本发明涉及一种全装配结构构件定位支撑施工方法。
背景技术
全预制装配结构中PC结构楼板大块拼装,梁板柱等构件安装高精度且要求承重架高强度,传统的扣件式钢管脚手架的施工工艺,施工功效低,精度承载力差,无法满足全装配结构施工的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种施工方便、效果好的全装配结构构件定位支撑施工方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种全装配结构构件定位支撑施工方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
(1)预制柱斜撑固定
预制柱的支撑采用钢板固定,采用14mm厚钢板焊接;
在塔吊吊装之前,施工人员在构件吊装到相应位置后将支撑钢板固定在预制柱上,在预制柱按照测量员投放的线安装到位后,施工人员将斜撑的钢管支撑在支撑钢板上和露面的支撑点上;
(2)预制梁支撑
预制梁的支撑采用速接架作为支撑体系,将各个支撑柱的位置在楼板清理完成后放线,定位准确;
对预制梁底速接架支撑的顶托进行定制加工;对预制梁两端的预制柱预埋S10螺栓进行支撑;
(3)预制板支撑
顶托上的木梁为100mm*100mm方木作为线支撑;
(4)全装配结构支撑
A、叠合梁盘销承插工具式脚手架:

本发明施工方便,效果好。易于实施,解决了全预制结构梁板柱等构件安装高精度且要求承重架高强度的技术难题,节约了周转材料,提高了施工功效。

具体实施方式
一种全装配结构构件定位支撑施工方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)预制柱斜撑固定
预制柱的支撑采用钢板固定,采用14mm厚钢板焊接;
在塔吊吊装之前,施工人员在构件吊装到相应位置后将支撑钢板固定在预制柱上,在预制柱按照测量员投放的线安装到位后,施工人员将斜撑的钢管支撑在支撑钢板上和露面的支撑点上;
(2)预制梁支撑
预制梁的支撑采用速接架作为支撑体系,将各个支撑柱的位置在楼板清理完成后放线,定位准确;
对预制梁底速接架支撑的顶托进行定制加工;对预制梁两端的预制柱预埋S10螺栓进行支撑;
(3)预制板支撑
顶托上的木梁为100mm*100mm方木作为线支撑;
(4)全装配结构支撑
