息风止晕、补脾养胃益肺、补肾壮阳的作用,而煮方中玄参主要起清热降火的作用,生地、熟地、黄芪、熟附片、制首乌、云苓、芡实、肉桂、淫羊霍、阳起石、锁阳、菟丝子、胡椒、干姜具有乌发强筋、固本培元、补肾壮阳的作用。本发明伏羊养身补益配方可增强羊肉的补身作用,增强人体的免疫力。 
进一步地,为了防止羊肉上火,本发明伏羊养身补益配方还配有降火剂,由下列以重量为单位的各组份的中药组成:麻黄20g、杏仁 30g、石膏30g、桂枝20g、银花50g、陈皮30g、薄荷30g、伏神40g、板蓝根35g、大力30g、淡竹叶30g、艾叶20g、甘草25g。 
具体实施方式
伏羊养身补益配方,包含与伏羊肉混合煎炒的炒剂,以及与伏羊肉、炒剂混煮的煮剂;所述炒剂由下列以重量为单位的各组份的中药组成:人参20-300g、红参12-150g、党参20-500g、泡参10-200g、沙参12-200g、丹参6-50g、太子参5-40g、西洋参6-50g、海参10-60g、山药20-500g、大枣12-300g、天冬10-200g、野生天麻12-300g、 鹿茸8-80g、枸杞20-500g、黄精20-400g、当归12-200g、苡仁12-200g、莲米6-80g、虫草5-70g、大蒜10-300g、鲜椒叶20-250g;所述煎剂由下列以重量为单位的各组份的中药组成:玄参10-100g、生地10-100g、熟地10-100g、黄芪12-120g、熟附片5-60g、制首乌15-400g、云苓6-120g 、芡实10-120g、肉桂12-120g、淫羊霍12-120g、阳起石15-200g、锁阳10-100g、菟丝子6-60g、胡椒5-30g、干姜30-500g 。 
还包含降火剂,由下列以重量为单位的各组份的中药组成:麻黄20g、杏仁 30g、石膏30g、桂枝20g、银花50g、陈皮30g、薄荷30g、伏神40g、板蓝根35g、大力30g、淡竹叶30g、艾叶20g、甘草25g。 
使用方法:待12.5㎏羊肉炒至入味程度,10分钟后,加入炒方的药材混炒5-8分钟至增香,再加入煮方的药材,加水炖2-3小时至全熟,即可食肉喝汤。同时将降火剂的药材煎制成汤,在食用羊肉前服用。

1.伏羊养身补益配方,其特征在于,包含与伏羊肉混合煎炒的炒剂,以及与伏羊肉、炒剂混煮的煮剂;所述炒剂由下列以重量为单位的各组份的中药组成:人参20-300g、红参12-150g、党参20-500g、泡参10-200g、沙参12-200g、丹参6-50g、太子参5-40g、西洋参6-50g、海参10-60g、山药20-500g、大枣12-300g、天冬10-200g、野生天麻12-300g、 鹿茸8-80g、枸杞20-500g、黄精20-400g、当归12-200g、苡仁12-200g、莲米6-80g、虫草5-70g、大蒜10-300g、鲜椒叶20-250g;所述煎剂由下列以重量为单位的各组份的中药组成:玄参10-100g、生地10-100g、熟地10-100g、黄芪12-120g、熟附片5-60g、制首乌15-400g、云苓6-120g 、芡实10-120g、肉桂12-120g、淫羊霍12-120g、阳起石15-200g、锁阳10-100g、菟丝子6-60g、胡椒5-30g、干姜30-500g 。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伏羊养身补益配方,其特征在于,还包含降火剂,由下列以重量为单位的各组份的中药组成:麻黄20g、杏仁 30g、石膏30g、桂枝20g、银花50g、陈皮30g、薄荷30g、伏神40g、板蓝根35g、大力30g、淡竹叶30g、艾叶20g、甘草25g。
