背景技术
习惯性流产为自然流产连续3次以上者,每次流产往往发生在同一妊娠月份、纯化水适量。中医称为“滑胎”。习惯性流产的原因大多为孕妇黄体功能不全、甲状腺功能低下、先天性子宫畸形、子宫发育异常、***、子宫肌瘤、染色体异常、自身免疫等。习惯性流产习惯性晚期流产常为子宫颈内口松弛所致。多由于***或扩张宫颈所引起的子宫颈口损伤,少数可能属于先天性发育异常。此类病人在中期妊娠之后,由于羊水增长,胎儿长大,宫腔内压力增高,胎囊可自宫颈内口突出,当宫腔内压力增高至一定程度,就会破膜而流产,故流产前常常没有自觉症状。目前虽然也有很多习惯性流产的中成药物或配方,虽然治疗成方制剂很多,但是都是以药的形式出现,适合长期食用辅助治疗的食疗产品却很少。因此研究开发一种安全辅助治疗的食疗产品非常有实用价值。

一种苎麻根续断分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药去杂质去皮,用水洗净,再用0.1%维生素C水溶液浸泡2-3h,将浸泡后的山药进行45-65℃范围内低温干燥,将干燥后的山药切成山药片,将山药片置炒锅中文火加热,炒至表面焦黄,取出放晾,将炒制后的山药片加入纯化水进行打浆,山药片与纯化水的比例为1∶6-8,然后加温,待温度上升至50-80℃范围内时,加入α-淀粉酶,山药浆液与α-淀粉酶的比例为100∶0.1-0.15,搅拌均匀,保温20-30min后继续加温,当温度达100℃时保温1-1.2h,浓缩成山药浆液,备用;
(2)取原料苎麻根、续断、杜仲用40-50℃范围内温开水中浸泡并清洗,再将预处理后的原料在75-85℃范围内烘培2-5h,将烘培后的原料进行粉碎经100-120目过筛,所得粉碎的原料在密封箱中加水浸泡1-2天,浸泡后收集上清液,用60-85%乙醇加热回流3-4h,过滤得滤液,所得滤液在60-80℃范围内浓缩到相对密度为1.1-1.15的膏状物,回收乙醇,得到稠膏,备用;
(3)取微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、珍珠粉、乳酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁分别粉碎,过100-150目筛,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)制得的山药浆液、步骤(2)制得的稠膏搅拌混合,向混合物中加入维生素C、维生素E搅拌均匀,搅拌机转速为10-20r/min,时间为10-20min,再加入上述步骤中粉碎后的羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、珍珠粉、乳酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基淀粉钠,搅拌混合10-15min,得混合物,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的混合物进行制成颗粒,将颗粒在30-45℃范围内烘干1-5h,过20-40目筛;
(6)将过筛后的颗粒加入粉碎后的硬脂酸镁用混匀机混匀,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,再进行压片,即得苎麻根续断分散片。

所述的步骤(2)中取原料苎麻根、续断、杜仲用50℃条件下温开水中浸泡并清洗,再将预处理后的原料在75℃条件下烘培2.5h,将烘培后的原料进行粉碎经100目过筛,所得粉碎的原料在密封箱中加水浸泡2天,浸泡后收集上清液,用85%乙醇加热回流3h,过滤得滤液,所得滤液在60℃时浓缩到相对密度为1.15的膏状物,回收乙醇,得到稠膏。

(2)取原料苎麻根、续断、杜仲用40-50℃范围内温开水中浸泡并清洗,再将预处理后的原料在75-85℃范围内烘培2-5h,将烘培后的原料进行粉碎经100-120目过筛,所得粉碎的原料在密封箱中加水浸泡1-2天,浸泡后收集上清液,用60-85%乙醇加热回流3-4h,过滤得滤液,所得滤液在60-80℃范围内浓缩到相对密度为1.1-1.15的膏状物,回收乙醇,得到稠膏,备用;
(3)取微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、珍珠粉、乳酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁分别粉碎,过100-150目筛,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)制得的山药浆液、步骤(2)制得的稠膏搅拌混合,向混合物中加入维生素C、维生素E搅拌均匀,搅拌机转速为10-20r/min,时间为10-20min,再加入上述步骤中粉碎后的羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、珍珠粉、乳酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基淀粉钠,搅拌混合10-15min,得混合物,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的混合物进行制成颗粒,将颗粒在30-45℃范围内烘干1-5h,过20-40目筛;
(6)将过筛后的颗粒加入粉碎后的硬脂酸镁用混匀机混匀,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,再进行压片,即得苎麻根续断分散片。
实施例3
一种苎麻根续断分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药600份、苎麻根300份、续断300份、杜仲300份、微晶纤维素60份、云芝提取物0.32份、珍珠粉0.75份、乳酸亚铁0.32份、维生素C 2份、维生素E 0.007份、甘露醇150份、三氯蔗糖15份、微粉硅胶40份、羧甲基纤维素5份、羧甲基淀粉钠80份、硬脂酸镁6份、纯化水适量。
一种苎麻根续断分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药去杂质去皮,用水洗净,再用0.1%维生素C水溶液浸泡2-3h,将浸泡后的山药进行45-65℃范围内低温干燥,将干燥后的山药切成山药片,将山药片置炒锅中文火加热,炒至表面焦黄,取出放晾,将炒制后的山药片加入纯化水进行打浆,山药片与纯化水的比例为1∶6-8,然后加温,待温度上升至50-80℃范围内时,加入α-淀粉酶,山药浆液与α-淀粉酶的比例为100∶0.1-0.15,搅拌均匀,保温20-30min后继续加温,当温度达100℃时保温1-1.2h,浓缩成山药浆液,备用;
(2)取原料苎麻根、续断、杜仲用40-50℃范围内温开水中浸泡并清洗,再将预处理后的原料在75-85℃范围内烘培2-5h,将烘培后的原料进行粉碎经100-120目过筛,所得粉碎的原料在密封箱中加水浸泡1-2天,浸泡后收集上清液,用60-85%乙醇加热回流3-4h,过滤得滤液,所得滤液在60-80℃范围内浓缩到相对密度为1.1-1.15的膏状物,回收乙醇,得到稠膏,备用;
(3)取微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、珍珠粉、乳酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁分别粉碎,过100-150目筛,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)制得的山药浆液、步骤(2)制得的稠膏搅拌混合,向混合物中加入维生素C、维生素E搅拌均匀,搅拌机转速为10-20r/min,时间为10-20min,再加入上述步骤中粉碎后的羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、珍珠粉、乳酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基淀粉钠,搅拌混合10-15min,得混合物,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的混合物进行制成颗粒,将颗粒在30-45℃范围内烘干1-5h,过20-40目筛;
(6)将过筛后的颗粒加入粉碎后的硬脂酸镁用混匀机混匀,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,再进行压片,即得苎麻根续断分散片。

Claims (5)

1.一种苎麻根续断分散片,其特征在于:包括以下重量份成分:山药400-600份、苎麻根100-300份、续断100-300份、杜仲100-300份、微晶纤维素40-60份、云芝提取物0.12-0.32份、珍珠粉0.35-0.75份、乳酸亚铁0.12-0.32份、维生素C 1-2份、维生素E 0.003-0.007份、甘露醇120-150份、三氯蔗糖10-15份、微粉硅胶20-40份、羧甲基纤维素3-5份、羧甲基淀粉钠55-80份、硬脂酸镁4-6份、纯化水适量。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种苎麻根续断分散片,其特征在于:包括以下重量份成分:山药500份、苎麻根200份、续断200份、杜仲200份、微晶纤维素50份、云芝提取物0.22份、珍珠粉0.55份、乳酸亚铁0.22份、维生素C 1.5份、维生素E 0.005份、甘露醇135份、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶30份、羧甲基纤维素3-5份、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5份、硬脂酸镁5份、纯化水适量。
3. 一种苎麻根续断分散片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药去杂质去皮,用水洗净,再用0.1%维生素C水溶液浸泡2-3h,将浸泡后的山药进行45-65℃范围内低温干燥,将干燥后的山药切成山药片,将山药片置炒锅中文火加热,炒至表面焦黄,取出放晾,将炒制后的山药片加入纯化水进行打浆,山药片与纯化水的比例为1∶6-8,然后加温,待温度上升至50-80℃范围内时,加入α-淀粉酶,山药浆液与α-淀粉酶的比例为100∶0.1-0.15,搅拌均匀,保温20-30min后继续加温,当温度达100℃时保温1-1.2h,浓缩成山药浆液,备用;

(4)将步骤(1)制得的山药浆液、步骤(2)制得的稠膏搅拌混合,向混合物中加入维生素C、维生素E搅拌均匀,搅拌机转速为10-20r/min,时间为10-20min,再加入上述步骤中粉碎后的羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、珍珠粉、乳酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基淀粉钠,搅拌混合10-15min,得混合物,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的混合物进行制成颗粒,将颗粒在30-45℃范围内烘干1-5h,过20-40目筛;
(6)将过筛后的颗粒加入粉碎后的硬脂酸镁用混匀机混匀,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,再进行压片,即得苎麻根续断分散片。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种苎麻根续断分散片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中取新鲜山药去杂质去皮,用水洗净,再用0.1%维生素C水溶液浸泡3h,将浸泡后的山药进行55℃条件下低温干燥,将干燥后的山药切成山药片,将山药片置炒锅中文火加热,炒至表面焦黄,取出放晾,将炒制后的山药片加入纯化水进行打浆,山药片与纯化水的比例为1∶6,然后加温,待温度上升至70℃时加入α-淀粉酶,山药浆液与α-淀粉酶的比例为100∶0.15,搅拌均匀,保温30min后继续加温,当温度达100℃时保温1.2h,浓缩成山药浆液。
5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种苎麻根续断分散片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中取原料苎麻根、续断、杜仲用50℃条件下温开水中浸泡并清洗,再将预处理后的原料在75℃条件下烘培2.5h,将烘培后的原料进行粉碎经100目过筛,所得粉碎的原料在密封箱中加水浸泡2天,浸泡后收集上清液,用85%乙醇加热回流3h,过滤得滤液,所得滤液在60℃时浓缩到相对密度为1.15的膏状物,回收乙醇,得到稠膏。
