本发明涉及吹塑成形件的固定装置。
背景技术
在2011年8月4日的在线百科全书“***”的条目“吹塑成形”中显示,吹塑成形件始终是空心体。为了其制造,首先垂直向下挤出由热的、可模制的塑料制成的软管。软管的材料厚度在此根据待制造的构件的形状来调整。接着,芯件被嵌入软管中并且在芯件嵌入时刻仍打开的两件式的模具关闭并且包围软管连同芯件。随后,通过该芯件向软管中压入压缩空气,由此软管被充气并且匹配模具的轮廓并被冷却。塑料因而匹配预先规定的形状并且定形。
常见的吹塑成形件例如是瓶、罐或桶。但技术构件、如空气引导通道、波纹管、行李箱半壳或油箱也可被吹塑成形。
为了固定这种吹塑成形件,通常设置至少一个成形的接片。该接片位于两个半模之间的分型面中。由此接片可在吹塑成形时同时成形。通过充入的压缩空气将塑料压入两个半模之间的用于接片的凹部中。
接片可具有圆形的缺口,从而吹塑成形件可用螺钉紧固。螺钉在此以其杆部穿过缺口,而螺钉头则贴靠在接片上。
发明内容
本发明任务在于提供用于吹塑成形件的特别简单的固定可能性。

根据本发明,为了固定在支承构件上,吹塑成形件具有至少一个成形的接片,该接片具有长形缺口,支承构件上的卡锁钩能从背后作用于所述接片。在此,卡锁钩具有比接片更大的刚性。刚性说明物体抵抗由于力或扭矩引起的变形的能力。物体的刚性取决于物体的材料以及几何形状。迄今具有接片的吹塑成形件仅用螺钉紧固,而现在吹塑成形件也可被卡锁。这是一种明显更简单且更低成本的固定可能性。为形成固定所需的工作时间也比在用螺钉紧固时明显更少。
优选卡锁钩由刚性材料制成,从而卡锁钩在实践中不具有柔性。用于卡锁钩的材料例如可以是借助玻璃纤维和玻璃球增强的塑料。卡锁钩也可与支承构件一体构造。有利的是,卡锁钩至少具有从支承构件上突出的长形基体。在基体的自由端部上至少在一侧设有卡锁凸鼻。这种卡锁凸鼻在横截面中看通常大致为三角形。卡锁凸鼻以一侧位于基体上。卡锁凸鼻在此从基体的自由端部朝向支承构件逐渐变宽。在安装时卡锁钩可如同楔块一样穿过接片中的长形缺口。
有利的是,缺口比卡锁钩的卡锁凸鼻的区域窄。卡锁凸鼻因此仅以这样的方式通过缺口:接片的环绕缺口的边缘区域弹性退让。在此重要的是,卡锁钩的刚性使得其在安装时在实践中并不退让。一旦卡锁凸鼻被压过缺口,接片的环绕的边缘区域再次返回其初始位置。由此形成希望的卡锁钩的从背后卡锁及由此希望的固定。这是一种极为简单和因此低成本的固定方式。
优选沿缺口的纵向看,在中间区域中从环绕缺口的边缘区域的一个纵向侧边向缺口中伸入突出部。有利的是,所述突出部与接片一体构造。突出部设置在缺口的背离卡锁钩卡锁凸鼻的一侧上。突出部虽然在卡锁钩贯穿缺口时增大了阻力,但当突出部在卡锁钩贯穿后再次弹性返回其初始位置中时,突出部相反也提高了承载能力和因此固定的可靠性。由此突出部压到卡锁钩上并且因此将背后卡锁的卡锁凸鼻压到环绕缺口的边缘区域上,以致背后卡锁不能意外松开。突出部为过程可靠地形成根据本发明的固定做出重要贡献。

具体实施方式

为了固定,空气引导通道1具有至少一个一体成形的接片2。该接片2位于吹塑成形模具半模的分型面中,由此接片2可同时一体成形。通过向塑料软管中压入压缩空气,塑料软管被压入半模中以及用于接片2的凹部中。
接片2具有外侧边缘区域3,该外侧边缘区域具有比接片2的中间区域更大的壁厚。在接片2的中间区域中设有一个长形缺口4。沿缺口4的纵向看,在中间区域中从环绕缺口4的边缘区域向缺口4中伸入一个突出部5。该突出部5具有大致半圆的形状。
整个空气引导通道1连同成形出的接片2和突出部5由相对软的热塑性聚氨酯一体制出。
在图3中示出衬里部件6,空气引导通道1可借助成形出的接片2固定在该衬里部件上。衬里部件6由刚性聚酰胺制成。在衬里部件6上一体成形出卡锁钩7。该卡锁钩7具有长形基体8,所述基体从衬里部件6上向上突出。在基体8的自由的上端部上在一侧成形出在横截面中看为三角形的卡锁凸鼻9。该卡锁凸鼻9从基体8的自由端部起向下直至“鼻尖部”楔形地连续变宽。基体8借助三个肋部10附加地支承在衬里部件6上,从而基体也在几何形状方面具有极高刚性。

迄今,吹塑成形件始终与支承构件用螺钉紧固。直至根据本发明的固定方案才允许背后卡锁,所述背后卡锁可显著更加低成本和快速地实现。

Claims (10)
