Abstract

本发明公开了一种镀锌环氧涂层生产线,它包括据工艺流程依次布置的喷砂机、助镀机、第一气刀、第一预热器、热浸池、第二气刀、第二预热器、环氧喷涂室、冷却室。所述的助镀机、第一气刀、第一预热器、热浸池、第二气刀、第二预热器、环氧喷涂室上皆设有让工件穿过的移动通道;设备之间设有用于运行工件的滚动式辊道。由于本发明的助镀机、第一气刀、第一预热器、热浸池、第二气刀、第二预热器、环氧喷涂室上皆设有让工件穿过的移动通道,可让钢筋平躺着依据工序逐个穿过不同的设备,生产效率高,电镀的钢筋长度长,而且本发明个设备可根据喷涂需要增减,生产线的结构紧凑、模块化程度高、扩展和改进容易。

镀锌环氧涂层生产线
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产线,特别是涉及一种镀锌环氧涂层生产线。 
背景技术
喷涂生产线是指对金属和非金属表面覆盖保护层或装饰层的生产线。喷涂质量的好坏不仅决定了产品外观,也将决定产品抗腐蚀和耐侯性能力。随着工业技术的发展,喷涂线正由手工向工业自动化方向发展,涂装线的应用也越来越广泛,已深入到国民经济的多个领域。如图8所示,为一种习用的镀锌涂层生产线,它包括前处理1’、助镀2’、预热3’、锌浴4’、冷却5’和钝化6’等工序,它是由悬挂行车10’(或电葫芦手工)吊挂工件(如,钢筋)运行,这种习用的生产线由于采用电葫芦手工吊挂或悬挂输送机吊挂,电镀的工件长度受到限制,且为了电镀大型工件,电镀池的深度要求较深,使得设备的体积较为庞大,生产效率低。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生产效率高、电镀的钢筋长度长的镀锌环氧涂层生产线。 
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是: 
本发明是一种镀锌环氧涂层生产线,它包括据工艺流程依次布置的喷砂机、助镀机、第一气刀、第一预热器、热浸池、第二气刀、第二预热器、环氧喷涂室、冷却室;所述的助镀机、第一气刀、第一预热器、热浸池、第二气刀、第二预热器、环氧喷涂室上皆设有让工件穿过的移动通道;设备之间设有用于运行工件的滚动式辊道。
所述的助镀机包括上、下两排助镀头,上排助镀头与下排助镀头之间为工件穿过助镀机的移动通道。 
所述的第一气刀和第二气刀的结构完全相同,第一气刀上的多个喷气嘴开设在三角形框架的内壁上,三角形框架的中间部分为工件穿过第一气刀的移动通道。 
所述的第一预热器和第二预热器的结构完全相同;所述的第一预热器由支架、导向管和电热丝组成,导向管安装在支架上,支架固定在地面,电热丝包裹在导向管上,在导向管上设有多个导向孔,该导向孔为工件穿过第一预热器的移动通道。 
所述的热浸池包括大池、小池和电镀液循环***;所述的小池套置在大池内且小池上部超过大池的顶面,在小池超过大池的超出两个相对的壁面上分别开设一通孔,该两壁面上的通孔位于一条轴线上,两壁面上的通孔为工件穿过热浸池的移动通道。 
所述的环氧喷涂室包括上、下两排环氧喷头,上排环氧喷头与下排环氧喷头之间为工件穿过环氧喷涂室的移动通道。 
所述的喷砂机与助镀机之间、第一气刀与第一预热器之间、第一预热器与热浸池之间、第二预热器与环氧喷涂室、环氧喷涂室与冷却室之间设有用于运行工件的滚动式辊道。 
采用上述方案后,由于本发明的助镀机、第一气刀、第一预热器、热浸池、第二气刀、第二预热器、环氧喷涂室上皆设有让工件穿过的移动通道,可让钢筋平躺着依据工序逐个穿过不同的设备,生产效率高,电镀的钢筋长度长,而且本发明个设备可根据喷涂需要增减,生产线的结构紧凑、模块化程度高、扩展和改进容易。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明是一种镀锌环氧涂层生产线,它包括据工艺流程依次布置的喷砂机1、助镀机2、第一气刀3、第一预热器4、热浸池5、第二气刀6、第二预热器7、环氧喷涂室8、冷却室9。 
所述的助镀机2、第一气刀3、第一预热器4、热浸池5、第二气刀6、第二预热器7、环氧喷涂室8上皆设有让工件穿过的移动通道。所述的喷砂机1与助镀机2之间、第一气刀3与第一预热器4之间、第一预热器4与热浸池5之间、第二预热器7与环氧喷涂室8、环氧喷涂室8与冷却室9之间设有用于运行工件的滚动式辊道10。 
如图2所示,所述的助镀机2包括上、下两排助镀头,即,上排助镀头21与下排助镀头22,上排助镀头21与下排助镀头22之间为工件穿过助镀机的移动通道。在本实施例中,助镀机2有两台。 
如图4所示,所述的第一气刀3和第二气刀6的结构完全相同。所述的第二气刀6主要由三角形框架61、气管62组成;在三角形框架62的内壁上开设多个喷气嘴63,三角形框架61的中间部分为工件穿过第二气刀6的移动通道。 
如图3所示,所述的第一预热器4和第二预热器7的结构完全相同。所述的第一预热器4主要由支架41、导向管42和电热丝43组成,导向管42安装在支架41上,支架41固定在地面,电热丝43包裹在导向管42上,在导向管42上设有多个导向孔421,该导向孔421为工件穿过第一预热器4的移动通道。 
如图4所示,所述的热浸池5包括大池51、小池52和电镀液循环***53。所述的小池52套置在大池51内且小池52上部超过大池51的顶面,在小池52超过大池51的超出两个相对的壁面上分别开设一通孔521、522,该两壁面上的通孔521、522位于一条轴线上,两壁面上的通孔521、522为工件穿过热浸池5的移动通道。 
如图5所示,所述的环氧喷涂室8包括上、下两排环氧喷头,即,上排环氧喷头81与下排环氧喷头82,上排环氧喷头81与下排环氧喷头82之间为工件穿过环氧喷涂室8的移动通道。 
如图6所示,所述的冷却室9主要由上罩91、水箱92、多个莲蓬头93和进水管94组成。所述的多个莲蓬头93安装在进水管94上,进水管94与水源连接,上罩91罩在多个莲蓬头93上,水箱92安装在地面上且位于多个莲蓬头93下方。 
本发明的工作过程: 
如图1、图7所示,工件(钢筋)30依次经过喷砂机1、助镀机2、第一气刀3、第一预热器4、热浸池5、第二气刀6、第二预热器7、环氧喷涂室8、冷却室9,最后加工好的工件30到达位于工序尾端的钢筋收集架20上。各工序采用统一配备的控制电气箱进行联合控制管理,具体步骤如下:
1、工件30经过喷砂机1完成前期的除油、除锈;
2、工件30经过助镀机2、第一气刀3完成上助镀剂和助镀剂的均匀、吹干,以便电镀时,电镀液可有效的附着在工件30表面;
3、工件30经过第一预热器4,完成工件30的表面水分烘干;
4、工件30从热浸池5上的壁面上的通孔521进入热浸池5,完成工件30的表面电镀;
5、工件30经过第二气刀6、第二预热器7完成工件30表面电镀液的均匀、吹干和固化;
6、工件30进入环氧喷涂室8,完成工件30表面的环氧喷涂;
7、工件30经过冷却室9冷却得到成品,并被送到钢筋收集架20上。
本发明的重点就在于:在各设备上皆设有让工件穿过的移动通道。 
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,滚动式辊道的长短可据需要而定,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

1.一种镀锌环氧涂层生产线,其特征在于:它包括据工艺流程依次布置的喷砂机、助镀机、第一气刀、第一预热器、热浸池、第二气刀、第二预热器、环氧喷涂室、冷却室;所述的助镀机、第一气刀、第一预热器、热浸池、第二气刀、第二预热器、环氧喷涂室上皆设有让工件穿过的移动通道;设备之间设有用于运行工件的滚动式辊道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌环氧涂层生产线,其特征在于:所述的助镀机包括上、下两排助镀头,上排助镀头与下排助镀头之间为工件穿过助镀机的移动通道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌环氧涂层生产线,其特征在于:所述的第一气刀和第二气刀的结构完全相同,第一气刀上的多个喷气嘴开设在三角形框架的内壁上,三角形框架的中间部分为工件穿过第一气刀的移动通道。
4.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌环氧涂层生产线,其特征在于:所述的第一预热器和第二预热器的结构完全相同;所述的第一预热器由支架、导向管和电热丝组成,导向管安装在支架上,支架固定在地面,电热丝包裹在导向管上,在导向管上设有多个导向孔,该导向孔为工件穿过第一预热器的移动通道。
5.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌环氧涂层生产线,其特征在于:所述的热浸池包括大池、小池和电镀液循环***;所述的小池套置在大池内且小池上部超过大池的顶面,在小池超过大池的超出两个相对的壁面上分别开设一通孔,该两壁面上的通孔位于一条轴线上,两壁面上的通孔为工件穿过热浸池的移动通道。
6.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌环氧涂层生产线,其特征在于:所述的环氧喷涂室包括上、下两排环氧喷头,上排环氧喷头与下排环氧喷头之间为工件穿过环氧喷涂室的移动通道。
7.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌环氧涂层生产线,其特征在于:所述的喷砂机与助镀机之间、第一气刀与第一预热器之间、第一预热器与热浸池之间、第二预热器与环氧喷涂室、环氧喷涂室与冷却室之间设有用于运行工件的滚动式辊道。
