现有的靠垫设计,从舒适性考虑较多,而对如何消除污染考虑较少,市场上的靠垫产品,一般不具有消除污染的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,可有效消除污染的活性炭纤维靠垫。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种活性炭纤维靠垫,包括靠垫本体,其特征是:在靠垫本体中设有活性炭纤维材料层;活性炭纤维炭化处理时,低温热处理炉从157℃开始升温,每分钟升温4-9℃,升温至302-310℃,然后恒温6-13分钟后再升温至320-340℃,然后进行冷却至温度低于90℃,低温热处理炉的进出口加氮气气封。
活性炭纤维材料层由1~2层或多层活性炭纤维材料组成;活性炭纤维炭化处理时,低温热处理炉从157℃开始升温,每分钟升温9℃,升温至307℃,然后恒温13分钟后再升温至330℃,然后进行冷却至温度低于90℃,低温热处理炉的进出口加氮气气封。
在活性炭纤维材料层外设有无纺布外包层;活性炭纤维炭化处理时,低温热处理炉从157℃开始升温,每分钟升温8℃,升温至309℃,然后恒温9分钟后再升温至336℃,然后进行冷却至温度低于90℃,低温热处理炉的进出口加氮气气封。

2.根据权利要求1所述的活性炭纤维靠垫,其特征是:活性炭纤维材料层由1~2层或多层活性炭纤维材料组成;活性炭纤维炭化处理时,低温热处理炉从157℃开始升温,每分钟升温9℃,升温至307℃,然后恒温13分钟后再升温至330℃,然后进行冷却至温度低于90℃,低温热处理炉的进出口加氮气气封。
