本发明公开了一种高密封性耐腐蚀全衬截止阀,包括覆有耐腐蚀材料的阀体、阀盖、阀瓣、阀杆,阀瓣端部锥面、阀体内腔、阀杆表面设有均匀分布的燕尾槽,耐腐蚀材料填充在所述燕尾槽内从而与金属基体构成一体,耐腐蚀材料为聚四氟乙烯复合层;阀瓣端部远离阀盖一侧平面设有若干个均匀分布的内孔,内孔的口端倒角;阀瓣与阀杆为整体锻造而成;阀盖与阀体榫槽式密封连接。本发明密封结构合理,密封性好,安全可靠。

Description

高密封性耐腐蚀全衬截止阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于湿氯等强腐蚀物质输送的阀门,特别涉及一种不需停车即可更换阀门填料的湿氯专用阀。
背景技术
目前,公知的普通阀门由阀体、阀盖、阀瓣、阀杆、螺母等主要部件组成,各部件材料一般不耐腐蚀。此类普通阀门,一旦用于输送氯碱等强腐蚀、有毒介质时,与介质接触部分极容易腐蚀而发生泄漏。从而危害周边环境和人身安全。
   近年来,根据有毒、易泄漏介质输送的特殊要求,针对现有阀门使用的若干缺陷,现在技术中公布了不少关于防止氯气泄漏的氯气专用阀的技术方案。但是在实际应用中,由于这些技术方案仍采用平面密封结构,在输送介质中含有颗粒杂质等特殊工况下较易压坏密封闭,导致密封失效而泄漏。
发明内容
为了克服现有湿氯阀更换填料时必须停车的不足,本发明提供一种高密封性耐腐蚀全衬截止阀,该阀密封性好,安全可靠。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
    高密封性耐腐蚀全衬截止阀,包括覆有耐腐蚀材料的阀体、阀盖、阀瓣、阀杆,其改进之处在于:所述阀瓣端部锥面、阀体内腔、阀杆表面设有均匀分布的燕尾槽,耐腐蚀材料填充在所述燕尾槽内从而与金属基体构成一体,所述耐腐蚀材料为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
   作为本发明进一步的改进,所述燕尾槽槽底宽度≤2.5mm,槽口宽度≤2.5mm,槽深≤2mm。
   作为本发明更进一步的改进,所述阀瓣端部远离阀盖一侧平面设有若干个均匀分布的内孔,所述内孔的口端倒角;所述阀瓣与阀杆为整体锻造而成;所述阀盖与阀体榫槽式密封连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:普通的氯碱阀其阀瓣和阀杆表面一般直接覆盖一层耐腐蚀材料,但随着阀瓣、阀杆的运动,覆盖其上面的耐腐蚀层很容易松动、起层、鼓包,直接影响密封效果。本发明在阀瓣端部平面设有多个均匀分布的内孔,在内孔的口端倒50°~55°角;在阀瓣端部锥面、阀体内腔、阀杆表面设置均匀分布的燕尾槽,控制燕尾槽槽底宽度≤2.5mm,槽口宽度≤2.5mm,槽深≤2mm,再将耐腐蚀材料填充到这些孔内和槽中,既不影响阀瓣、阀杆的整体强度,又可使耐腐蚀材料完全与金属基体构成一体,保证阀瓣、阀杆工作时不松动、起层、鼓包,可以起到好的耐腐蚀、抗冲刷的效果,整体密封性也更好,阀体材料根据氯碱化工工矿特殊要求采用耐腐蚀合金钢制成,解决普通阀门壳体经常穿孔氯气泄漏的难题。

具体实施方式
    如图1所示高密封性耐腐蚀全衬截止阀,包括覆有耐腐蚀材料的阀体1、阀盖2、阀瓣3、阀杆4,所述阀瓣3端部锥面、阀体1内腔、阀杆4表面设有均匀分布的燕尾槽5,耐腐蚀材料填充在所述燕尾槽5内从而与金属基体构成一体,所述耐腐蚀材料为聚四氟乙烯复合层;本实施例中,所述燕尾槽5槽底宽度≤2.5mm,槽口宽度≤2.5mm,槽深≤2mm。所述阀瓣3端部远离阀盖2一侧平面设有若干个均匀分布的内孔,本实施例中,阀瓣端部远离阀盖一侧平面上设有均匀分布的8个内孔,所述内孔的口端倒50°~55°角;所述阀瓣3与阀杆4为整体锻造而成;所述阀盖2与阀体1榫槽式密封连接。

1.一种高密封性耐腐蚀全衬截止阀,包括覆有耐腐蚀材料的阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、阀瓣(3)、阀杆(4),其特征在于:所述阀瓣(3)端部锥面、阀体(1)内腔、阀杆(4)表面设有均匀分布的燕尾槽(5),耐腐蚀材料填充在所述燕尾槽(5)内从而与金属基体构成一体,所述耐腐蚀材料为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高密封性耐腐蚀全衬截止阀,其特征在于:所述燕尾槽(5)槽底宽度≤2.5mm,槽口宽度≤2.5mm,槽深≤2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高密封性耐腐蚀全衬截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣(3)端部远离阀盖(2)一侧平面设有若干个均匀分布的内孔,所述内孔的口端倒50°~55°角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高密封性耐腐蚀全衬截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣(3)与阀杆(4)为整体锻造而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高密封性耐腐蚀全衬截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖(2)与阀体(1)榫槽式密封连接。
