Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于加工轴形工件的机床。
背景技术
由DE102005011306A1公开了用于盘类工件加工的机床。在这种机床中,马达主轴可以在Z轴方向上运动并且支架头可围绕两个平行轴转动。另外,它可以在X轴和Y轴上运动。也就是说,总共存在五个可控运动轴。在支架头上设有至少一个用于刀具或工件的夹座。
发明内容
本发明的任务是在上述类型的具有刀具转塔的机床中实现灵活的应用范围并且降低设备结构成本。
该任务通过根据第一方面的机床来解决。有利的实施方式是其它方面的主题。
根据本发明的一个有利方案,X轴方向上的进给轴被三重使用,即,用于沿工件径向进刀、用于机床装卸载和用于刀具转塔中的刀具的更换。
根据本发明第一方面的机床,该机床具有床身、包含沿X向和沿Z向的主轴的机器坐标系、马达主轴和用于夹紧工件的尾架、包含刀具和用于刀具的夹座的至少一个刀具转塔以及用于夹住、运输和定位该工件的至少一个夹取装置,其中通过沿X向引导机构移动所述至少一个刀具转塔,能使所述刀具向该工件径向进给,并且通过沿Z向引导机构移动,能执行进刀运动,其中设有包含附加刀具的刀具库,其特征在于,通过沿所述X向引导机构移动,除了所述进给运动外,还选择性地输送工件或者装夹刀具。

具体实施方式
以下,将结合实施例来详述本发明。
图1示出了机床1。未示出对本发明不重要的工件引导机构、控制装置和床身的细节。轴形工件15借助马达主轴4和尾架6在顶尖5之间被夹紧并且被驱动转动。代替顶尖5,也可在马达主轴4上设置卡盘。两个刀具转塔7、8分别可相对于床身9在两个相互正交的方向上(机器坐标系的X轴和Z轴)上可控运动,以进行四轴加工。为此,在床身9上设有用于竖向滑架11、11’的竖向引导机构10。它们为了执行沿Z轴方向的进刀运动被马达12驱动运动。在竖向滑架11、11’上还装有用于水平滑架14、14’的水平引导机构13。在水平滑架上可绕转轴3转动地安装有刀具转塔7、8。刀具转塔7、8还配备有用于车削、铣削、钻孔或磨削的刀具18,或者还配备有用于装夹工件15的卡爪19。工件在装件站16中被取得并通过刀具转塔8沿引导机构13的运动和同时绕转轴3的转动而相对于马达主轴4运动并在完成加工后在卸件站17被卸下。在具有唯一的刀具转塔8的机床1中,装件站和卸件站16、17不同于图1所示而并排布置在机器的同一侧。刀具库2包含附加的刀具18’,其可通过快速更换接口20换入刀具转塔8中。通过沿竖向引导机构10在Z轴方向上移动,刀具转塔8能选择性地定位在更换位置22的高度以装夹刀具18’,或定位在装件站16或卸件站17的高度以便对机器进行工件装卸。
图2示出了在换入刀具18’时刀具库2和刀具转塔8从上方看的视图。为了使期望的刀具18’运动到更换位置22,可以使刀具库2围绕转轴3’转动。在更换位置22,刀具18’由刀具转塔8通过沿水平引导机构13的运动装夹在夹座23中并且用未示出的夹紧机构被固定。包括HSK柄的快速更换接口20不仅适用于固定不动的刀具,也适用于被驱动的刀具。
特别有利的是,工件和刀具之间的相对运动以及刀具和工件的更换仅需要两个直线轴(X和Z)和刀具转塔的转动。

Claims (4)

1.一种机床(1),该机床具有床身(9)、包含沿X向和沿Z向的主轴的机器坐标系、马达主轴(4)和用于夹紧工件(15)的尾架(6)、包含刀具(18)和用于刀具(18,18’)的夹座(23)的至少一个刀具转塔(7,8)以及用于夹住、运输和定位该工件(15)的至少一个夹取装置(19),其中通过沿X向引导机构(13)移动所述至少一个刀具转塔(7,8),能使所述刀具(18)向该工件(15)径向进给,并且通过沿Z向引导机构(10)移动,能执行进刀运动,其中设有包含附加刀具(18’)的刀具库(2),其特征在于,通过沿所述X向引导机构(13)移动,除了进行所述进给运动外,还选择性地输送工件(15)或者装夹刀具(18’)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机床(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个刀具转塔(7,8)能通过沿所述Z向引导机构(10)的移动选择性地运动至用于装夹工件(15)的装件站(16)或者用于装夹刀具(18’)的更换位置(22)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的机床(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个刀具转塔(7,8)在沿水平引导机构(13)移动的过程中可同时围绕转轴(3)转动。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的机床(1),其特征在于,为了更换刀具(18,18’),在刀具(18,18’)上设有包括HSK柄的快速更换接口(20),并且所述至少一个刀具转塔(7,8)具有包括附属的夹紧***的相应的夹座(23)。
