Description

滚动轴承装置
本申请主张于2013年1月15日提出的日本专利申请第2013-004501号的优先权,并在此引用包括说明书、附图、摘要在内的全部内容。
技术领域
本发明涉及具备了滚动轴承与向该滚动轴承供给润滑脂的润滑脂供给部的滚动轴承装置。
背景技术
例如在日本特开2011-58520号公报中公开有具备了滚动轴承与向该滚动轴承供给润滑脂的润滑脂供给部的滚动轴承装置。在上述滚动轴承装置中,在以与滚动轴承的外圈邻接的方式设置的衬垫的内周设置有在内部形成有供润滑脂积存的环状的润滑脂积存形成部件。在润滑脂积存形成部件的间隙形成片的前端面设置有供前端与外圈的阶面抵接的凸部。上述凸部不存在的位置与阶面之间的间隙成为将润滑脂积存内的润滑脂的基础油向外圈的轨道面导入的油路。
然而,在为日本特开2011-58520号公报的滚动轴承装置的情况下,存在因润滑脂的种类不同而难以发生从润滑脂向基础油的分离的情况。在该情况下,可能产生基础油未被供给至轨道面而对润滑带来负面影响的情况。另外,也存在如下情况,即,通过对润滑脂进行加热而促进其向基础油的分离,但由于润滑脂积存形成部件与轴承分离,因此难以传递由轴承的驱动产生的热,从而难以促进从润滑脂向基础油的分离。此外,在像机床的主轴那样进行高速旋转的旋转轴中,存在为了对组装于旋转轴的轴承进行冷却而在壳体设置有冷却机构的情况。由此,能够抑制轴承因旋转轴的驱动而导致的升温,但在组装于上述的旋转轴,从壳体受到冷却机构带来的影响的情况下,更难引起从润滑脂向基础油的分离,从而可能难以确保轴承的润滑性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供能够促进润滑脂存积部内的润滑脂向基础油的分离,从而能够良好地供给润滑脂的基础油的滚动轴承装置。
本发明的一方式的滚动轴承装置的结构上的特征在于,具备滚动轴承以及保持器引导部件,上述滚动轴承具有配设于旋转轴侧的内圈、配设于壳体侧的外圈、以能够滚动的方式配设于上述内圈与上述外圈之间的环状空间的多个滚动体、以及对上述多个滚动体进行保持的保持器,上述保持器引导部件以与上述外圈一体或者分体的方式固定于上述壳体侧,并具有供给润滑脂并且对上述保持器的内周面进行引导的引导面,上述保持器引导部件具备:引导突部,上述引导突部朝上述环状空间内突出,并且外周面的一部分成为上述引导面;以及润滑脂供给部,上述润滑脂供给部具有供润滑脂存积的润滑脂存积部,并且在上述引导突部的外周面中的、比上述引导面更靠上述引导突部的基部侧形成有将上述润滑脂存积部的润滑脂向上述引导面供给的供给口。

根据图1与图2对本发明的实施例1进行说明。如图1所示,滚动轴承装置具备滚动轴承10(在本实施例1中为角接触球轴承)与润滑脂供给部60。上述润滑脂供给部60向上述滚动轴承10供给润滑脂(主要为润滑脂的基础油)。滚动轴承10具备:内圈20、外圈30、多个滚动体40(在本实施例1中为球体)、以及保持器45。
内圈20形成为圆筒状,配设为其中心孔嵌合(压入)于旋转轴1(例如,工作机的主轴)的外周面而能够一体旋转。此外,在本实施例1中,所谓外周面是指以旋转轴1的旋转中心为中心的径向的外侧的表面。另外,所谓内周面是指以旋转轴1的旋转中心为中心的径向的内侧的表面。
如图2所示,在内圈20的外周面的轴向大致中央部形成有内圈轨道面21,并且在内圈轨道面21的两侧部形成有轨道肩部22、23。在本实施例1中,两轨道肩部22、23中的、在图2中位于右侧的轨道肩部22的外周面的直径尺寸形成为比位于左侧的轨道肩部23的外周面的直径尺寸大设定尺寸。另外,在内圈20的外周面的位于左侧的轨道肩部23的轴向外侧形成有比轨道肩部23适当小径的阶差部23a。
如图1所示,外圈30形成为以在与内圈20的外周面之间隔开环状空间的方式配设在同一中心线上的圆筒状,其外周面嵌合于壳体2而以固定状态配设。
如图2所示,在外圈30的内周面的轴向大致中央部形成有外圈轨道面31,并且在外圈轨道面31的两侧部形成有轨道肩部32、33。在本实施例1中,两轨道肩部32、33中的、右侧的轨道肩部32的内周面的直径尺寸形成为比左侧的轨道肩部33的内周面的直径尺寸大。另外,在外圈30的内周面的左侧的轨道肩部33的轴向外侧形成有比轨道肩部33适当大径的阶差部33a。
多个滚动体40在被保持器45保持于在内圈轨道面21与外圈轨道面31之间形成的环状空间的状态下配设为能够滚动。
另外,在内圈20与外圈30之间的环状空间的一端侧(在图1中为右侧)开口部组装有对该开口部进行密封的密封部件12。在该密封部件12的外周部形成有压入固定于在外圈30的内周面的一端部形成的环状槽的固定部13,在密封部件12的内周部形成有与形成于内圈20的内周面的一端部的环状槽隔开微小的间隙而构成迷宫式封闭圈的非接触式的密封部14。此外,在壳体2的轴承嵌入部的内周面形成有用于构成冷却机构的、供给冷却油、冷却液等冷却介质的冷却槽2a。
如图1与图2所示,在旋转轴1的外周面以与内圈20的两侧部中的至少一侧邻接的方式压入固定有内圈衬垫25。在本实施例1中,在内圈20与外圈30的另一端侧配设有内圈衬垫25。此外,在本实施例1中,保持器引导部件50配设于外圈30的另一端侧。另外,在壳体2上以与外圈30的两侧部中的至少一侧邻接的方式配设有保持器引导部件50。另外,在本实施例1中,保持器引导部件50是与外圈30分体设置的部件,并通过压入而固定于壳体2侧。此外,保持器引导部件50也可以与外圈30一体构成,换句话说做成为外圈30的一部分。在保持器引导部件50与外圈30分体设置的情况下,保持器引导部件50也能够作为外圈衬垫来使用。该保持器引导部件50供给润滑脂并且与保持器45的内周面抵接来引导保持器45。此外,对此后面将详述。另外,保持器引导部件50的外径尺寸被设定为比壳体2的轴承嵌入部的内径尺寸稍大,保持器引导部件50的内径尺寸被设定为比内圈衬垫25的外径尺寸以及内圈20的外周面端部的阶差部23a的外径尺寸适当大。
在保持器引导部件50的与外圈30对置的一端面形成有朝向内圈20与外圈30之间的环状空间突出的引导突部53。该引导突部53的外径尺寸被设定为比保持器45的内径尺寸稍小。在引导突部53的外周面的一部分形成有与保持器45的内周面抵接地对保持器45进行旋转引导的引导面54。另外,引导突部53的内径尺寸被设定为与保持器引导部件50的内径尺寸相同的大小。保持器引导部件50的内周面与引导突部53的内周面以形成同一面的方式连续。
保持器引导部件50具备上述的引导突部53与润滑脂供给部60。上述润滑脂供给部60向设置于引导突部53的引导面54供给润滑脂。润滑脂供给部60具有供润滑脂存积的润滑脂存积部61。在引导突部53的外周面中的比引导面54更靠基部侧、即根部侧形成供给口62,该供给口62将润滑脂存积部61的润滑脂向引导面54,还有滚动轴承10的滚动体40、内圈轨道面21以及外圈轨道面31供给。具体而言,在本实施例1中,润滑脂供给部60由被保持器引导部件50的侧面、外圈30、保持器45的轴向一端面45a围起的空间部构成。引导突部53的外周面中的、比供给口62更靠基部侧的外周面部分构成润滑脂供给部60的内壁面的一部分。比供给口62更靠基部侧的外周面部分与存积于润滑脂供给部60的润滑脂接触。此外,在旋转轴1旋转时,通过离心力,在保持器45的轴向一端面45a与保持器引导部件50的壁面之间确保有润滑脂存积部61的空间。另外,在本实施例1中,在构成润滑脂存积部61的侧壁的保持器引导部件50的壁面形成有凹部52,通过该凹部52而使润滑脂存积部61的容积扩大。并且,在本实施例1中,通过形成于外圈30的内周面的一端部的大径的阶差部33a也使润滑脂存积部61的容积扩大。
本实施例1所涉及的滚动轴承装置如上述那样构成。因此,在本实施例1中,向设置于内圈20与外圈30之间的环状空间突出的引导突部53的外周面的一部分,更加详细而言为引导突部53的前端部分的外周面成为保持器45的引导面54。另外,将润滑脂存积部61的润滑脂向引导面54供给的供给口62形成于引导突部53的外周面中的比引导面54更靠基部侧。因此,由保持器45的内周面与保持器引导部件50的引导面54的滑动摩擦产生的热从引导突部53的前端侧经由引导突部53向基部侧传递。因此,存积于润滑脂存积部61的润滑脂中的、供给口62附近的润滑脂被在引导面54产生的热所影响。
在为通过外圈的内周面侧对以往的保持器的外周面进行引导的外圈引导(未图示)的情况下,在引导面产生的热经由外圈传递至润滑脂存积部。因此,由设置于壳体的冷却机构(冷却机构例如,形成于壳体的轴承嵌入部的内周面,并且将供给冷却油、冷却液等冷却介质的冷却槽作为主体构成)实现的冷却的影响以及热均匀地传递至外圈整体。由此,传递至润滑脂存积部的热与在引导面产生的热相比明显降低。
在本实施例1中,抑制由设置于壳体2的冷却机构(冷却槽2a)实现的冷却的影响,因为热被传递至润滑脂存积部61以及仅经由引导突部53所以抑制了热的扩散。因此,与以往的外圈引导的情况相比能够缩小在引导面54产生的热与传递至润滑脂存积部61的热的差。换句话说,能够将热高效地传递至润滑脂存积部61,因此容易产生从润滑脂向基础油的热分离。其结果,能够促进将基础油经由引导突部53的外周面供给至引导面54。此外,考虑周速度变慢以及保持器45与引导突部53的接触因离心力而变少的情况,在引导面54产生的热的总量与外圈引导的情况相比变小。因此,通过采用本实施例1那样的构造,与外圈引导相比,能够同时实现抑制滚动轴承10的升温与良好地供给基础油。因此,在旋转轴1高速旋转时,能够将所需要的量的基础油从供给口62朝向保持器45的内周面与引导面54之间充分地供给。其结果,能够抑制保持器45的热变形和烧结,并且能够长期维持良好的轴承功能。
特别地,在本实施例1中,引导突部53的外周面中的、比供给口62更靠基部侧的外周面部分构成润滑脂供给部60的内壁面的一部分。而且,比供给口62更靠基部侧的外周面部分与存积于润滑脂供给部60的润滑脂接触,因此润滑脂经由表面而受热的影响。因此,能够更加高效地传递热。并且,在本实施例1中,将保持器引导部件50构成为与外圈30分体,从而也能够将保持器引导部件50作为外圈衬垫来使用。如上能够兼做保持器引导部件50与外圈衬垫使用,因此能够有效地活用部件。另外,在本实施例1中,润滑脂存积部61由被保持器引导部件50、外圈30、以及保持器45的轴向一端面45a围起的空间部构成。因此,与在保持器引导部件的内部形成润滑脂存积部的情况相比,能够容易地构成润滑脂存积部61。并且,通过保持器45的摩擦热也能够促进润滑脂存积部61内的润滑脂70的基础油的分离。
接下来,根据图3对本发明的实施例2进行说明。在本实施例2中,如图3所示,与旋转轴1的外周面的内圈20的两侧部邻接地分别压入固定有内圈衬垫25。另外,在分别与壳体2的外圈30的两侧部分别邻接地配设有保持器引导部件50,这些保持器引导部件50也作为外圈衬垫发挥功能。在与两保持器引导部件50的外圈30对置的端面分别形成有引导突部53。在上述引导突部53的外周面分别形成有对保持器45进行旋转引导的引导面54。

在上述那样构成的本实施例2的滚动轴承装置中,通过分别形成于两保持器引导部件50的引导突部53的外周面的引导面54而抑制保持器45的倾斜从而能够进一步稳定性良好地对保持器45进行旋转引导。另外,能够在两个润滑脂存积部61内分别存积润滑脂70。因此,能够将各自的润滑脂70的基础油朝向两引导面54与保持器45的内周面之间充分地供给。
此外,本发明不限定于上述实施例1以及实施例2,在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内,能够通过各种方式来实施。例如,在上述实施例1以及实施例2中,对润滑脂存积部61由被保持器引导部件50、外圈30、以及保持器45的轴向端面45a围起的空间部构成的情况进行了例示。然而,不限定于此,即使在保持器引导部件50的内部形成润滑脂存积部61也能够实施本发明。另外,在上述实施例1中,将外圈30与保持器引导部件50制造为分体。然而,不限定于此,也能够在外圈30的一端部一体地形成保持器引导部件50,从而能够将外圈30与保持器引导部件50构成为一个部件。

Claims (5)

1.一种滚动轴承装置,其特征在于,
具备滚动轴承以及保持器引导部件,
所述滚动轴承具有配设于旋转轴侧的内圈、配设于壳体侧的外圈、以能够滚动的方式配设于所述内圈与所述外圈之间的环状空间的多个滚动体、以及对所述多个滚动体进行保持的保持器,
所述保持器引导部件以与所述外圈一体或者分体的方式固定于所述壳体侧,并具有供给润滑脂并且对所述保持器的内周面进行引导的引导面,
所述保持器引导部件具备:引导突部,所述引导突部朝所述环状空间内突出,并且外周面的一部分成为所述引导面;以及润滑脂供给部,所述润滑脂供给部具有供润滑脂存积的润滑脂存积部,并且在所述引导突部的外周面中的、比所述引导面更靠所述引导突部的基部侧形成有将所述润滑脂存积部的润滑脂向所述引导面供给的供给口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承装置,其特征在于,
引导突部的外周面中的、比供给口更靠基部侧的外周面部分构成润滑脂存积部的壁面的一部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承装置,其特征在于,
保持器引导部件与外圈分体设置,且是相对于所述外圈的外圈衬垫。
4.根据权利要求2所述的滚动轴承装置,其特征在于,
保持器引导部件与外圈分体设置,且是相对于所述外圈的外圈衬垫。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的滚动轴承装置,其特征在于,
在保持器引导部件的侧壁形成有凹部,所述凹部构成润滑脂存积部。
