本发明涉及显示器技术领域,具体为液晶显示器散热防护外罩,包括背板,所述的背板两侧连接有侧板,所述的侧板与背板的内侧面垂直,侧板还分别铰接边框盖板,当所述的边框盖板翻转到与背板平行时,边框盖板、侧板和背板形成凹槽,用于液晶显示器的两侧边***;还包括上盖,所述的上盖盖在背板和边框盖板的顶部,所述的上盖后侧设置有通风口;对应的背板的顶部也设置有通孔;所述的背板上还设置有多个凸起;所述的边框盖板下端通过卡扣与背板之间进行固定。本发明提供的液晶显示器散热防护外罩,安装方便快捷,特别适用于大型显示器,具有良好的防水效果,还能有效保证显示器的散热。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示器技术领域,具体为液晶显示器散热防护外罩。
背景技术
液晶显示器作为一种平面显示装置,因其具有机身薄,空间省,耗电少,辐射低以及画面柔和不伤眼等优点而被广泛使用于各种显示领域。通常,液晶显示器主要包括显示屏及围设于显示屏周围的外框,显示屏用于显示文字及图像,而外框则用于保护显示器内部的电器元件。然而,对于一些投放在室外的显示器,由于露天安装,雨水容易浸入,造成显示器的损坏,而在显示器外加装保护套,又不能很好的散热,缩短了显示器的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示器散热防护外罩,可以防止雨水进入显示器内,并能有效的散热, 为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
液晶显示器散热防护外罩,包括包括背板,所述的背板两侧连接有侧板,所述的侧板与背板的内侧面垂直,侧板还分别铰接边框盖板,当所述的边框盖板翻转到与背板平行时,边框盖板、侧板和背板形成凹槽,用于液晶显示器的两侧边***;还包括上盖,所述的上盖盖在背板和边框盖板的顶部,所述的上盖后侧设置有通风口;对应的背板的顶部也设置有通孔;所述的背板上还设置有多个凸起;所述的边框盖板下端通过卡扣与背板之间进行固定。
所述的边框盖板内侧还设置有密封条,边框盖板盖在液晶显示器侧边框的时候,密封条贴在液晶显示器边框上。
所述的卡扣的宽度小于边框盖板的宽度。
还包括防水膜,所述的防水膜的两个侧边固定在所述的边框盖板内侧和侧板内侧。
所述的通风口外侧设置有挡雨板。
本发明提供的液晶显示器散热防护外罩,安装方便快捷,特别适用于大型显示器,具有良好的防水效果,还能有效保证显示器的散热。

具体实施方式
结合实施例说明本发明的具体实施。
如图1、图2和图3所示,液晶显示器散热防护外罩,包括包括背板1,所述的背板1两侧连接有侧板3,所述的侧板3与背板1的内侧面垂直,侧板3还分别铰接边框盖板2,当所述的边框盖板2翻转到与背板1平行时,边框盖板2、侧板3和背板1形成凹槽,用于液晶显示器的两侧边***;还包括上盖5,所述的上盖5盖在背板1和边框盖板2的顶部,所述的上盖5后侧设置有通风口8;对应的背板1的顶部也设置有通孔9;所述的背板1上还设置有多个凸起4;所述的边框盖板2下端通过卡扣6与背板1之间进行固定。边框盖板2铰接连接,方便安装,特别是大型的显示器,背板1贴在显示器的背面,然后翻转边框盖板2,盖在显示器的侧边上,然后上方通过上盖5、下方通过卡扣6将边框盖板2固定住。凸起4将显示器背面与背板1之间留有空隙,保证显示器背面空气流通。
所述的边框盖板2内侧还设置有密封条10,边框盖板2盖在液晶显示器侧边框的时候,密封条10贴在液晶显示器边框上。密封条10采用弹性材料制成,即可以起到密封作用,防止雨水进入,还可以起到防撞作用,防止显示器与边框盖板2之间留有空隙,显示器在外置内晃动,撞击显示器的边框。
所述的卡扣6的宽度小于边框盖板2的宽度。卡扣6的宽度小,不完全将边框盖板2全部封闭,可以将进入边框盖板2与侧板3连接处的水及时排出。
还包括防水膜11,所述的防水膜11的两个侧边固定在所述的边框盖板2内侧和侧板3内侧。防水膜11可以将边框盖板2与侧板3连接处进入的水与显示器边框隔离开,起到防水作用。
所述的通风口8外侧设置有挡雨板7。

1.液晶显示器散热防护外罩,其特征在于:包括包括背板(1),所述的背板(1)两侧连接有侧板(3),所述的侧板(3)与背板(1)的内侧面垂直,侧板(3)还分别铰接边框盖板(2),当所述的边框盖板(2)翻转到与背板(1)平行时,边框盖板(2)、侧板(3)和背板(1)形成凹槽,用于液晶显示器的两侧边***;还包括上盖(5),所述的上盖(5)盖在背板(1)和边框盖板(2)的顶部,所述的上盖(5)后侧设置有通风口(8);对应的背板(1)的顶部也设置有通孔(9);所述的背板(1)上还设置有多个凸起(4);所述的边框盖板(2)下端通过卡扣(6)与背板(1)之间进行固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器散热防护外罩,其特征在于:所述的边框盖板(2)内侧还设置有密封条(10),边框盖板(2)盖在液晶显示器侧边框的时候,密封条(10)贴在液晶显示器边框上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器散热防护外罩,其特征在于:所述的卡扣(6)的宽度小于边框盖板(2)的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1到3任一项所述的液晶显示器散热防护外罩,其特征在于:还包括防水膜(11),所述的防水膜(11)的两个侧边固定在所述的边框盖板(2)内侧和侧板(3)内侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器散热防护外罩,其特征在于:所述的通风口(8)外侧设置有挡雨板(7)。
