本发明公开了一种硫化机专用管道摆动接头，包括壳体、球面弯管、密封环、球面轴、球面环、压盖、加强环、弹簧、定位环、螺钉、橡胶密封圈，其特征在于：壳体与压盖通过螺钉连接；球面环设置在壳体限位槽内，球面轴一端与球面环相贴，另一端作为弹簧的限位台；定位环设置在壳体的限位内，定位环与球面弯管之间设有间隙；弹簧限位设置在球面轴与球面弯管之间；密封环与球面弯管形成密封面，密封环与壳体之间设有橡胶密封圈；密封环与压盖之间设有加强环，球面弯管内端与密封环活动配合连接。该硫化机专用管道摆动接头，设计巧妙，维修方便、可回收再利用、使用寿命长。

本发明属于硫化机管道设备，特别涉及一种硫化机专用管道摆动接头。
背景技术
硫化机专用管道摆动接头，与硬管连接，用以代替大行径的软管，保证管道的使用寿命。因其为摆动运动，密封形式发生改变，易产生磨损以及泄露，大量的维护和检修会造成能源浪费和成本增加。
现有技术中，此类接头使用寿命短，易产生损伤泄露，维护不方便。
发明内容
针对上述技术的不足，本发明提供一种设计巧妙，维修方便、可回收再利用、使用寿命长的硫化机专用管道摆动接头。
本发明的方案是：一种硫化机专用管道摆动接头，包括壳体1、球面弯管2、密封环3、球面轴4、球面环5、压盖6、加强环7、弹簧8、定位环9、螺钉10、橡胶密封圈11，其特征在于：壳体1与压盖6通过螺钉10连接；球面环5设置在壳体1限位槽内，球面轴4一端与球面环5紧贴，另一端作为弹簧8的限位台；定位环9设置在壳体1的限位内，定位环9与球面弯管2之间设有间隙；弹簧限位8设置在球面轴4与球面弯管2之间；密封环3与球面弯管2形成密封面，密封环3与壳体1之间设有橡胶密封圈11；密封环3与压盖6之间设有加强环7，球面弯管2内端与密封环3活动连接。
本发明的优点效果是：该硫化机专用管道摆动接头设计加入了弹簧导向部分，使接头在摆动过程中弹簧都能够随摆动方向同轴补偿，密封环采用耐磨材料，防止过快磨损泄露，并在密封环上镶加强环，防止变形。

如图1所示，本发明实施例硫化机专用管道摆动接头，一种硫化机专用管道摆动接头，包括壳体1、球面弯管2、密封环3、球面轴4、球面环5、压盖6、加强环7、弹簧8、定位环9、螺钉10、橡胶密封圈11，其特征在于：壳体1与压盖6通过螺钉10连接，形成限位空间。球面环5设置在壳体1限位槽内，球面轴4一端与球面环5相贴，另一端作为弹簧8的限位台；定位环9设置在壳体1的限位内，定位环9与球面弯管2之间设有间隙，定位环位9与球面弯管2之间通过间隙保证旋转便宜量。弹簧限位8设置在球面轴4与球面弯管2之间，为球面弯管2提供密封补偿。密封环3与球面弯管2形成密封面，密封环3与壳体1之间设有橡胶密封圈11；密封环3与压盖6之间设有加强环7，球面弯管2内端与密封环3活动配合连接实现摆动。
