Abstract

本发明属于高分子材料领域,公开了一种ABS耐刮擦材料及其制备方法。该复合材料由包含以下重量份的组分制成:将50-80份ABS、10-30份碳酸钙、0.5-10份耐刮擦剂、2-10份硬脂酸镁、10-25份丁腈橡胶和0.1-1份抗氧剂168。该材料是将上述原料加入高速混合机中充分混合,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒。本发明提供了一种加工容易、性能均衡性好、耐刮擦的ABS材料,该方法流程简单、连续、节能、高效,且制得的产品质量稳定。

Description

一种ABS耐刮擦材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,尤其涉及一种ABS耐刮擦材料及其制备方法。 
背景技术
ABS树脂具有良好的尺寸稳定性,耐蠕变性,抗冲击性、优良的可加工性,因此被广泛的应用于家电、汽车、电子电器等领域。随着社会的发展、人们生活品质的提高,对材料的要求也越来越多,产品也变的日益专业化,现在对产品又提出了耐刮擦的要求。 
ABS树脂在生产的混合过程中易产生相分离,从而影响到产品的各项力学性能以及表面耐刮擦性,这也使得其应用受到了限制,现有的ABS树脂主要是通过添加相容剂以及减少体系里的橡胶含量,来提高组合物的表面硬度,从而达到耐刮擦的目的,但与此同时,不可避免的降低了组合物的韧性,使得制品的抗冲击性能变差。 
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供了一种加工容易、性能均衡性好、耐刮擦的ABS材料。 
本发明的另一目的在于提供了一种ABS耐刮擦材料的制备方法,该方法流程简单、连续、节能、高效、产品质量稳定。 
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现: 
一种ABS耐刮擦材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
ABS                 50-80份,
碳酸钙               10-30份,
耐刮擦剂            0.5-10份,
硬脂酸镁             2-10份,
丁腈橡胶            10-25份, 
抗氧剂168           0.1-1份。
所述耐刮擦剂选自硅酮母粒、纳米硅铝酸盐和聚乙烯蜡中的一种或者几种的混合物。 
所述组分还包括0-1重量份的抗紫外剂。 
所述抗紫外剂为UV5411或UV329。 
一种ABS耐刮擦材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤: 
将50-80份ABS、10-30份碳酸钙、0.5-10份耐刮擦剂、2-10份硬脂酸镁、10-25份丁腈橡胶、0.1-1份抗氧剂168和0-1份的抗紫外剂加入高速混合机中充分混合,将混合均匀的物料经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的各区温度设置分别为:一区160-170℃,二区170-180℃,三区180-200℃,四区200-210℃。
有益效果:
本发明采用碳酸钙作为无机填料、通过添加丁腈橡胶提高了ABS树脂的弹性、通过添加耐刮擦剂提高了ABS树脂的耐刮擦性。本发明所制得的材料不仅具有良好的表面光泽度和耐刮擦性能,而且还具有加工方便、性价比高、均衡性好的优点。本发明的制备方法工艺简单、所需温度较低,从而节省了能源,能够得到连续、高效,质量稳定的产品。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。 
实施例1 
称取50kgABS、20kg碳酸钙、0.5kg硅酮母粒、6kg硬脂酸镁、15kg丁腈橡胶和0.1kg抗氧剂168加入高速混合机中充分混合,将混合均匀的物料经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的各区温度设置分别为:一区160℃,二区170℃,三区180℃,四区200℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。 
实施例2 
称取65kgABS、30kg碳酸钙、5kg纳米硅铝酸盐、2kg硬脂酸镁、10kg丁腈橡胶和0.5kg抗氧剂168加入高速混合机中充分混合,将混合均匀的物料经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的各区温度设置分别为:一区170℃,二区180℃,三区200℃,四区210℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。 
实施例3 
称取80kgABS、10kg碳酸钙、10kg聚乙烯蜡、10kg硬脂酸镁、25kg丁腈橡胶、1kg抗氧剂168和1kgUV5411加入高速混合机中充分混合,将混合均匀的物料经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的各区温度设置分别为:一区165℃,二区175℃,三区190℃,四区205℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。

1. 一种ABS耐刮擦材料,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
ABS                 50-80份,
碳酸钙               10-30份,
耐刮擦剂             0.5-10份,
硬脂酸镁               2-10份,
丁腈橡胶              10-25份, 
抗氧剂168             0.1-1份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的ABS耐刮擦材料,其特征在于,所述耐刮擦剂选自硅酮母粒、纳米硅铝酸盐和聚乙烯蜡中的一种或者几种的混合物。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的ABS耐刮擦材料,其特征在于,所述组分还包括0-1重量份的抗紫外剂。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的ABS耐刮擦材料,其特征在于,所述抗紫外剂为UV5411或UV329。
5. 一种ABS耐刮擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将50-80份ABS、10-30份碳酸钙、0.5-10份耐刮擦剂、2-10份硬脂酸镁、10-25份丁腈橡胶、0.1-1份抗氧剂168和0-1份的抗紫外剂加入高速混合机中充分混合,将混合均匀的物料经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;所述双螺杆挤出机的各区温度设置分别为:一区160-170℃,二区170-180℃,三区180-200℃,四区200-210℃。
