Abstract

一种泵输送管用高硼合金钢材料,其含有的化学元素成分及其质量百分比为:碳0.2-0.4、硅0.7-1.1、锰3.2-3.4、硼0.1-0.25、钛1.0-1.3、钼0.12-0.14、铝0.8-1.2、镁2.3-2.5、Zr0.04-0.07、S≤0.04、P≤0.04、余量为铁。本发明在中低碳钢的基础上添加硼、镁、锰等元素,使合金具有高的强度、硬度和韧性、耐热疲劳性和耐磨性好,且成本低;使用部分废铁作为原料,并经过二次精炼,使品质更稳定均一。本发明精炼剂用于铸造生产,明显提高成品率,特别是铸件中的气孔度降低1-2度,氧化夹杂物在2级左右。本发明合金钢用于泵输送管道,使用寿命长近一倍。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属材料制备领域,尤其涉及一种泵输送管用高硼合金钢材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
泵阀工作的环境多样,恶劣,对材质的要求很高,目前泵阀用的合金钢有多种多样,技术有很大进步,但是仍有很多问题存在,如耐磨性、硬度、防锈性能、耐腐蚀性能、耐高低温性能、脆性、韧性等,在很多场合还不能满足生产的要求,还需要进一步改进,以提高生产效率,降低成本,提高安全性,为高精尖技术发展提供保障,为社会发展提供动力,任务还很艰巨。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种泵输送管用高硼合金钢材料及其制备方法,该合金材料具有高的强度、硬度和韧性、耐热疲劳性和耐磨性好的优点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种泵输送管用高硼合金钢材料,其特征在于:其含有的化学元素成分及其质量百分比为:碳0.2-0.4、硅0.7-1.1、锰3.2-3.4、硼0.1-0.25、钛1.0-1.3、钼0.12-0.14、铝0.8-1.2、镁2.3-2.5、Zr0.04-0.07、S≤0.04、P≤0.04、余量为铁。
所述的泵输送管用高硼合金钢材料的生产方法,其特征在于:
(1)、准备生铁与废铁按1:1-2比例作为铁基质来源,将生铁加入投入炉中熔化,进行脱硫、脱氧、采用精炼剂一次精炼、添加合金成分进行合金化,再加入废铁熔化、加入精炼剂二次精炼、检测并调整化学元素成分含量至合格、浇铸、铸后热处理等;
(2)、合金化过程中向炉内投入合金元素的批次顺序为:(1)硅、锰、铝;(2)硼、钼、Zr;(3)其它剩余成分;各批次投入元素的时间间隔为19-23分钟,投料后搅拌均匀。
所述的铸后热处理是:先由室温以210-220℃/小时速率升温至650-660℃,保温50-60分钟,再以160-170℃/小时速率降温至500-520℃,保温50-60分钟,再继续以210-220℃/小时速率升温至930-940℃,保温3-4小时;再以170-185℃/小时速率降温至650-660℃,再以250-270℃/小时速率升温至740-750℃,再以170-185℃/小时速率降温至560-570℃;再以110-120℃/小时速率降温至310-320℃,保温2-3小时;再以140-150℃/小时速率升温至430-450℃,再以110-130℃/小时速率降温至220-230℃,再以140-150℃/小时速率升温至515-530℃,保温2-3小时,取出空冷即得。
所述的精炼剂由下列重量份的原料制成:工具钢粉3-4、电石粉3-4、镁粉3-4、氧化锌2-3、二氧化钛1-2、偏磷酸钠2-3、高岭土粉5-6、氮化铝粉1-2、氟化锆1-2、玉石粉3-4、蒙脱石1-2、氟化钙2-3;制备方法是将各原料混合,加热至熔融状态,然后,浇注入纯净水中激冷,再粉碎成100-200目粉末;将所得粉末加入相当于粉末重量2-3%的硅烷偶联剂KH-550、1-2%的纳米碳粉,混合均匀后,在8-15Mpa下压制成坯,然后,在900-950℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却后,再粉碎成150-250目粉末,即得。
本发明的有益效果
本发明在中低碳钢的基础上添加硼、镁、锰等元素,使合金具有高的强度、硬度和韧性、耐热疲劳性和耐磨性好,且成本低,通过分次投放原料,合理控制铸后热处理温度,使合金的综合力学性能更加优良;使用部分废铁作为原料,并经过二次精炼,使品质更稳定均一。本发明精炼剂用于铸造生产,明显提高成品率,特别是铸件中的气孔度降低1-2度,不会在铸件表面产生气孔,夹杂氧化物也明显降低,氧化夹杂物在2级左右。本发明合金钢用于泵输送管道,使用寿命长近一倍。
具体实施方式
一种泵输送管用高硼合金钢材料,其含有的化学元素成分及其质量百分比为:碳0.2-0.4、硅0.7-1.1、锰3.2-3.4、硼0.1-0.25、钛1.0-1.3、钼0.12-0.14、铝0.8-1.2、镁2.3-2.5、Zr0.04-0.07、S≤0.04、P≤0.04、余量为铁。
所述的泵输送管用高硼合金钢材料的生产方法为:
(1)、准备生铁与废铁按1:1.5比例作为铁基质来源,将生铁加入投入炉中熔化,进行脱硫、脱氧、采用精炼剂一次精炼、添加合金成分进行合金化,再加入废铁熔化、加入精炼剂二次精炼、检测并调整化学元素成分含量至合格、浇铸、铸后热处理等;
(2)、合金化过程中向炉内投入合金元素的批次顺序为:(1)硅、锰、铝;(2)硼、钼、Zr;(3)其它剩余成分;各批次投入元素的时间间隔为21分钟,投料后搅拌均匀。
所述的铸后热处理是:先由室温以215℃/小时速率升温至655℃,保温55分钟,再以165℃/小时速率降温至510℃,保温55分钟,再继续以215℃/小时速率升温至935℃,保温3.5小时;再以180℃/小时速率降温至655℃,再以260℃/小时速率升温至745℃,再以180℃/小时速率降温至565℃;再以115℃/小时速率降温至315℃,保温2.5小时;再以145℃/小时速率升温至440℃,再以120℃/小时速率降温至225℃,再以145℃/小时速率升温至520℃,保温2.5小时,取出空冷即得。
所述的精炼剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:工具钢粉3.5、电石粉3.5、镁粉3.5、氧化锌2.5、二氧化钛1.5、偏磷酸钠2.5、高岭土粉5.5、氮化铝粉1.5、氟化锆1.5、玉石粉3.5、蒙脱石1.6、氟化钙2.4;制备方法是将各原料混合,加热至熔融状态,然后,浇注入纯净水中激冷,再粉碎成150目粉末;将所得粉末加入相当于粉末重量2.5%的硅烷偶联剂KH-550、1.5%的纳米碳粉,混合均匀后,在11Mpa下压制成坯,然后,在930℃下煅烧3.4小时,冷却后,再粉碎成200目粉末,即得。
本发明泵输送管用高硼合金钢材料的机械性能为:拉伸强度1324MPa,屈服强度943MPa,延伸率14.1%,断面收缩率25%,冲击吸收功53J,冲击韧性62.4J/cm2,硬度290.2HB。

Claims (1)

1.一种泵输送管用高硼合金钢材料,其特征在于:其含有的化学元素成分及其质量百分比为:碳0.2-0.4、硅0.7-1.1、锰3.2-3.4、硼0.1-0.25、钛1.0-1.3、钼0.12-0.14、铝0.8-1.2、镁2.3-2.5、Zr0.04-0.07、S≤0.04、P≤0.04、余量为铁;
所述泵输送管用高硼合金钢材料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、准备生铁与废铁按1:1-2比例作为铁基质来源,将生铁加入投入炉中熔化,进行脱硫、脱氧、采用精炼剂一次精炼、添加合金成分进行合金化,再加入废铁熔化、加入精炼剂二次精炼、检测并调整化学元素成分含量至合格、浇铸、铸后热处理;
(2)、合金化过程中向炉内投入合金元素的批次顺序为:(1)硅、锰、铝;(2)硼、钼、Zr;(3)其它剩余成分;各批次投入元素的时间间隔为19-23分钟,投料后搅拌均匀;
所述的铸后热处理是:先由室温以210-220℃/小时速率升温至650-660℃,保温50-60分钟,再以160-170℃/小时速率降温至500-520℃,保温50-60分钟,再继续以210-220℃/小时速率升温至930-940℃,保温3-4小时;再以170-185℃/小时速率降温至650-660℃,再以250-270℃/小时速率升温至740-750℃,再以170-185℃/小时速率降温至560-570℃;再以110-120℃/小时速率降温至310-320℃,保温2-3小时;再以140-150℃/小时速率升温至430-450℃,再以110-130℃/小时速率降温至220-230℃,再以140-150℃/小时速率升温至515-530℃,保温2-3小时,取出空冷即得;
所述的精炼剂由下列重量份的原料制成:工具钢粉3-4、电石粉3-4、镁粉3-4、氧化锌2-3、二氧化钛1-2、偏磷酸钠2-3、高岭土粉5-6、氮化铝粉1-2、氟化锆1-2、玉石粉3-4、蒙脱石1-2、氟化钙2-3;制备方法是将各原料混合,加热至熔融状态,然后,浇注入纯净水中激冷,再粉碎成100-200目粉末;将所得粉末加入相当于粉末重量2-3%的硅烷偶联剂KH-550、1-2%的纳米碳粉,混合均匀后,在8-15MPa下压制成坯,然后,在900-950℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却后,再粉碎成150-250目粉末,即得。
