在一些实施例中,联合处理模块120可以同时接收彼此干扰和/或冲突的参考信号140a-c和用户数据150a。在LTE和高级LTE下,这些冲突可能会出现在一个或多个冲突资源元素上。资源元素可以是LTE中的物理资源的基本单位,并且可以表示为编了索引的副载波和调制(例如,正交频分复用(OFDM))符号对。
因此,冲突资源元素可以包括参考信号140a-c和用户数据150a-c两者的叠加信号。由于参考信号140a-c可以是较强信号,所以联合处理模块可以首先检测参考信号140a-c并估计其信道响应。接着,联合处理模块120可以对叠加信号执行SIC以便过滤掉参考信号140a-c。即,可以从叠加信号重构和减去参考信号140a-c。作为减去的结果,可以检测和/或解码剩余的下行链路用户数据150a-c。
在一些实施例中,可以通过一对冲突的资源元素发送预编码数据符号。因此,在解码数据符号的过程中,冲突资源元素可以按对使用。例如,在消除这对冲突资源元素上的参考信号140a-c之后,这对资源元素中的每个资源元素可以包括预编码数据符号的部分。但是,由于进行了消除,所以仍然可能存在一些混淆数据符号的相干解码的噪声。因此,可以组合每个冲突资源元素上的剩余信号,并对这个组合信号执行数据符号的解码。
在一些实施例中,通过冲突资源元素从多个基站130a-c同时传送参考信号140a-c和用户数据150a-c可以视为是基站130a-c之间的空间复用形式。此外,从单个资源元素的角度来看,空间复用可以视为是数学表达式。例如,下文给出利用两个冲突资源元素(例如,来自两个不同的联合传输小区,例如基站130a-b)来传送一个用户数据150a-c资源元素(例如,PDSCH资源元素)的数学表达式。这些数学表达式可以是就LTE和/或高级LTE规范而言的。

在LTE和/或高级LTE规范下的一些实施例中,可能希望用户装置以相对高的信号对干扰加噪声比(SINR)操作。因此,通常可以选择相对高的调制和编码方案(MCS)来进行从基站130a-c到用户装置110的PDSCH传输(即,用户数据150a-c的传输)。但是,选择用于进行来自特定基站的PDSCH传输的MCS越高,那么PDSCH传输可越易于受到来自其它基站的参考信号的干扰。此外,即使在如上所述执行了干扰消除之后,残余参考信号的干扰仍可能发生。换句话说,在联合传输方案下,利用相对高的MCS的PDSCH传输仍可能易于受到来自残余参考信号的干扰。
因此,在一个或多个实施例中,相对于用户装置所反馈的初始MCS等级,可以利用更低的MCS等级来在与参考信号140a-c冲突的资源元素(例如,图2中的资源元素14、16、18和20)上进行PDSCH传输。对于在PDSCH传输过程中没有经历任何冲突的其它资源元素,仍可以使用用户装置110所反馈的初始MCS等级。例如,假设用户装置110反馈了对应于64QAM的MCS等级。在这种场景下,PDSCH传送基站130a-c可以选择在与参考信号数据140a-c有冲突的资源元素中使用16QAM/QPSK,并在其它资源元素中维持64QAM。因此,在联合传输过程中,可以维持PDSCH传输的相对高的吞吐量,同时具有相对低的来自参考信号数据的干扰。
在其它实施例中,在任何PDSCH传输过程中,可以使用相对高的MCS等级。但是,用户装置110可以选择将相对高等级的MCS解调为较低等级的MCS。例如,用户装置110可以将一些位的对数似然比(LLR)设置为0。
图3代表图1的用户装置130的***描绘。用户装置可以包括用于接收数据的接收器310和用于传送数据的传送器320。在一个或多个实施例中,接收器310和传送器320可以组合以便形成既能够接收数据又能够传送数据的收发器。例如,接收器310可以从基站105接收参考信号120a-b,而传送器320可以将CSI信号125传送回到基站105。
另外,用户装置110还可以包括用于存储指令的存储器330和用于执行那些指令的处理器340。在一个或多个实施例中,联合处理模块120(未示出)可以包括处理器340和存储器330,或者可以以其它方式与处理器340和存储器330通信。在其它实施例中,联合处理模块120可以是存储在存储器330中的程序,并且从而提供指令以便供处理器340执行。因而,处理器340可以执行来自联合处理模块120的指令以便如上文参考图1所描述地那样执行干扰消除。
尽管图3只示出每种组件中的一个组件,但是应了解,在本公开内还预期这些组件的多个示例。例如,用户装置110也可以包括多于一个处理器和多于一个存储器。此外,用户装置110还可以包括多个存储装置。
类似地,图4代表可用于与其它基站130a-c执行到用户装置110的联合传输的实例基站130a-c的***描绘。因此,基站130a-c可以包括与图3的用户装置110中所示出的那些组件类似的组件。具体来说,基站130a-c也可以包括接收器410和传送器420、处理器440和存储器430。另外,基站105还可以包括用于在各种用户装置之间路由通信的路由器450。在一个或多个实施例中,存储器430可以存储图2中所示出的表200。
此外,基站130a-c还可以包括与处理器440和存储器460通信的联合传输逻辑(未示出)。在一个或多个实施例中,联合传输逻辑108可以包括处理器440和存储器430。在其它实施例中,联合传输逻辑130可以是存储在存储器430中的程序,并且从而提供指令以便供处理器440执行。因而,处理器440可以执行来自联合传输逻辑108的指令以便如上文参考图1所描述地那样确定联合传输信令。例如,联合传输逻辑108可以确定,对于特定PDSCH传输,将利用与从用户装置120反馈的初始MCS不同的MCS。
图5代表描绘根据一个或多个实施例用于在无线网络中执行联合传输的方法500的流程图。该方法可以在步骤510开始,此时用户装置从基站无线地接收多个冲突无线信号。冲突无线信号中的一个信号可以包括参考信号数据,而另一个无线信号可以包括用户数据。
接着,在步骤520,可以将参考信号数据和用户数据组合到叠加信号中。在步骤530,用户装置可以从叠加信号中过滤掉参考信号数据。如之前所论述的,该过程可以涉及通过用户装置进行的连续干扰消除。
最后,在步骤540,用户装置可以从叠加信号解码用户数据。因此,即使存在大量的信号冲突和干扰,用户装置仍能够接收来自多个基站的同时的联合传输。此外,可以接收这些联合传输,而不必对某些冲突用户数据资源元素进行静噪,这些冲突用户数据资源元素否则会降低到用户装置的用户数据吞吐量。

UE还可以包括显示器。UE还可以包括,接收从多个基站同时传送到***的冲突无线信号。UE还可以包括,用于从叠加信号中过滤掉参考信号数据的指令包括用于执行以下步骤的指令:从叠加信号检测参考信号数据;从参考信号数据估计至少一个信道响应;以及从叠加无线信号中减去参考信号数据。
此外,UE可以包括,在从叠加信号中减去参考信号数据之后,叠加信号的剩余部分是用户数据。UE还可以包括,上述多个冲突无线信号是小区特有的参考信号。
另一个实施例可以是一种演进节点B(eNB),它包括收发器、以及具有存储器和处理器的联合传输逻辑,其中eNB在第三代合作伙伴计划(3GPP)高级长期演进(高级LTE)网络内操作,其中存储器用于存储指令,而处理器用于执行指令以便:经由收发器从用户设备(UE)接收初始调制和编码方案;以及利用比初始调制和编码方案更低的调制和编码方案通过与第二资源元素上的参考信号数据冲突的第一资源元素传送用户数据。
eNB还可以包括,存储器还包括用于执行以下步骤的指令:利用初始调制和编码方案通过与参考信号数据不冲突的第三资源元素传送用户数据。eNB还可以包括,参考信号数据源自经由协作多点传输(CoMP)场景3与eNB同时传送到UE的第二eNB。

Claims (20)

1. 一种方法,包括:
在第三代合作伙伴计划(3GPP)高级长期演进(高级LTE)网络内操作的用户设备(UE)处经由协作多点传输(CoMP)场景3接收多个冲突无线信号,其中所述无线信号中的一个信号包括参考信号数据,并且所述无线信号中的另一个信号包括通过物理下行链路共享信道(PDSCH)发送的用户数据;
将所述参考信号数据和所述用户数据组合到叠加信号中;
从所述叠加信号中过滤掉所述参考信号数据;以及
从所述叠加信号解码所述用户数据。
2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中接收从多个演进节点B(eNB)同时传送到所述UE的所述冲突无线信号。
3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述冲突无线信号作为来自所述多个eNB的联合传输进行发送。
4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中从所述叠加信号中过滤掉所述参考信号数据包括:
从所述叠加信号检测所述参考信号数据;
从所述参考信号数据估计至少一个信道响应;以及

5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中在从所述叠加信号中减去所述参考信号数据之后,所述叠加信号的剩余部分是所述用户数据。
6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中通过冲突资源元素发送所述多个冲突无线信号。
7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中在第一资源元素上接收所述参考信号数据,并在第二资源元素上接收所述用户数据。
8. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述冲突参考信号是小区特有的参考信号。
9. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述用户数据中没有一个数据被静噪。
10. 至少一种机器可读介质,包括多个指令,响应于由计算机装置执行,所述多个指令使所述计算机装置进行根据权利要求1-9中的任一项所述的方法。
11. 一种用户设备(UE),包括:
收发器;以及
具有存储器和处理器的联合处理模块,其中所述UE在第三代合作伙伴计划(3GPP)高级长期演进(高级LTE)网络内操作,并且其中所述存储器用于存储指令,而所述处理器用于执行所述指令以便:
在所述收发器处经由协作多点传输(CoMP)场景3接收第一资源元素上的第一无线信号和第二资源元素上的第二无线信号,所述第一无线信号与所述第二无线信号冲突,其中所述第一无线信号包括参考信号数据,并且所述第二无线信号包括通过物理下行链路共享信道(PDSCH)发送的用户数据;
将所述参考信号数据和所述用户数据组合到叠加信号中;
从所述叠加信号中过滤掉所述参考信号数据;以及
从所述叠加信号解码所述用户数据。
12. 如权利要求11所述的UE,其中通过所述第一资源元素和所述第二资源元素发送预编码数据符号。
13. 如权利要求12所述的UE,其中过滤掉所述参考信号数据产生所述第一资源元素上的第一剩余信号和第二资源元素上的第二剩余信号。
14. 如权利要求13所述的UE,其中用于从所述叠加信号解码所述用户数据的指令还包括用于执行以下步骤的指令:
组合所述第一剩余信号和所述第二剩余信号。

通过物理下行链路共享信道(PDSCH)利用比所述初始调制和编码方案更低的调制和编码方案经由与第二资源元素上的参考信号数据冲突的第一资源元素传送用户数据,其中经由协作多点传输(CoMP)场景3传送所述用户数据。
19. 如权利要求18所述的eNB,其中所述存储器还包括用于执行以下步骤的指令:
利用所述初始调制和编码方案通过与参考信号数据不冲突的第三资源元素传送用户数据。
