Abstract

一种印刷方法及采用该印刷方法制成的印刷品,印刷方法包括步骤:S1、制作要印刷图像的立体模型;S2、通过可脱胶水将薄膜裱在胶片上;S3、通过柯式印刷将图像立体模型印刷在薄膜的内表面;S4、通过水性胶水将弹性材料与薄膜贴合;S5、将印刷后的薄膜通过真空吸塑成型机做成立体形状;S6、在弹性材料上添加用于定型的硅胶。印刷品包括内表面印刷有全彩图像立体模型的薄膜、通过水性胶水与薄膜贴合的弹性材料、添加于弹性材料用于定型的硅胶。全彩印刷,高解像度,能覆盖整片立体表面,立体高度及细致度高;颜料层受到保护、耐磨、不易退色,富有高回弹性。

Description

一种印刷方法及采用该印刷方法制成的印刷品
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷技术领域,尤其涉及一种立体全彩的印刷方法采用该印刷方法制成的印刷品。
背景技术
目前,制作立体彩色模型(玩具、立体雕饰的杯子等)时,需要先制造立体模型,然后在对其进行上色,具体上色的方法有移印、水转印、热转印、Inkjet及手绘等。由于先制造模型,然后上色,容易掉色,在使用过程中,色彩易被磨损等。
其中,上述上色方法不足在于,水转印/热转印:人工手动操作,位置不够准确;移印:覆盖面积有限,且每次单色;Inkjet:速度有限,质素会因应模型高度而降低;吸塑及SoftPVC是成形与上色一起完成产品產品,且有“颜色”的吸塑立体厚度有限(物料亦限于较厚及较硬的胶片),SoftPVC只能用色块颜色,没有渐变色。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术立体模型人工化,颜色限制、易磨损掉色等的缺陷,提供一种立体全彩的印刷方法及采用该印刷方法制成的印刷品。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种印刷方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制作要印刷图像的图像立体模型;
S2、通过可脱胶水将胶片将薄膜裱在胶片上;其中,该薄膜为EVA薄膜,其厚度优选为0.1mm;
S3、通过柯式印刷将图像立体模型印刷在薄膜的内表面;其中,丝印或Inkjet均可;
S4、通过水性胶水将弹性材料与薄膜贴合;其中,弹性材料优选为弹性布料;
S5、将印刷后的薄膜通过真空吸塑成型机做成立体形状;该立体形状极为图像中所表示的立体形状;
S6、在弹性材料上添加用于定型的硅胶。
优选的,所述步骤S1具体包括以下步骤:
S11、确定平面图像;
S12、根据平面图像建立立体模型;
S13、合成所述图像的图像立体模块。
本发明还提供一种采用上述印刷方法制成的印刷品,包括内表面印刷有图像立体模型的薄膜、通过水性胶水与薄膜贴合的弹性材料、以及添加于弹性材料用于定型的硅胶。
优选的,所述薄膜为EVA薄膜,其中,该EVA薄膜厚度为0.1mm。
优选的,所述弹性材料为弹性布料。
实施本发明的印刷方法及印刷品,具有以下有益效果:全彩印刷,高解像度(300dpi),能覆盖整片立体表面(180度计),立体度高及细致度高;颜料受到保护、耐磨、不易退色。可通过硅胶的厚薄及成分来调节印刷品的软硬及弹性,使其富有高回弹性。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下文将要描述的各种实施例将要参考相应的附图,这些附图构成了实施例的一部分,其中描述了实现本发明可能采用的各种实施例。应明白,还可使用其他的实施例,或者对本文列举的实施例进行结构和功能上的修改,而不会脱离本发明的范围和实质。
在本发明提供的一种印刷方法实施例中,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
S1、在计算机上的制图软件中制作要印刷图像的立体模型;通过电脑校正图像后,方可准备印刷。
该步骤S1可分为三步:
S11、选择确定平面图像(图2A)。选择需要做的产品的平面图像。
S12、在计算机软件中,根据选定的平面图像建立立体模型(图2B)。
S13、根据建立的立体模型合成图像的图像立体模型(图2C)。
在步骤S13中,用计算机软件将仿真的立体模型拉伸成图像立体模型。比如用对于一个立体模型,用3DStudioMax软件对改立体模型的不同部位需用不同的贴图坐标进行正确的贴图操作,需把模型按部位逐块展开成平面,再在平面上用绘图软件(PHOTOSHOP等)绘画/放置纹理。
S2、通过可脱胶水将薄膜裱在胶片上;其中,该薄膜热缩性薄膜。优选为EVA薄膜,其厚度可为0.1mm-0.5mm,优选0.1mm;该薄膜也可为PU(Polyurethane,聚氨酯);或是SoftPVC(软质聚氯乙烯),其厚度可为0.1mm-0.5mm。另外,胶片主要用于加硬薄膜,使印刷机能够对其进行印刷。
S3、通过柯式印刷将图像立体模型印刷在薄膜的内表面;其中,丝印或Inkjet均可;由于图像可能是彩色的,因此,这一步还包括对薄膜进行上色。
S4、通过水性胶水将弹性材料与薄膜贴合;其中,弹性材料优选为弹性布料。
S5、将印刷后的薄膜通过真空吸塑成型机做成立体形状。
S6、在弹性材料上添加用于定型的硅胶,其中,硅胶的厚度在1mm-1cm均可,具体根据对其弹性要求而定;同时,硅胶的硬度可根据其材料来调整。
在这些步骤完成之后,需要将胶片脱去,最终形成立体印刷品,进而可做出各种产品。
其中,柯式印刷(即为胶印)平版印刷的一种,很简单的讲胶印就是借助于胶皮(橡皮布)将印版上的图文传递到承印物上的印刷方式,在我国的南方把这种印刷方式称为柯式印刷。
本发明的印刷方法,立体全彩印刷,高解像度(300dpi),能覆盖整片立体表面(180度计),立体高度及细致度高,且印刷速度快。
如图3、4所示,本发明还提供一种采用上述印刷方法制成的印刷品,包括内表面印刷有图像立体模型的薄膜3、通过水性胶水5与薄膜3贴合的弹性材料6、添加于弹性材料6中的用于定型的硅胶7。为了便于印刷开始要在薄膜3外侧用可脱胶水2粘接一层胶片1,该胶片1在最后印刷完成后拆掉,可以理解地,胶片1也可以不拆,作为该印刷品的一部分。
薄膜3为热缩性透明材料制成。优选地,薄膜3为EVA薄膜,其厚度为0.1mm,弹性材料6为弹性布料。
本发明的印刷品,颜料涂于薄膜3内表面上,颜料层4受到保护、耐磨、不易退色。可通过硅胶7的厚薄及成分来调节印刷品的软硬及弹性,如加入硅胶7成为软的制成品,如木偶玩具等;也可成为空心的制成品,如休闲背包等;也可作为装饰品,如储钱罐装饰等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,本领域技术人员知悉,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以对这些特征和实施例进行各种改变或等同替换。另外,在本发明的教导下,可以对这些特征和实施例进行修改以适应具体的情况及材料而不会脱离本发明的精神和范围。因此,本发明不受此处所公开的具体实施例的限制,所有落入本申请的权利要求范围内的实施例都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种印刷方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、制作要印刷图像的图像立体模型;
S2、通过可脱胶水将薄膜裱在胶片上;
S3、通过柯式印刷将所述图像立体模型印刷在所述薄膜的内表面,同时对所述薄膜的内表面进行上色;
S4、通过水性胶水将弹性材料与所述薄膜贴合;
S5、将印刷后的薄膜通过真空吸塑成型机做成立体形状;
S6、在所述弹性材料上添加用于定型的硅胶,通过调节所述硅胶的厚薄及成分来调节印刷品的软硬及弹性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的印刷方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1具体包括以下步骤:
S11、确定平面图像;
S12、根据所述平面图像建立立体模型;
S13、合成所述图像的图像立体模型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的印刷方法,其特征在于,所述薄膜为EVA薄膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的印刷方法,其特征在于,所述EVA薄膜的厚度为0.1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的印刷方法,其特征在于,所述弹性材料为弹性布料。
6.一种采用权利要求1所述印刷方法制成的印刷品,其特征在于,包括内表面印刷有图像立体模型的薄膜、通过水性胶水与所述薄膜贴合的弹性材料,以及添加于所述弹性材料用于定型的硅胶;其中,在所述薄膜涂有颜料,所述印刷品的软硬及弹性通过调节所述硅胶的厚薄及成分来调节。
7.根据权利要求6所述的印刷品,其特征在于,所述薄膜为EVA薄膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的印刷品,其特征在于,所述EVA薄膜的厚度为0.1mm。
9.根据权利要求6所述的印刷品,其特征在于,所述弹性材料为弹性布料。
