技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示装置的安装结构。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LiquidCrystalDisplay,LCD)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用,如:移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。
现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括壳体、设于壳体内的液晶面板及设于壳体内的背光模组(Backlightmodule)。背光模组依照光源入射位置的不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组。其中,侧入式背光模组主要包括背板、背光源、反射片、导光板、光学膜片组等,其将背光源LED灯条(Lightbar)设于液晶面板侧后方的背板边缘处,LED灯条发出的光线从导光板(LightGuidePlate,LGP)一侧的入光面进入导光板,经反射和扩散后从导光板出光面射出,再经由光学膜片组,以形成面光源提供给液晶面板。
随着液晶显示装置生产技术的不断发展,液晶显示装置逐步趋向窄边框化。针对当前的具有侧入式背光模组的液晶显示装置,由于窄边框化的需要,安装、固定相关零部件的螺钉及螺纹长度越来越短。请参阅图1至图3,为一种现有的液晶显示装置的安装结构,其包括:背光模组100、设于背光模组100内的胶框300、设于胶框300上的液晶显示面板500及设于液晶显示面板500上的前框700。
所述背光模组100包括:背板110、设于背板110内的导光板130,安装于所述背板110上的背光源150。
为缩小前框700至导光板130入光侧的距离,所述背板110兼具散热板的功能,其包括底板111及与位于底板111侧边的的第一侧板113,背光源150安装于第一侧板113内侧。前框700包括前板720及及位于前板720侧边的第二侧板750。所述第二侧板750盖在所述第一侧板113上。
所述前框700的第二侧板750上开设通孔751,所述背板110的第一侧板113对应所述通孔751开设螺纹孔115,一螺钉900穿过所述通孔751锁合于所述螺纹孔115内,从而将所述前框700与所述背板110固定、安装在一起。
由于所述背板110一般由传热系数较高但硬度较低、材质较软的铝或铜等材料制成,容易造成所述螺纹孔115与螺钉900的螺牙结合不紧密,连接强度不足,产生滑牙现象,影响所述前框700与背板110的固定、安装效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示装置的安装结构,能够使前框与背板之间的固定、安装更加牢固、可靠,一方面不影响液晶显示装置的窄边框化,另一方面结构简单、易实现。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种液晶显示装置的安装结构,包括:背光模组、安装于背光模组内的胶框、设于胶框上的液晶显示面板及设于液晶显示面板上的前框;所述背光模组包括背板、设于背板内的导光板、设于所述背板内的背光源;所述背板包括底板、及位于底板侧边的第一侧板,所述背光源安装于该第一侧板内侧;所述前框包括前板、及位于前板侧边的第二侧板;所述第二侧板盖在第一侧板上。所述第一侧板设置一向外凸出的第一连接部,该第一侧板相对于该第一连接部形成一***空间;所述第二侧板对应所述第一连接部设置向内凹进的第二连接部,该第二侧板相对于第二连接部形成一通道;所述第二连接部***所述***空间内且抵靠于所述第一连接部上,所述第一连接部容纳在所述通道内;所述第一连接部设有一通孔,所述第二连接部对应所述通孔设有一螺纹孔,一螺钉穿过所述通孔后锁合于螺纹孔内,从而将所述第二侧板固定、安装于第一侧板上。
所述第一连接部的通孔为阶梯通孔,所述螺钉的头部容纳于阶梯通孔内。
所述第一连接部的自由端高度低于所述第一侧板的高度。
所述第一连接部的外侧面未突出于所述第二侧板的外侧面,所述第二连接部的内侧面未突出于所述第一侧板的内侧面。
所述第一连接部的外侧面与所述第二侧板的外侧面平齐,所述第二连接部的内侧面与所述第一侧板的内侧面平齐。
所述螺钉为十字槽圆柱头螺钉,其头部未突出于所述第一连接部的外侧面,其尾部未突出于所述第二连接部的内侧面。
所述前框的硬度大于背板的硬度。
所述背板由铝钣金制成,所述前框由ABS工程塑料制成。
所述胶框设置于第一侧板上。
所述背光模组还包括设于所述导光板朝向所述底板一侧的底反射片、及设于所述导光板朝向所述液晶显示面板一侧的光学膜片组。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的液晶显示装置的安装结构,在背板的第一侧板上设置向外凸出的第一连接部,在前框的第二侧板上对应第一连接部设置向内凹进的第二连接部,将所述第一连接部置于所述第二连接部内,通过螺钉连接第一连接部与第二连接部,从而将前框与背板安装、固定在一起,一方面没有增加其它的连接部件、不影响液晶显示装置的窄边框化,一方面由于前框的材质明显比背板的材质硬,使得前框与背板之间的安装牢固、可靠,且结构简单易实现。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图4至图6,本发明提供一种液晶显示装置的安装结构,包括:背光模组2、安装于背光模组2内的胶框4、设于胶框4上的液晶显示面板6及设于液晶显示面板6上的前框8;所述背光模组2包括背板21、设于背板21内的导光板23、设于所述背板21内的背光源25。
为缩小前框8至导光板23入光侧的距离,所述背板21兼具散热板的功能,其包括:底板211、及位于底板211侧边的第一侧板213,所述背光源25安装于该第一侧板213内侧。所述第一侧板213设置一向外凸出的第一连接部215,该第一侧板213相对于该第一连接部215形成一***空间;所述第一连接部215的自由端高度低于所述第一侧板213的高度;所述第一连接部215设有一通孔216,优选的,所述通孔216为阶梯通孔。
所述背板21由传热系数较高但硬度较低、材质较软的材料制成。在本实施例中,所述背板21由铝钣金制成。
所述前框8包括前板81、及位于前板81侧边的第二侧板83;所述第二侧板83盖在第一侧板213上;所述第二侧板83对应所述第一连接部215设置向内凹进的第二连接部85,该第二侧板83相对于第二连接部85形成一通道87,所述通道87的宽度大于所述第二连接部85的宽度,所述通道87的高度大于所述第二连接部85的高度;所述第二连接部85对应所述通孔216设有一螺纹孔851。
所述前框8的硬度大于所述背板21的硬度。在本实施例中,所述前框8由ABS工程塑料制成,其硬度大于铝钣金的硬度。
安装该液晶显示装置时,所述第二连接部85***所述***空间内且抵靠于所述第一连接部215上,所述第一连接部215容纳在所述通道87内;一螺钉10穿过所述通孔216后锁合于螺纹孔851内,从而将所述前框8的第二侧板83固定、安装于所述背板21的第一侧板213上。
由于所述螺纹孔851开设在由ABS工程塑料制成的前框8上,所述通孔216开设于由铝钣金制成的背板21上,前框8的材质明显比背板21的材质硬,所述螺钉10穿过所述通孔216后锁合于螺纹孔851内,使得所述螺纹孔851与所述螺钉10的螺牙结合紧密,增大两者的连接强度,防止产生滑牙现象,提高所述前框8与背板21的固定、安装效果。
进一步的,所述第一连接部215的外侧面未突出于所述第二侧板83的外侧面,以保证液晶显示装置的外表美观;所述第二连接部85的内侧面未突出于所述第一侧板213的内侧面,以便于安装所述背光源25。优选的,所述第一连接部215的外侧面与所述第二侧板83的外侧面平齐,所述第二连接部85的内侧面与所述第一侧板213的内侧面平齐。
所述螺钉10为十字槽圆柱头螺钉,其头部容纳于所述阶梯通孔内,未突出于所述第一连接部215的外侧面,以保证液晶显示装置的外表美观;其尾部未突出于所述第二连接部85的内侧面,以便于安装所述背光源25。

综上所述,本发明提供的液晶显示装置,在背板的第一侧板上设置向外凸出的第一连接部,在前框的第二侧板上对应第一连接部设置向内凹进的第二连接部,将所述第一连接部置于所述第二连接部内,通过螺钉连接第一连接部与第二连接部,从而将前框与背板安装、固定在一起,一方面没有增加其它的连接部件、不影响液晶显示装置的窄边框化,一方面由于前框的材质明显比背板的材质硬,使得前框与背板之间的安装牢固、可靠,且结构简单易实现。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种液晶显示装置的安装结构,包括:背光模组(2)、安装于背光模组(2)内的胶框(4)、设于胶框(4)上的液晶显示面板(6)及设于液晶显示面板(6)上的前框(8);所述背光模组(2)包括背板(21)、设于背板(21)内的导光板(23)、设于所述背板(21)内的背光源(25);所述背板(21)包括底板(211)、及位于底板(211)侧边的第一侧板(213),所述背光源(25)安装于该第一侧板(213)内侧;所述前框(8)包括前板(81)、及位于前板(81)侧边的第二侧板(83);所述第二侧板(83)盖在第一侧板(213)上,其特征在于:所述第一侧板(213)设置一向外凸出的第一连接部(215),该第一侧板(213)相对于该第一连接部(215)形成一***空间;所述第二侧板(83)对应所述第一连接部(215)设置向内凹进的第二连接部(85),该第二侧板(83)相对于第二连接部(85)形成一通道(87);所述第二连接部(85)***所述***空间内且抵靠于所述第一连接部(215)上,所述第一连接部(215)容纳在所述通道(87)内;所述第一连接部(215)设有一通孔(216),所述第二连接部(85)对应所述通孔(216)设有一螺纹孔(851),一螺钉(10)穿过所述通孔(216)后锁合于螺纹孔(851)内,从而将所述第二侧板(83)固定、安装于第一侧板(213)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(215)的通孔(216)为阶梯通孔,所述螺钉(10)的头部容纳于阶梯通孔内。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示装置的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(215)的自由端高度低于所述第一侧板(213)的高度。
4.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(215)的外侧面未突出于所述第二侧板(83)的外侧面,所述第二连接部(85)的内侧面未突出于所述第一侧板(213)的内侧面。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示装置的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(215)的外侧面与所述第二侧板(83)的外侧面平齐,所述第二连接部(85)的内侧面与所述第一侧板(213)的内侧面平齐。
6.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示装置的安装结构,其特征在于,所述螺钉(10)为十字槽圆柱头螺钉,其头部未突出于所述第一连接部(215)的外侧面,其尾部未突出于所述第二连接部(85)的内侧面。
7.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的安装结构,其特征在于,所述前框(8)的硬度大于背板(21)的硬度。
8.如权利要求7所述的液晶显示装置的安装结构,其特征在于,所述背板(21)由铝钣金制成,所述前框(8)由ABS工程塑料制成。
9.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的安装结构,其特征在于,所述胶框(4)设置于第一侧板(213)上。
10.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的安装结构,其特征在于,所述背光模组(2)还包括设于所述导光板(23)朝向所述底板(211)一侧的底反射片(24)、及设于所述导光板(23)朝向所述液晶显示面板(6)一侧的光学膜片组(26)。
